Relevance. The socially oriented economy of foreign countries and Russia has led to an increase in the role of the non-profit sector in ensuring the effectiveness of supporting the population, primarily in the social sphere. However, the level of development of non-profit organizations (NPOs) largely depends on the existing mechanisms of state support, which they can use in the course of their activities to obtain additional benefits. There is a tendency for NCOs to accumulate in economically developed regions and to reduce their presence in remote or small regions.Purpose. The purpose of the study is to study the features of the development of NGOs in Russia and abroad, as well as the mechanisms for their support.Objectives: analyze the key aspects of the development of NGOs in the Russian Federation and in foreign countries; to consider the measures of assistance to NGOs used by foreign partners of the Russian Federation, to identify shortcomings in the existing mechanism for providing support to NGOs in our country, to formulate proposals for changing the tools for providing assistance to the non-profit sector.Methodology. The study is based on a general scientific approach, including methods of analysis and synthesis, a systematic analysis of domestic and foreign experience in the field of NPOs, and the identification of key aspects of the functioning of NPOs.Results. The study analyzes the dynamics of growth in the number of NGOs in the Russian Federation and in foreign countries. The impact of NPOs on the development of the Russian economy, in terms of the share of NPOs in the country's GDP, is analyzed. Based on a generalization of the current situation in the field of development of the non-profit sector in the Russian Federation, the key directions for the formation of the "Strategy for the Development of Non-Commercial Organizations in the Russian Federation" are identified.Conclusions. As part of the study, the degree of development of NGOs in Russia and abroad is considered in detail, the main directions for supporting this sector at various levels are identified, and the importance of the functioning of NGOs in order to develop civil society and the social sphere is emphasized.

Relevance. Russian banks actively participate in international trade and economic relations. However, taking into account geopolitical and economic changes, such as sanctions and changes in trade blocs, banks need to develop strategies for effective expansion of their activities at the international level. Business planning for the geographical development of foreign trade will help banks to adapt to new market conditions, determine optimal strategies and resources for the development of export-import operations, as well as minimize risks and increase competitiveness on the world stage..The purpose is to conduct a comprehensive study of the possibilities of geographical development of the foreign economic activity of Russian banks..Objectives: analyze regional markets for their potential; to determine the main advantages and disadvantages of the activity of foreign trade of Russian banks; will identify the peculiarities of the bank's exit to the new dawn within the framework of foreign trade, draw up a business plan and determine the criteria for the success of the project.Methodology. In the process of research, general scientific methods of logical and statistical analysis, field research, as well as qualitative and quantitative analysis were used.Results. 10 Russian banks, their foreign trade development strategy and future prospects were considered. The regions in which the opening of a bank branch will be the most successful for foreign trade have been identified: Tatarstan, Primorsky Krai, Kaliningrad Oblast, Yekaterinburg. A business plan for entering a new regional market for a bank with a focus on foreign trade has been drawn up, taking into account industry specifics.Conclusion. The foreign trade development strategy allows banks to expand their client base, increase their global presence and provide their clients with access to international financial services.

An analysis of the regional market for the sale of dairy products in large retail chains will make it possible to identify the main players in the market, their shares and strategies, as well as to identify the characteristics of consumer demand and supply in this category of products.The purpose is to conduct a comprehensive study of the regional market for dairy products in large retail chains in order to determine the determinants of development and the main players in the market, their shares and strategies, as well as the size of the share of each manufacturer in this market.Objectives: collect and analyze data on sales of dairy products in large retail chains in the region; identify the main players in the market, their shares and strategies; based on the results obtained, to draw conclusions and determine the determinants of development to improve the position of manufacturers and retailers in the dairy market in the city of Kursk.Methodology. In the course of the study, general scientific methods of logical and statistical analysis, as well as qualitative and quantitative analysis, were used.Results. The share of producers of the Kursk region of the total number of dairy producers represented in the retail chains of the city of Kursk is 17,13%, of which 7,69% is occupied by the production of the city of Kursk. The volume of dairy products sold in large retail chains in the city of Kursk for 2022 for five positions decreased by an average of 20,5%.Conclusions. There is a small amount of imports of goods from local producers to large retail chains of the city, which may indicate a lack of support and priority for the city to work with local producers in these networks. It may also indicate possible limitations in the production capacity of local producers, their lack of competitiveness in comparison with other producers from other regions.
