The study aims to formulate Akhlaqul Karimah's concept as a fundamental principle of character building among people in West Nusa Tenggara, Indonesia. This research uses qualitative research with the library research method. The results of the study showed that Akhlaqul Karimah is the foundation of moral education. Akhlaqul Karimah concept, according to Al-Ghazali and Ibnu Khaldun, is fundamental and should be disseminated in character-building education. Akhlaqul Karimah's concept emphasizes morality to Allah SWT, Akhlaq to Parents, Akhlaq to Others, and Akhlaq to the Environment. This concept can contribute to politics and democracy, education, economics, and empowerment of the ummah and environmental preservation.

Despite the many benefits of virtual distance learning (online), in its course distance education still has many problems. Educators and managers try to continue to improve the quality of teaching and the struggle of online class facilitators to improve the quality of distance education, but it is discovered that online class data is not the student's first choice. The results show that one of the problems in online education comes from the drop out / failure rate of students which is more common in virtual classrooms compared to traditional classes. Other studies reveal several factors such as the time needed to complete the module, lack of understanding of the context in the subject matter, problems with software accessibility, availability of reliable teachers, lack of support from the government and other reasons can create a decrease in motivation and a less conducive learning atmosphere.

The transformation of government organizations should be characterized by the development of visionary leadership transformation that was measured at various levels of leadership in government organizations, this was needed to ensure that every innovation developed could provide value-added service quality, harmonized the vision and internal environment which had balanced with the ability to respond to environmental changes external which moved quickly in this era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0. The purpose of this study was to analyze and examined the effect of transformational leadership on employee performance through organizational citizenship behavior in the Bulog of Indonesia for facing the industrial revolution era 4.0. The results of this study concluded that organizational citizenship behavior was an intervening variable in the effect of transformational leadership on employee performance in the Bulog of Indonesia facing the era of Industrial Revolution 4.0.
