The COVID-19 pandemic is such a barrier for health systems around the world including Indonesia. Primary care is the first-line in controlling the pandemic at the community level, but there are many barriers and challenges faced by doctors during the service that are not fully recognized. This aimed to distinguish barriers and challenges in health centers and/clinics amid the COVID-19 widespread. This was qualitative study with a phenomenological approach. As much 44 health centers/clinical specialists interviewed in October 2020. Then, the data categorization method/coding and content analysis used. There were three themes related to the barriers and challenges confronted by specialists in health centers/clinics, specifically barriers and challenges based on service management, environment, and individuals. The barriers and challenges confronted are related to changes within the consultation flow, a diminished number of patient visits, limited supplies of personal protective equipment (PPE), patient states of mind and behavior within the confront of a pandemic, and progressively heavier burdens and duties for doctors. It is necessary to provide specific, valid, and right-on-target knowledge in improving community behavior in efforts to prevent COVID-19 infection and the government's important role to be more concerned about the future of health workers.

In combating COVID-19, maintaining the immune system is important. Providing this information to the general population will increase public awareness towards improving their immune system. The use of Google Trends for exploring web behavior related to a topic or search term also considered as a tool for monitoring public awareness to help risk communication during the COVID-19 pandemic. Therefore, this study was conducted to assess the use of Google Trends to monitor public awareness to immune system improvement during the COVID-19 pandemic in Indonesia. This quantitative and qualitative research used time-series data from 31 December 2019 to 2 May 2020. The time-lag correlation analysis was performed to compare between relative search volume (RSV) of "Vitamin C", "Vaksin" (Vaccine), "Berjemur" (Sunbathing) from Google Trends (GT), and the number of reported COVID-19 new cases. Validation using time-lag correlation shows the significant correlation between RSV keywords related to public awareness towards immune system improvement and the number of COVID-19 cases in Indonesia in 1-3 days before an increase in the number of cases occurs. Google Trends has the potential to become an early warning system and a tool for monitoring risk communication towards immune system improvement during the COVID-19 pandemic by Indonesia Government.

The relative search volume (RSV) of keyword "masker" (mask) and "cuci tangan" (handwashing) from Google Trends (GT) and the number of COVID-19 daily cases were collected. Analyzed qualitatively. RSV search data and daily case comparisons were performed based on Pearson correlation analysis and time lag correlation with significance <0.05. The keyword "masker" has four peaks and "cuci tangan" has three peaks with fluctuations due to the increase in mask prices, government policies, news, and official WHO recommendations. Validation using time-lag correlation shows the significant results between RSV keywords related to personal protection and the number of COVID-19 cases. The highest correlation was achieved by the keyword "masker" three days before the number of COVID-19 cases. Google Trends can potentially be used as a complement and support for early warning systems in the surveillance system and improve public health responses in Indonesia.

Indonesia government encouraging to new normal life with obeys the health protocol. In Malaysia, the new normal had a significant impact on mobility trends. This study aimed to analyze the community mobility trend (including six categories) and coronavirus disease (COVID-19) daily cases in Indonesia in new normal era. An observational analytic using cross-sectional design. The community mobility data, include mobility trends for six different location categories, were obtained from Google COVID-19 Community Mobility Reports from May 15-July 14, 2020. The Indonesian's COVID-19 daily cases data were taken from (http://covid19.go.id//) from May 15-July 17, 2020. Time-lag correlation to analyzed community mobility of each location category and COVID-19 daily cases in Indonesia using Pearson Correlation with significance ≤0.05. Recreation, parks, and transit stations have positively strong to very strong, while the residential has negatively strong, and the grocery and pharmacy and workplaces were positively weak to moderate correlations. The community mobility was significantly correlated with the COVID-19 transmission in Indonesia during new normal era, especially in transit stations, retail and recreation. Indonesia government is expected to improve their effort to manage the COVID-19 transmission and consider new policy to curb the COVID-19 transmission.

The currently ongoing coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic induced built-up fear and anxiety notably with non-stop surge information through all media. Understanding of emotional and mental health impact during this state is urgently needed for further intervention. This study aimed to identify the current pattern of depression, anxiety, stress and, emotional disorder presented in the society and the association between Indonesian news-seeking behaviour and their mental health state during the COVID-19 outbreak. A cross-sectional study with 1,508 respondents was carried out with online questionnaire consisted of depression, anxiety, and stress scale (DASS) and SRQ-20 as assessment tools that was distributed through social media platforms from April 2−June 8, 2020. Data was analyzed using Mann Whitney, Kruskal Wallis, Post Hoc with Bonferroni, and Chi-square test (p<0.05). As much as 20.7% of respondents were depressed, 36.9% had anxiety, 25.5% had been stress, and 27.6% had emotional disorder. Most respondents actively searched about COVID-19 especially through television and social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram. Type of news and level of trust in COVID-19 news were the factors that influenced emotional and mental health state (p=<0.05). Providing mental health support in a timely and appropriate manner through a hotline team, media, or multidisciplinary team, including mental health professional is an important thing that the Indonesian government must do to help the Indonesian people through this pandemic.

The amount of response and attention of the public regarding the COVID-19 case in Indonesia and the circulation of information in the community became the basis of interest in identifying and analyzing demography factors with general knowledge on COVID-19. Participants were 1,254 collected through online questionnaire distributed on social media platform, from February 5, 2020 to June 6, 2020. Data analyzed used Chi square test with significant 75%). Nonetheless, most misinformation was that COVID-19 killed everyone contracted to it, came from a biological weapon laboratory, and that covering mouth and nose with bare hand is considered as correct coughing ethic. Characteristics that showed statistical significances were education, occupation, and educational/occupational background. Although Indonesian governments already give the best effort to educate the public to stop the transmission, an extensive educational health campaign should be done to raise awareness in public about preventive knowledge and behavior of COVID-19.

Therefore, this research was intended to assess the potential use of Google Trends as a tool to monitor risk communication during COVID-19 pandemic in Indonesia. Search patterns were analyzed using the terminology used to identify COVID-19 in Indonesia, followed by information-finding keywords 'gejala (symptoms)', 'mencegah (preventing)', and 'obat (drug)' keywords compared to the number of newly confirmed COVID-19 cases in Indonesia using time-lagged correlation analysis from December 31th, 2019 to April 20th, 2020. Peaks within respective timelines were qualitatively described according to current COVID-19 related events. "Corona" was the terminology mostly used in Indonesia to identify COVID-19. There were five spikes observed from "corona" keyword timeline, which each spike was dependent on the media coverage and regulation by the Government. Validation using time-lagged correlation yields significant results between corona, corona symptoms, preventing corona and corona drugs compared to newly confirmed COVID-19 cases in Indonesia. Google Trends can potentially be used to maximize the improvement of risk communication and as a tool to monitor public restlessness during the COVID-19 pandemic in Indonesia by Government.

ABSTRAK COVID-19 telah menjadi masalah kesehatan dunia.WHO resmi menyatakannya sebagai suatu pandemi pada 11 Maret 2020. Secara global sampai dengan 15 April 2020, kasus terkonfirmasi mencapai 1.991.275 kasus yang tersebar di 205 negara dan 2 transportasi internasional, dengan 127.147 kematian. Besarnya angka kejadian COVID-19 disertai oleh luasnya informasi mengenai penyakit ini, tetapi masih banyak terdapat disinformasi dan misinformasi di masyarakat yang berujung dengan kepanikan berlebihan dan penolakan dalam mengikuti rekomendasi pemerintah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai gambaran pengetahuan masyarakat Indonesia terhadap usaha pencegahan COVID-19 serta hubungan di antara variabel tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode observasional analitik dengan desain cross-sectional. Sampel berjumlah 1096 dari seluruh Indonesia melalui kuesioner online yang disebarkan sejak 5 Februari 2020 hingga 22 Maret 2020. Terdapat hubungan signifikan antara pengetahuan dengan sikap (p=0,000) dan pengetahuan dengan tindakan individu (p=0,000). Usaha pencegahan COVID-19 dipengaruhi pengetahuan masyarakat Indonesia. Pemberian pengetahuan yang spesifik, valid, dan tepat sasaran dapat meningkatkan perilaku usaha pencegahan masyarakat terhadap infeksi COVID-19. ABSTRACT COVID-19 had become a global health problem. WHO officially stated this disease a pandemic on March 11, 2020. Globally up to April 15, 2020, there were 1.991.275 confirmed cases in 205 countries and 2 international transportation, with 127.147 deaths. The magnitude of the COVID-19 incidence was accompanied by extensive information about the disease, but there were still a lot of disinformation and misinformation in the community which resulted in excessive panic and refusal to follow government recommendations. This study aimed to assess the description of knowledge Indonesia people about prevention efforts COVID-19 infection and the relationship between variables. This study used an observational analytic method with cross-sectional study design. There was a significant relationship between knowledge with attitudes (p = 0,000), and knowledge with actions individual (p = 0,000). COVID-19 prevention efforts were influenced by knowledge Indonesia people. To assess public search interest pattern on Indonesian containment policy and to determine the use of Google Trends as an early warning system and a tool for making a suitable form of risk communication and interventions during COVID-19 Pandemic. The data related via GT using time series data ranging from 1 March 2020 to 2 May 2020. The data then compared to the number of COVID-19 daily new cases. Qualitative analyzes used in every spike/peaking of search interest. The time-lag correlation with Pearson correlation was performed to measure the correlation between the raised of GT data and the increase of COVID-19 cases. From the keyword searched 'lockdown', 'PSBB', and 'jaga jarak' has 5,3,1 peak, respectely. PSBB' has a highly significant positive correlation (R = 0,8137) compared with 'lockdown' (R = -0,2494) and 'jaga jarak' (R = 0,3177) with Pearson correlation. Lag-period wise, 'PSBB' also has a highly significant positive correlation in all set (P£0,05). 'PSBB' reached its peak consistently based on the policy issued by the Government. Validation using time-lag correlation shows the significant correlation between RSV keywords related to Government of Indonesia personal protection and the number of COVID-19 cases. GT can be used as a public search interest in accordance with government policy and also can confirm the reaction among population which is the original policy of the Indonesian government.
