This paper analyzes traditional migration processes in Perú and their influence on resource conservation. In the coast as well as in the sierra and selva, migration has been part of human coexistence with fragile ecosystems, allowing their conservation. However, these processes have not been recognized by the political administration. The State should recognize the existence of migration circuits to manage resources and include them within in the planning and development strategies. That must be reflected in the ecologic and economic zoning and inthe territorial land management. At the same time, the State should look for the means to get a dialog among the diverse actors that form the migration circuits. Here, I propose to involve the migration processes within the public policy in planning as well as in the regional development. ; El artículo analiza los procesos de migración tradicional en el Perú y su influencia en la conservaciónde los recursos. Tanto en la costa, como en la sierra y la selva, la migración ha formadoparte de la convivencia humana con los ecosistemas frágiles, permitiendo su conservación. Sinembargo, estos procesos no han sido reconocidos por la gestión política. El Estado debe reconocerla existencia de circuitos de migración para la gestión de recursos e incluirlos dentro de la planificacióny desarrollo regional. Ello debe reflejarse en la zonificación ecológica económica y en elordenamiento territorial. Al mismo tiempo al Estado le corresponde establecer el diálogo entrelos diversos actores que integran los circuitos de migración. Se plantea involucrar dentro de lapolítica pública los procesos de migración tanto en la planificación, como en el desarrollo regional.

El artículo plantea la importancia de integrar el concepto de cuenca a la distribución de los recursos. Se propone integrar un trabajo detallado por cuenca que involucre el cálculo del caudal de agua, la variación de la napa freática, el caudal ecológico, los volúmenes de erosión y la distribución actual del agua, para de allí plantear la distribución del agua en la cuenca. El aprovechamiento y distribución de los recursos naturales se encuentran estrechamente vinculados a la distribución del agua. Una inadecuada distribución del agua orientada solo a satisfacer el aprovechamiento de los recursos, sin tener en cuenta los ciclos ecológicos para su reposición, puede destrozar los ecosistemas existentes.El conjunto de cuencas, como unidades geográficas, deben contribuir a una gestión de recursos que permita una adecuada distribución del agua y potencie cada región, integrándola a un sistema de distribución de oportunidades, riqueza y producción en el contexto del país.

El curso presenta conceptos técnicos y políticos sobre la biodiversidad discutiendo la interacción entre ambos y en qué medida estos se complementan para dar lugar a las perspectivas políticas sobre la biodiversidad. El curso analiza desigualdades socio-ecológicas (eje C del programa trAndeS) y también desigualdades socio-políticas (eje B) y su relación con el desarrollo sostenible enfocándose en los Objetivos del Desarrollo Sostenible 2 ("hambre cero") que incluye la agricultura sostenible, 14 ("vida submarina"), 15 ("vida de escosistemas terrestres") y 16 ("paz, justicia e instituciones sólidas") (Naciones Unidas 2018). El curso se centra en el aprendizaje de conceptos teóricos, por un lado y su repercusión en la práctica desde el análisis de lo técnico-ecológico, y su aplicación a la política existente en Latinoamérica y especialmente el Perú. El curso se divide en cinco partes: aportes teóricos, métodos y el análisis del material empírico en tres ejes: A) Ecosistemas y comunidades biológicas, B) Comunidades humanas, C) Genes.

The city of Lima does not have enough green areas. The origin and the aim of the green areas and parks is diverse, in this way we can identify a profile and propose a typology for parks. The tree species and their distribution have a correspondence with the decade their creation. Two spaces—one in the quarter of Chorrillos and the other in Villa El Salvador—have been analyzed. The distribution of the green areas and quality of the parks has been defined. The existence and distribution of the ecological corridors will be described in the correspondent study areas. The proposal of a new ecological corridor that will be used as a connection for the bird life will be presented for the quarter of Chorrillos. Finally, new ecological corridors will by proposed for the Chorrillos quarter. A park will be implemented as a corridor for the quarter of Villa El Salvador.
