Resumen: Dentro de las estrategias de acceso al poder de las élites masculinas, la articulación y dominio de los espacios de representación servirían de garantía tanto a la legitimación como a la consolidación de las desigualdades sociales. Una garantía que se apoyaba en el control de las armas, los rituales y la autoridad. En ese sentido, el estudio, como parte del lenguaje simbólico del poder, de los espacios y materiales rescatados nos ayuda a entender cómo se construyeron las diferencias de género y con ellas las desigualdades entre hombres y mujeres.Palabras clave: protohistoria, arqueología, espacios, género, poder, patriarcado, excelencia y cotidianidad.English Title: The Representation of Power in the Northwest Peninsular Protohistoric Communities. Masculine Excellence and Feminine CotidianityAbstract: In the power strategies of masculine elites, the articulation and domination of representational spaces would serve to guarantee their legitimacy, but they would also consolidate social inequalities. Masculine power, shored up by development of defensive weaponry, was organised through control of weapons, rules and rituals. This study of spaces and materials will assist in understanding how such societies, through this symbolic language of power, constructed gender differences and thereby created inequalities between men and women.Key words: protohistory, archaeology, spaces, gender, poser, patriarchy, excellence andcotidianity.

Digital Governance is a new issue within the Public Administration, it seeks to solve socio-economic problems, such as using digital technologies to support public policy objectives, and facilitating improvements in the development of different specific areas of government, including health, education, security and other sectors; it uses new technologies such as social media, to engage citizens in decisions, the objective is to make government data available in such a way that companies, researchers and citizens can use that data and develop services and applications, integrate in a single environment the citizen with public and private institutions. This article conducts observational and retrospective research based on a systematic review of literature by searching for articles published from 2016 to 2020, in databases such as IEEE, Elservier, Springer, Oxford, Doaj, Scielo, Google Scholar. The articles analysed refer to six major areas, such as: connected citizens, democratic control of citizens, the feeling of the citizen who is a political player, activism and technologies, electoral information, and election campaigns. We can conclude that there are no relevant scientific productions in Latin American countries, there is only one article in certain countries. So, there is a new research segment on this issue of digital governance and technopolitics ; La gobernanza digital es un tema nuevo dentro de la administración pública, que trata de resolver los problemas socioeconómicos, como la utilización de tecnologías digitales para apoyar los objetivos de políticas públicas y facilitar mejoras en el desarrollo de diferentes áreas específicas de gobierno, entre ellas salud, educación, seguridad y otras. Además, utiliza las nuevas tecnologías como las redes sociales, para comprometer a los ciudadanos en las decisiones. El objetivo es poner a disposición de la ciudadanía los datos del gobierno, de tal manera que las empresas, investigadores y ciudadanos puedan utilizar esos datos y desarrollar servicios y aplicaciones, de tal forma que se integre en un solo entorno al ciudadano con las instituciones públicas y privadas. En este artículo se realiza una investigación observacional y retrospectiva, sobre la base de una revisión sistemática de la literatura y mediante la búsqueda de artículos publicados desde el 2016 al 2020, en bases de datos como: IEEE, Elservier, Springer, Oxford, Doaj, Scielo, Google Scholar. En los artículos analizados se hace referencia a seis grandes áreas, como son: los ciudadanos conectados, el control democrático de la ciudadanía, el sentir del ciudadano que es protagonista político, el activismo y las tecnologías, la información electoral, y las campañas electorales. Podemos concluir que no existem producciones científicas relevantes en los países de Latinoamérica; solo hay un artículo en ciertos países, por lo que hay un nuevo segmento de investigación en este tema de gobernanza digital y tecnopolíticas.

Communication allows the interrelationship of family members and has an influence on the personal and social adjustment of offspring. This research paper analyzes the types of family communication that exist between parents and their offspring and the sources of personal and social support available to university students. The link between the gender and the search for parent-offspring support variables are studied against the types of family communication. A quantitative analysis has been performed based on a descriptive, correlational and comparative design, and taking 906 students from a European university as the sample. The results indicate it was found that, overall, university students had a positive relationship with their parents. It was further discovered that daughters develop more negative behaviors and hurtful attitudes toward their mother than sons. University students tend to value and turn to different sources of support depending on the issue they wish to solve, with differences being noted based on gender. We conclude that university students have an open and satisfactory friendly relationship with both their parents, and value the family support they receive positively when they have personal and social problems. The variables analyzed are discriminative and predictive elements of how the relationship between parents and their offspring works.

This study investigates the coevolution of the sources of decline, the turnaround strategy and the human resource strategy (HRS) at Iberia Airlines, together with the influence of employee responses to these strategies. The analysis of several moments of organisational decline at Iberia, comparing measures adopted in pre- and post-financial crisis periods, shows that, in a sector experiencing a fiercely competitive transformation that negatively affects established companies, the use of downsizing in an organisation with internal deficiencies may create further problems within the company, while an HRS based on flexibility-oriented practices and a fostering approach to strategic negotiations will improve the requisite recovery strategy.

The aim of the present study is to conduct a systematic review and analysis of the literature on gifted adults to explore the state of research in this area. A bibliometric science mapping tool, based on co-word analysis and h-index, is applied using the Science Mapping Analysis Software Tool (SciMAT). Initially, 661 articles published between 1948 and 2022 were retrieved from the Web of Science (WoS). Refined by English language and specific descriptors, 376 results were considered, and 28 themes and 32 clusters were identified as significant in the giftedness literature. Supported by life-span studies and earlier work on ability, data analysis revealed that adult giftedness is an emerging topic of research with a tentative development only a decade ago. The emergence of studies on giftedness in adults appears to be driven not only by cognitive testing (i.e., intelligence studies) or achievement research, but also, and more recently, by life satisfaction studies and the use of qualitative methodologies.
