Abstract: Based on Law Number 14 of 2005 concerning teachers and lecturers, teachers are entitled to earn income above the minimum living needs. To that end, the government issued a certification program to provide professional allowances for teachers. The professional allowance for teachers is the government's appreciation for teachers. The provision of this allowance is expected to increase teacher competence. This study aims to explain the competence of teachers who receive professional allowances and their effectiveness. The object of this research is located at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Hasan Jufri. The research method in this research is analytical descriptive with purposive information determination technique. Data obtained from in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings obtained in this study are as follows: First, that teachers who receive professional allowances at MTs Hasan Jufri, they always try to improve their competence. Second, that teachers who receive professional allowances at MTs Hasan Jufri must understand existing professional standards, achieve the required qualifications and competencies. The conclusions of the study are as follows: (1) There is an increase in the competence of recipients of professional allowances at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Hasan Jufri. (2). The professional allowance for teachers in an effort to improve teacher competence at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Hasan Jufri seems to be running well and effectively. Departing from the results of the research above, the authors can provide suggestions as follows: First, teachers who improve continue to maintain and continue to improve the improvements that occur in themselves as compensation for what they receive. Second, the principal remains active in uniting and realizing the learning process. Third, it is important to organize teacher development to continuously improve teacher performance and competence. The study aims to examine the economic and social repercussions of the Corona crisis on the transport, tourism and hotel sector in Egypt, by reviewing and analyzing the macroeconomic situation in Egypt in terms of the components, potentials and reality of the Egyptian economy, the challenges facing, and the repercussions of the Corona pandemic on the transport, tourism and hotel sector, mechanisms and policies Which was taken by the Egyptian government to face this crisis in the economic sectors in general and the transport, tourism and hotel sectors in particular . The study found that although the economic sectors in Egypt in general, and the transport, tourism and hotel sectors in particular, have been affected by the Corona pandemic crisis, whether through measures to contain the virus or the sudden halt of economic activities, the Egyptian economy possesses the ingredients and capabilities to confront the crisis, and the economic reform that took place during the four Recent years, which enabled him to overcome that crisis .

"For too long, liberals have suggested that only cruel, racist, or nativist bigots would want to restrict immigration. Anyone motivated by compassion and egalitarianism would choose open, or nearly-open, borders--or so the argument goes. This book explores the long history of the evolution of Arab political identity, which predates the time of the Prophet Muhammad and is characterized by tolerance, compassion, generosity, hospitality, self-control, correct behaviour, equality and consensus. The author argues that present day struggles in many Arab countries to redefine polities and politics are related to the fact that the underlying political culture of the Arabs has been overridden for centuries by successive political regimes which have deviated from the original political culture, and which the Prophet adhered to. The book outlines the political culture that existed before Islam, examines how the Conquests and the rule of the early dynasties (Umayyad and Abbasid) of the Islamic world found it necessary to override it, and analyses the effect of rule by non-Arabs - successively Mamluks, Ottoman Turks and Western colonial powers. It discusses the impact of these distortions on present day politics in the Arab world, and concludes by appealing for a reawakening of, and respect for, the cultural elements underlying the origins of Arab political identity.

Little is known about how take-up of Medicaid among eligible adults has changed since 2014. This study used data from the Medical Expenditure Panel Survey to examine changes in Medicaid enrollment among Medicaid-eligible adults between 2014 and 2019. Eligibility for Medicaid was simulated using state- and year-specific eligibility rules. Among all Medicaid-eligible citizen adults aged 19–64 years, the proportion enrolled in Medicaid increased from 55.5% in 2014–2015 to 61.9% in 2016–2017, and then remained approximately at the same level in 2018–2019 (61.5%). Among adults who became eligible because of the Medicaid expansions, the proportion enrolled in Medicaid increased from 44.1% in 2014–2015 to 53.8% in 2016–2017. Among pre-Affordable Care Act (ACA)-eligible adults, there was no statistically significant change in the proportion enrolled in Medicaid between 2014–2015 and 2016–2017 (66.8% and 69.7%, respectively). There were significant differences in changes in take-up rates across population subgroups.
