Beteiligung von Studierenden bei der Weiterentwicklung des Lehr-Lernsystems
In: die hochschullehre, Band 6, S. 520-528
Continuous further development of lectures and study programmes guarantees a persistent prolific framework for higher education and employability of students. Hereby, students are enabled to shape global transformation processes (e. g., digital change, globalization) and to advance their competencies regarding professional attitude and process-orientation (e. g., open-mindedness, connected thinking, fault tolerance). Supporting students' employability, qualification aims of study programmes increasingly focus on individual personal development (e. g., social key competencies). Therefore, within the B.Sc. study programme Geodesy and Geoinformatics at Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT), personal development of students is handled systemically-coupled with multi-perspective further development of the teaching-learning-system. In the following, selected successfully implemented measures for the participation of student groups (e. g., planning of lectures, sharpening the job profile, support for fellow students in the introductory phase of the study programme) are presented and discussed.
