The article discusses the theoretical and methodological features of public-private partnership in the implementation of economic activities of territorial communities. It is proved that PPP in the process of implementing infrastructure projects can take various forms that do not deny the basic principles of partnership. The approach to managing the generated and transferred assets through a special purpose vehicle (SPV) is quite common. It is clarified that PPP is a complex mechanism of institutionally defined mutually beneficial organizational, legal and economic relations of public administration entities with private economic entities which are carried out in various spheres of socio-economic activity. The authors prove that PPP models differ in the degree of risk sharing and the level of private sector involvement, and that it is quite common to use a special purpose vehicle (SPV) to manage the assets formed and transferred on the basis of a project agreement which reflects the obligations of the enterprise, the obligations of the public partner, cases of default, the rights of termination of each party and the remuneration of the SPV. Keywords: public-private partnership, territorial communities, public sector, private sector.

The concepts of "decriminalization" and "legalization" of sex work are defined. Based on a sociological study, the attitudes of the Ukrainian public and sex workers to the potential change in the legal status of sex services in Ukraine is characterized. Authors analyse the public attitude toward the concepts and phenomena of "sex work" and "sex workers", level of awareness of the population and sex workers about the current legislation in the scope of sex work regulation in Ukraine and the attitude to it, opinions on potential conditions of decriminalization and expected changes as a result of changes in the sex work legal status, level of interest of sex workers in the fact of decriminalization and legalization and their readiness for possible changes. These studies show an utterly predictable contrast between the attitudes, desires and expectations regarding potential changes in the legal status of sex work in Ukraine of the average Ukrainian and a sex worker – from disinclination and rejection of such changes by the first to the unreadiness and possible radiant hopes of the latter. Thus, 51% of Ukrainians oppose the revocation of penalty for the voluntary provision of paid sex services, while 93% of sex workers are interested in the revocation of such penalty. Modelling the situation where the penalty for sex work is revoked, the potential improvements suggested by sex workers are the following: safer working conditions and reduced risks of violence – 74%; the possibility of legal protection from the police – 67%, in court and prosecutor's office – 64%; reduction of stigma at the level of society – 58%, at the level of self-esteem – 53%; expected reduction in health risks, including HIV/STIs – 49%. The appropriateness to form a public attitude to sex work as a type of entrepreneurial activity, which should be regulated by labour, civil, economic, financial and other branches of law, and to sex workers as those who are entitled to refuse (a client, employer, profession in general), appropriate working conditions and trade union or judicial protection, anonymity, social guarantees and pensions, self-organization, etc. are proved.

The article presents the results of a sociological study on the main issues relevant to religious minorities in modern Ukraine. The main ones are legal aspects related to legislation, state registration, acquiring the status of a legal entity, obtaining or acquiring land for use or construction of a religious building, etc. Among other pressing problems faced by religious minorities in their lives and activities are social, humanitarian (including educational), and economic (property, financial). Respondents – believers representing religious minorities reported violations of the right to provide for the religious needs of believers during military service (in particular, chaplaincy); harassment in the exercise of the right to participate in charitable activities (including volunteering, in particular, to work with at-risk groups – people with drug and alcohol addictions, former prisoners, etc.); difficulties with the exercise of the right to acquire and use religious objects, in particular, the restriction of the "permissible" list of objects to be imported by Christian, mostly Orthodox, tradition; violation of the right of believers representing religious minorities to self-expression and/or prejudice of the public and/or denial of employment due to the appearance of believers, under the requirements of the faith; presentation of unverified or biased information about religious minorities in the media as a source of negative public opinion concerning religious minorities. The article concludes that the state policy in the religious sphere on religious minorities is insufficiently developed, which slows down the process of Ukraine's integration into the European international community and strengthens the marginalization of religious minorities. Moreover, the realization of the rights and freedoms of religious minorities requires the cooperation of experts, civil servants, the media, and believers of religious minorities.

Based on the survey data, the authors define the attitude of the Ukrainian population to the following components of modern Ukraine's social and political processes as the state's foreign policy; restriction of certain groups of citizens in the right to vote; an ecological situation in macro-regions of residence; and vaccination. The paper provides analysis of Ukrainians' assessment of the political situation in the country and the level of tension in society. Potential behavioural reactions of Ukrainian citizens to dissatisfaction with socio-political processes in the country have been studied. The authors demonstrate data on the level of trust of Ukrainians at the end of 2021 to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, and the President of Ukraine V. Zelenskiy, the National Bank of Ukraine, political parties, national media, and well-known Ukrainian politicians.
