Tax is a people's contribution to the state treasury which has been determined directly by law to surrender part of the wealth owned. The Regional Revenue Agency of Riau Province has goals and objectives, namely the Realization of Regional Original Revenue as the main supporter of the smooth running of the administration of the Riau Province Government, the target of which is Increasing Regional Revenue. The Raiu Provincial Bapenda issued a PAD Management Program and outreach activities on Innovations that were issued to facilitate and improve motor vehicle taxpayer compliance in the city of Pekanbaru by issuing innovations. The purpose of this study was to determine the strategy of the Regional Revenue Agency of Riau Province in Building Motor Vehicle Taxpayer Compliance in the city of Pekanbaru. The type of research used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The required data collection is both primary and secondary data from interviews, observations, documentation, and then analyzed so that conclusions can be drawn from the research problem. The programs and activities planned in accordance with the strategic plan in the process of issuing innovations have not run smoothly, while the obstacles to this issued innovation are the lack of supporting apparatus which makes this innovation not run as smoothly as it should, the Riau Provincial Revenue Agency has not increased from the supporting apparatus that supporting the smooth running of every policy that is made, as well as the lack of public trust in the government is an obstacle for the Riau Province Bapenda to gain public awareness.

This study aims to analyze the effect of income levels, tax sanctions and tax knowledge on taxpayer compliance in paying land and building taxes in the city of Luwuk Banggai, Central Sulawesi. Taxes are one of the main sources of revenue today, so the government is trying to increase revenue from the PBB sector. Taxpayer compliance is one way to increase tax revenue, tax compliance means obedience to carry out tax provisions or rules that are required and implemented according to tax laws. This research method uses quantitative research using secondary data. The variables in this study are income level (X1), tax sanctions (X2), and tax knowledge (X3) and taxpayer compliance (Y). Data collection techniques were carried out using a questionnaire. The population of this research is all taxpayers who are registered at the Regional Revenue Agency office of Luwuk Banggai City. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression, validity test, reliability test, normality test, linearity test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, hypothesis test, partial t test and simultaneous f test. The results show that the level of income has a positive and significant effect where the more stable the economic condition and the ability to allocate part of the income, the level of compliance and accuracy in paying taxes also increases. Tax sanctions also show positive and significant results, where the more stringent tax sanctions are applied, the level of community compliance will also increase, and tax knowledge also has a positive and significant effect, which means that the more people understand about tax knowledge, the people of Luwuk Banggai City, the better. The level of compliance is also increasing towards taxpayer compliance in paying land and building taxes (PBB) in Luwuk Banggai City.

The main problem in this study is that the cashews sold by farmers are still in the form of logs and not in processed form (processed cashew kernels). The purpose of this study was to analyze the trading system and marketing margins of cashew in Rakadua Village, Bombana Regency. The research method used in this study is a qualitative research with a descriptive approach which aims to provide an overview of the research problem. Based on the results of the study, the trade system used by cashew farmers in Rakadua Village, Poleang Barat District, Bombana Regency has used these four trading channels. Marketing channel I is the simplest trading system pattern, while marketing channel II, III, and IV are the most complex channels, namely by passing the most intermediaries. The results of this study may become the basis in the process of formulating policies issued by the government in order to improve the quality of cashews, especially for farmers. ; Permasalahan utama dalam penelitian ini adalah bahwa jambu mete yang dijual petani masih dalam bentuk gelondongan dan bukan dalam bentuk olahan (biji mete olahan). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis tataniaga dan margin pemasaran jambu mete di Desa Rakadua Kabupaten Bombana. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif yang bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran pada masalah penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa saluran tataniaga yang digunakan oleh petani jambu mete di Desa Rakadua Kecamatan Poleang Barat Kabupaten Bombana telah menggunakan empat saluran tataniaga tersebut. Saluran pemasaran I merupakan pola tataniaga yang paling sederhana, sedangkan saluran pemasaran II, III, dan IV merupakan saluran yang paling kompleks yaitu dengan melewati perantara paling banyak. Hasil penelitian ini semoga menjadi dasar dalam proses penyusunan kebijakan yang dikeluarkan oleh pemerintah agar dapat meningkatkan kualitas jambu mete khususnya untuk pihak petani.

From year to year, the poverty rate in Indonesia is getting lower. However, reducing poverty is still far from the goals set by the government, such as the MDGs and the 2009–2014 RPJMN. The government needs a new approach to achieve its goal of alleviating poverty, not Information and communication technology is one method (ICT). ICT is considered to be able to evaluate poverty relief in many countries. The Technology Development Index can be used to track ICT growth. One of the main causes of the failure of poverty alleviation efforts in Indonesia is the lack of knowledge of the Indonesian people about technology management and their lack of access to information. Even in big cities, access to complete information and the latest technology is not evenly distributed, as evidenced by the buskers and beggars who still roam the roads (Rizky, et al., 2015: 133). The poverty rate in the city of Medan can increase because of the large punk community there. In theory, information and communication technology should be widely known in all fields (Argiati, 2010:60), but in practice, the urban poverty rate in Medan can increase due to the emergence of a large punk subculture with a poverty background. Therefore, it is interesting to conduct this research to find out how information and communication technology can reduce urban poverty, especially for the punk community in Medan. The lack of information and communication technology literacy also contributes to the creation of many marginalized groups. The purpose of this article is to: Describe the history of punk culture; and discuss how technology, knowledge, and communication can help the punk community fight urban poverty. This study uses a qualitative descriptive methodology. Medan City is the city where this research was conducted. In-depth interviews, documentation, and observation are the three methods used to obtain data.
