Este estudo aplicado objetiva analisar como implementar estratégias de Employer Branding na empresa Alfa visando a retenção de profissionais. Para atingir o objetivo da pesquisa foi realizado um estudo descritivo e explicativo através da abordagem do conceito de Employer Branding e aplicação de entrevistas e questionários a fim de entender as atuais práticas da empresa por meio das percepções da gestão e dos colaboradores, as quais foram divididas em categorias. Para a análise entre as percepções coletadas, utilizou–se a distribuição percentual dos dados pelas categorias, cálculo de incidência nas respostas, correlações expressas pelo coeficiente de Pearson, além de reflexão de conteúdo por meio da análise comparativa. Houve um alto percentual de concordância com a cultura da empresa nas duas coletas, porém demonstrou–se uma diversificação nos percentuais de concordância nas outras categorias. Os resultados mostraram alguns desencontros entre a necessidade da empresa e o que é praticado pela mesma, refletindo em certo impacto na marca empregadora. Contudo, em função do quadro existente pós pandemia COVID, entende–se que a imagem da empresa não foi afetada significativamente, ainda mais pelas ações que procurou desenvolver ao longo da crise.
