Indonesian people have electronic citizen card called e-KTP. e-KTP is NFC based technology embedded inside Indonesian citizenship identity card. e-KTP technology has never been used until now since it was launch officially by the government. This research proposes an independent framework for bridging the gap between Indonesia regulation for e-KTP and commercial use in the many commercial or organization sector. The Framework proposes interoperability framework using novel combination component, there are e-KTP reader, Middleware and Web Service. KAFA (e-KTP Middleware and Framework) implementing Internet of Things (IoT) concept to make it as open standard and independent. The framework use federation mode or decentralized data for interoperability, to make sure not breaking the law of privacy. Extended development of AES-CBC cipher algorithm was used to encrypt the data on the transport between middleware and web service.

This research was proposing decentralized network model especially for storing e-KTP data without breaking privacy law. Besides providing high specs of the server, a decentralized model can reduce the cost of server infrastructure. The model was proposing using Distributed Hast Table which was used for peer-to-peer networks. The decentralized model promised high availability and the more secure way to save and access the data. The result of this model can be implemented in many network topology or infrastructure also applicable to implement on Small Medium Enterprise Company.
Indonesian government agencies under the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources have problems in classifying data dictionary of coal. This research conduct grouping coal dictionary using KMeans and MeanShift algorithm. K-means algorithm is used to get cluster value on character and word criteria. The last iteration of Euclidian distance calculation data on k-means combine with Meanshift algorithm. The meanshift calculates centroid by selecting different bandwidths. The result of grouping using k-means and meanshift algorithm shows different centroid to find optimum bandwidth value. The data dictionary of this research has sorted in alphabetically.
The Government of the Republic of Indonesia is currently focusing on building logistics infrastructure to facilitate the distribution of logistics to all regions in Indonesia. The Distribution of logistics to each area requires an electronically connected warehouse so that information about goods in the warehouse can be monitored continuously. There are some problems with one of the logistics companies because the existing warehouse management technology is not sufficient enough, so the complex warehouse functions do not become dynamic. One of the solutions to solve the problem need to use RFID technology, conveyor belt, and robotic arm by using an Arduino microcontroller. This research uses Design Science Research Methodology which focuses on developing and improving the model performance of a system and using the prototyping model for system development. The test results state that the built system works well because it could lift, identify and sort goods by type. So, this research could answer the problem that happened at the warehouse.
Abstract. The role of the teacher in an effort to improve the quality of learning is very essential, this is in line with the changing demands of the changing times, the teacher should also follow the existing demands. Technology in learning is currently experiencing rapid development. The teacher also begins to modify learning by involving technology in learning. Bandung is a city that is very dynamic to change. Welcoming the Bandung Smart City launched by the city government of Bandung, the government institutions one of which is a state school to adjust it. Even though it has extraordinary potential, it needs support to maximize the potential of innovative learning that can be done. One of the improvements in pedagogical competence is the use of instructional media, the use of current media that can be utilized by students through learning applications found in students' devices. Through training learning applications Quizizz for teachers can improve digital literacy for students who really need to be developed at this time. The method of implementation was through training and mentoring of 25 elementary school teachers at SDN 164 Karangpawulang, Bandung. Based on the assistance that has been done, the results obtained in the form of a 75% increase in knowledge of the trainees. This learning application training is very useful for teachers who have an impact on students in the class.Keyword: quizizz, mobile learning, digital literacy Abstrak. Menyongsong Bandung Smart City yang dicanangkan oleh pemerintah Kota Bandung, maka institusi pemerintah salah satunya adalah sekolah negeri menyesuaikan hal tersebut. Walaupun memiliki potensi yang luar biasa maka perlu sokongan untuk memaksimalkan potensi inovasi pembelajaran yang bisa dilakukan. Peningkatan kompetensi pedagogik salah satunya adalah penggunaan media pembelajaran, penggunaan media saat ini yang dapat dimanfaatkan siswa melalui aplikasi pembelajaran yang terdapat pada gawai yang dimiliki siswa. Melalui pelatihan aplikasi pembelajaran Quizizz bagi guru dapat meningkatkan literasi digital bagi siswa yang sangat perlu dikembangkan saat ini. Metode pelaksanaan melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan 25 guru SD yang dilakukan di SDN 164 Karangpawulang Kota Bandung. Berdasarkan pendampingan yang telah dilakukan, diperoleh hasil berupa peningkatan pengetahuan 75% dari peserta pelatihan. Indonesian government agencies under the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources still use manual methods in determining and selecting proposals for operational activities to be carried out. This study uses the Decision Support System (DSS) method, namely Fuzzy Multiple Attribute Decision Decision (Fmadm) and K-Means Clustering method in managing Operational Plan activities. Fmadm to select the best alternative from a number of alternatives, alternatives from this study proposed activity proposals, then ranking to determine the optimal alternative. The K-Means Clustering Method to obtain cluster values for alternatives on the criteria for activity dates, types of activities, and activity ceilings. The last iteration of the Euclidian distance calculation data on k-means shows that alternatives that have the smallest centroid value are important proposal criteria and the largest centroid value is an insignificant proposal criteria. The results of the collaboration of the Fmadm and K-Means Clustering methods show the optimal ranking of activities (proposal activities) and the centroid value of each alternative.
The Province of Riau Islands is one of the provinces that have borders with neighboring countries, thus became the window of Indonesia. Therefore, the management in border areas will be a barometer state management of border in Indonesia in general. The current government has formed border management agency between countries starting from central government, Province to District/City level since Riau Islands share a border with 4 (four) foreign countries. Therefore,proper inter-country border management is expected to run optimally. However, there are still various problems from illegal activities such as smuggling, piracy, illegal fishing/mining, drugs, terrorism,etc. These problems should be solved by Collaborative Governance approach between stakeholders involved in the management of border areas. To find out how the parties are then this research will analyze how the involvement between parties with Social Networking approach. Pemerintah saat ini telah membentuk badan pengelola perbatasan antar negara mulai dari pemerintah pusat, Provinsi hingga tingkat Kabupaten/Kota mengingat Kepulauan Riau hampir seluruhnya berbatasan dengan 4 (empat) negara asing. Manajemen perbatasan antar negara yang tepat diharapkan berjalan secara optimal, tetapi sampai sekarang masih ada banyak masalah mulai dari kegiatan ilegal seperti penyelundupan, pembajakan, penangkapan ikan dan penambangan ilegal, narkoba hingga terorisme dan lain-lain. Masalah ini harus diselesaikan dengan Tata Kelola Kolaborasi pendekatan antara pemangku kepentingan yang terlibat dalam pengelolaan wilayah perbatasan. Untuk mengetahui bagaimana pihak-pihak tersebut maka penelitian ini akan menganalisis bagaimana keterlibatan antara pihak-pihak dengan pendekatan Jejaring Sosial.
