Learning colleges prepare students to enter employment well, have very specific skills or expertise according to market needs, or instead have general transferable skills needed by almost all government or private institutions (Rosyada, 2016). In order to produce graduates who are ready to compete, learning in class not only provides knowledge but also the skills needed according to demands. Improvements in learning are the responsibility of lecturers and efforts to improve them can be done through research. Lecturers as lecturers should improve the quality of learning in class by doing variations in lectures. The results showed that the application of the cooperative group investigation model in mechanics courses that used valid and practical teaching materials as development products could improve student learning outcomes (Murniati, 2017). Based on the description above, the writer feels it is necessary to develop teaching materials based on practicum as an effort to improve the professionalism of students as prospective physics teachers, because the demands in the field expect that a physics teacher not only masters theory but is also skilled in conducting learning in the laboratory. The method in developing practicum-based teaching materials refers to the development of Rowntree with the Tessmer evaluation which consists of the planning, development and evaluation stages. Based on the results of expert validation and comments that the developed teaching materials are valid, from the results of one-to-one and small group trials, students comment that teaching-based teaching materials can make it easier to understand the concepts and from questionnaire data analysis results obtained that the teaching materials are already practical .

Following the year 2002, Indonesian migrant domestic workers (IDWs) gradually transform the generic perception that they are merely physical workers. They have attracted a different form of attention as they began to publish novels, short stories, poetry anthologies and non-fiction writings. In this paper, two books on IDW ‒ namely, Susanti's Tentang Sedih di Victoria Park ('About sadness in Victoria Park') and Sorrita's Penari Naga Kecil ('The little dragon dancer') ‒ are examined and analysed to further explore the subtext underlying the stories. I argue that IDWs' narratives offer an alternate narrative that indicates IDWs fighting back on the imposed stereotypes underlining the importance of migrant voice. Both books provide insights into IDWs' lives in Hong Kong, which illustrate IDWs' migrant experience.
This study discusses the Marriage Age Limit Provisions According to Law Number 1 of 1974 concerning Marriage (Case Study in the Gresik Religious Court), this research is based on the number of divorce cases in the Gresik Religious Court, which are still dominated by productive age, Seeing the phenomenon, those who generally immature, not adequately prepared to enter the world of marriage, the marriage dispensation granted in a religious court on the lives of those who are married has both positive and negative effects. The positive impact of preventing adultery is that the opposing side is prone to disputes because those relatively young certainly have different thoughts from those who have grown up. This study examines and analyses the age limit's application for marriage and analyses the judges' considerations in examining and determining marital dispensation cases in the Gresik Religious Court. To answer the problem, the writer uses socio-legal research methods. The data used were sourced from legislation, literature study, and scholars' opinions and data obtained from the Gresik Religious Court. The study results show that applying the age limit for marriage is less practical or cannot be fully used to the people in the Gresik Religious Court's jurisdiction. This is indicated by the high number of marriage dispensation requests in the Gresik Religious Court. Secondly, the Judge's consideration in examining the case for a marriage dispensation request at the Gresik Religious Court was under the procedures set out in Perma Number 5/2019. BNI Syariah is one of Indonesia's national sharia banks. In its operations, BNI Syariah implements several contracts, namely the Mudharabah Contract, the Wadiah Contract, and the Ijarah Contract. This study is focused on the discussion of the Ijarah Contract by taking BNI Syariah Branch Palu, Central Sulawesi as the research object. Islamic banking has good prospects. This is supported by two factors, they are the population which is predominantly Muslim and the strong support of the Government. But at the same time, there are number of challenges faced by this type of banking. The aspects of funding and the quality of Human Resources (HR) are two elements that are often referred to the serious problems faced by Islamic banking, especially when compared to conventional banking. Another factor is that Islamic banking has not had a clear business model scheme yet. Moreover, Islamic banking products are still not fully understood by a larger public. In other words, citizens who truly understand the principles and products of Islamic banking are still very limited. In relation to the operations of the BNI Syariah Bank Branch Palu, there are two segments that are practiced in the bank intermediation. Those two segments are the consumptive segment and the productive segment. Both of these segments face the same problem in their implementation, it is socialization. This study found that there was a correlation between the lack of socialization and the low interest of the people in Palu regarding the Ijarah product. In other words, lack of socialization has caused BNI Syariah Branch Palu products to be widely unknown to the public.
