This study discusses the ''Leadership Strategy of the Principal in Supervision of Islamic Religious Education Learning at SMPN 1 Petasia, North Morowali Regency'' with the main problems located in: (1) How is the technique of vital authority in directing Islamic learning? Educational Educators at SMPN 1 Petasia (2) What are the elements that hinder and support vital initiative procedures in conducting learning management for madrasah teachers at SMPN 1 Petasia. This study is expected to be able to decide on the leading initiative technique in supervising Islamic Religious Education educators at SMPN 1 Petasia, North Morowali Regency. This type of examination uses a fascinating subjective technique approach. The strategies used in gathering information are perception, meeting, documentation, and triangulation. The consequences of this review show that the methodology used by school principals in supervising the learning of Islamic Religious Education teachers is very large, namely based on their duties and responsibilities as school principals, deliberation in making decisions, applying discipline, using a democratic type or style of leadership. , also uses techniques namely individual supervision, direct supervision and roundabout, and gathering supervision. The inhibiting variables seen by the principal in carrying out supervision are the main administrative obligations which are very thick with the aim of managing and cannot be carried out routinely differences in beliefs, and management. carried out during the pandemic only in the form of reports. The supporting factors for school principals in carrying out supervision are infrastructure facilities and administrative completeness.

Abstrak: Undang-undang Nomor 23 tahun 2014 tentang Pemerintahan Daerah telah memberikan berbagai perubahan kearah peningkatan kesejahteraan kepada masyarakat melalui pelayanan yang baik, serta kinerja yang maksimal secara langsung dan transparan kepada daerah, termasuk pelaksanaan UU tentang kebencanaan. Sudah sebulan berlalu sejak Organisasi Kesehatan Dunia (WHO) mendeklarasikan wabah virus corona baru sebagai sebuah pandemik yang masuk kategori bencana non alam. Untuk itu, pemerintah daerah sampai pemerintah desa bisa bekerjasama dengan berbagai pihak termasuk kampus untuk ikut terlibat dalam penanganann wabah ini. Pendampingan bertujuan memberikan pemahaman terkait bencana, bencana non alam khususnya wabah virus corona dan peran pemerintah pada saat terjadi bencana. Metode yang digunakan dimana masyarakat di desa masih cenderung tidak peduli dengan yang namanya wabah diberikan pengetahuan dan pemahaman. Di lanjutkan dengan saran dan kesempatan untuk diskusi, konsultasi kepada masyarakat dan pemerintah desa dan tokoh masyarakat, tokoh adat dan tokoh pemuda. Hasil kegiatan ini diperoleh adanya peningkatan pemahaman pada perwakilan masyarakat menjadi lebih percaya dan siap mengikuti anjuran pemerintah.Pendampingan ini masih pada tahap awal, dan perlu dilakukan secara berkelanjutan dengan kerjasama dari berbagai pihak.Abstract: Law Number 23 of 2014 concerning Regional Government has provided various changes towards improving welfare for the community through good services, as well as maximum performance directly and transparently to the regions, including the implementation of the Law on Disasters. It has been a month since the World Health Organization (WHO) declared the novel coronavirus outbreak as a pandemic that is categorized as a non-natural disaster. For this reason, local governments to village governments can cooperate with various parties including campuses to get involved in handling this outbreak. Assistance aims to provide understanding related to disasters, non-natural disasters, especially the corona virus outbreak and the role of the government in times of disasters. The method used where people in the village still tend to not care about the plague, given the knowledge and understanding. Followed by suggestions and opportunities for discussion, consultation with the community and village government and community leaders, traditional leaders and youth leaders. The result of this activity is that there is an increase in understanding that community representatives become more confident and ready to follow government recommendations. This assistance is still at an early stage, and needs to be carried out continuously with cooperation from various parties.
Komunitas nelayan merupakan kelompok masyarakat ekonomi rendah dan rentan dengan kemiskinan. Salah satu faktor penyebabnya adalah rendahnya kemampuan literasi. Pemerintah sejak tahun 2016 mencanangkan Gerakan Literasi Nasional (GLN), yang terdiri atas Gerakan Literasi Sekolah, Gerakan Literasi Masyarakat, dan Gerakan Literasi Keluarga. Gerakan Literasi Masyarakat menjadi fokus kegiatan PKM, di mana salah satu implementasinya adalah pengoptimalan sumber belajar yang tersedia bagi masyarakat umum. Berdasarkan hasil observasi dipandang penting untuk mengoptimalkan Perpustakaan Kampung Nelayan. Kegiatan yang dilakukan adalah sosialisasi dalam bentuk penyuluhan, bantuan buku bacaan, pelatihan pengelolaan perpustakaan, dan lomba literasi. Abscract. The Community Literacy Movement is the focus of PKM activities, where one of its implementations is optimizing learning resources available to the general public. Based on the results of observations, it is considered important to optimize the Fisherman's Village Library. Less of chronic energy is a condition caused by an imbalance of nutrient intake between energy and protein, so that the nutriens needed are not fulfilled. As for pregnant woman said to be less chronic energy if the measurement of the upper arm circumference is less than 23.5 cm. The results of Riskesdas in 2016 showed the prevalence of pregnant women lacking chronic energy at the National level as much as 16.2% and monitoring of nutritional status in 2017 in South Sulawesi showed the prevalence of KEK pregnant women in the island's Pangkajene district 25.08%. This study aims to determine the relationship of family income with less chronic energy for pregnant women in the work area of the Bungoro Health Center. This research is observational analytic. The research location was carried out in the work area of the Bungoro Health Center in may 2018. The results of the study showed that there were 24 people (80%) who were not chronically energetic in pregnant women, while 6 people were not in chronic energy (20%). Data of pregnant woman lacking chronic energy is done by interview method using questionnaires and LLA measurements. The results of the study obtained from the chi-square test showed that there was no family income relationship with less chronic energy in pregnant women in the work area of the Bungoro Community Health Center in Bungoro sub-district, Pangkep district where the value p=0,620 (>0,05). To reduce the less of chronic energy in pregnant women in Bungoro sub-district, Pangkep District conducted counseling for pregnant women to pay more attention to the health and consumption of nutritious foods during pregnancy, and cross-sector cooperation between the government and rhe health department to conduct an examination of pregnant women so that they could take precautionary measures against pregnant women who less chronic energy.
