Filling the empties in supported housing: How big is the problem and what can be done?

EMPTY PLACES IN SUPPORTED housing can be very costly. How significant is this problem, why does it happen and what should be done? A study commissioned by the former Cleveland Special Needs Housing Forum, funded through a Housing Corporation Grant, looked at void levels and how to reduce them. This paper reports on the results of the study.
