The Government of the Republic of Indonesia and experts have provided leadership requirements are very strict agency also has a good learning method, a lot of achievements have earned, but why are there still negative cases in this country? The problem under study is about leadership learning methods are to be used Rasulullah SAW to the companions in the book Sunan Ibn Majah, and how to implement the teaching methods in educational leadership at the institution? The learning method is the means used to implement a plan that has been prepared in the form of real and practical activities to achieve the learning objectives. Leadership is the behavior of an individual who leads the activities of a group to a common goal to be achieved (shared goal). Companions are receiving direct hadith from the Prophet Muhammad SAW both subjects and nature answers to the problems faced. This study uses literature review are sourced from the literature. Researchers collected data based on that described for the qualitative analysis. This study addressed the issue of leadership learning methods that take hadith as its foundation. While to analyze the problem, researchers classified the hadith based on the theory of learning methods and leadership to further analyze the classification results and relate it to the subject. Through this study found that the leadership of the Prophet Muhammad learning methods.The most widely used Prophet S.A.W. is exemplary method, lecture and question and answer method. Prophet S.A.W. also use a unifying method, method the direction giver, liability method, the method of advice, wills method, the method fun, istikharah methods, and methods of Tahajjud, as well as commonly used method is the method of the story, the assignment method, the method of teaching leadership in educating fellow companions. This study obtained data that the term leadership (Imamate term) the most widely applied is obedient to the priest. Then the value of leadership exercised by the Prophet Muhammad the companions of the most widely applied is exemplary. Metode yang digunakan adalahdeskriptif kualitatifyang bertujuanuntuk menggambarkansecara sistematisfakta-faktayang ditemukandi lapangan. Jenispenelitian iniadalah kepustakaan. Sastramerupakan serangkaian metode pengumpulan dataliteratur, membaca, merekam, dan pengolahanbahan penelitian. Sumberdata penelitianberasal daridata primerdandata sekunder. Teknikanalisis data menggunakananalisis isi: analisisdongeng(materitingkat kelas)dananalisis material(juduldongeng). Penelitian ini memperlihatkan adanya materi yang sesuai (40%) dan bertentangan (60%) denganpendidikan karakter. Dari hasil analisisdapat disimpulkanbahwabahanmedia pendidikansebagaikarakterdongengdalam buku teksbahasa Indonesiadi Sekolah Dasarmasihtidak sesuaidengandongengyang bersifatpendidikan karakter, benar, mulia, mandiri, demokratis, danakuntabel.
Elementary education is a basic level of education that will affect a person's character in the further. If children are educated by good and appropriate educational method in elementary school, they will perform as a good quality or character of person. The aim of this study was to evaluate the achievement of character education in different types of elementary school. There are three types of school observed, that is public, religion, and culture school, and two schools for each types. There were six principal characters evaluated were faithful, pious, noble, self reliant, democratic and responsible. The results showed that Islamic boarding schools and cultural based schools reinforce the character education to students more frequently than the public school. The achievement of character of students in Islamic boarding schools and cultural based schools better than that in public school, indicated by higher grading. While the characters of faith and piety in elementary schools, is generally in need very serious attention.
The government has indeed allocated 20% of the state budget for education. Nevertheless, there are still Indonesian children who have not yet had access to education with standards. Therefore, it is an essential awareness of Islamic Philanthropy from individuals of Indonesian society and educational institutions so that it is expected to be more wide open the opportunities of future generations to receive a decent education. The purpose of this study was to obtain an explanation of the concept of Islamic Philanthropy in the Book of Regional Territories at Ta'lim wa al Waqfi fi al Mujtama'at al Islamiyah. The approach used in this research is library research.The results of this study indicate that Islamic Philanthropy with various kinds such as endowments, zakat, infaq, alms and grants can be a strategy as well as a solution in terms of financial management of educational institutions related to income and use. based on a literature review of the Tamwil at Ta'lim wa al Waqfi fi al Mujtama'at al Islamiyah which provides a strong foundation for the purpose of Islamic Philanthropy including in financing educational institutionsAbstrakPemerintah memang telah mengalokasikan 20% dari APBN untuk pendidikan. Meskipun demikian, masih ada anak-anak Indonesia yang belum mendapatkan akses pendidikan dengan standar. Oleh karena itu, sangat diperlukan kesadaran Filantropi Islam dari individu masyarakat Indonesia maupun lembaga pendidikan sehingga diharapkan akan lebih terbuka lebar peluang generasi mendatang mengenyam pendidikan yang layak. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan penjelasan tentang konsep Filantropi Islam dalam Kitab Tamwil at Ta'lim wa al Waqfi fi al Mujtama'at al Islamiyah. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah library research. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Filantropi Islam dengan berbagai ragamnya seperti wakaf, zakat, infak, sedekah dan hibah bisa menjadi strategi sekaligus solusi dalam hal pengelolaan keuangan lembaga pendidikan terkait dengan pendapatan dan penggunaannya. berdasarkan kajian pustaka kitab Tamwil at Ta'lim wa al Waqfi fi al Mujtama'at al Islamiyah yang memberikan landasan kuat pemanfaatan Filantropi Islam termasuk dalam pembiayaan lembaga pendidikan.
The implementation of MDA in Pandeglang has received recognition (legitimacy) of the Local Government formally Pandeglang in the form of legislation (regulations). The purpose of this policy to improve student achievement in the field of Islamic religious education as evidenced by the Madrasah Education Graduate Certificate Diniyah Awaliyah (STTB-MDA) as a requirement for continuing education to higher education. Compulsory education policy background to solve problems and MDA obstacles in the implementation of MDA associated with an educational component, namely: (1) residents learn, (2) educators, (3) curriculum, (4) Facility, (5) finance, (6) teaching and learning, and (7) Management. The case study uses a qualitative descriptive approach, which focused on policy and policy implementation using MDA compulsory primary and secondary data sources. The research concluded that the policy of compulsory education has reached the goals of MDA with the following indicators:Regulation of MDA compulsory education policy as a juridical foundation consists of Local Regulations, Rules and Regulations Regent Education Office and the Ministry of Religious Affairs Office Pandeglang;The finishing MDA problems toward positive changes associated with educational components, namely: community learning, educators, curriculum, infrastructure, finance, teaching and learning activities, and management;MDA policy objectives of compulsory education as a condition of continuing to higher education already begun, although the effectiveness enforcement begin 2012;Compulsory education policy implementation goes according to MDA goals and targets of policy stakeholders, MDA education providers, communities and citizens to learn;Significant policy impact in improving student achievement in the field of Islamic religious education.Based on the results of the study recommended that local government policy on Compulsory Education Pandeglang MDA can be applied in other areas in the administration of MDA is more conducive.Keyword: Diniyah Awaliyah, policy, madrasah, local government, compulsory education
Civic education is one of the basic courses that must be taken by every student at the College. The regulation of the course is based on the mandate contained in the law on the National Education System. Through Civic Education courses, the students can be directed national personality, that is how they love their homeland Indonesia, being a democratic, civilized, tolerant and so on. Muhammadiyah through the Council of Higher Education, Research and Development of Muhammadiyah head quarter published a textbook on Civic Education with the title Civic Education toward a Democratic and Civilized Life. The book became a staple in reference Civic Education Course in Universities of Muhammadiyah (PTM). However when elaborate on the Indonesian ideology or, in the book does not contain the formulation history of state basic ideology which was done by the founding fathers. Also how the role and Islamic thought figures who participated in formulating the state basic ideology be part of the material that was duly presented in the book. It is important that students who study in PTM to know and understand the history and struggle of Islamic figures in formulating the basis of the state and the dynamics that occurred at that time. So that their knowledge is complete and in understanding the Pancasila as the state basic ideology of Indonesia. Ki Bagus had very important role in the Committee for Indonesian Independence (PPKI) experienced of dead lock about the change of first principle of Pancasila, and there was serious debate and dynamic. Likewise, the role and thought of Kasman Singodimedjo was also important on the basis state in both the trial PPKI, as well as in the Constituent Assembly. Perpsektif Kasman about Pancasila based on Islam became important after the implementation of 1945 Constitution and Presidential Decree July 5th 1959. The role of Abdul Kahar Mudzakkir as a witness to the history of the struggle of Muslims cannot be neglected; especially Mudzakkir included in the Committee of Nine which develops the basic state eventually became the Jakarta Charter and accepted unanimously by BPUPKI. Furthermore, in the Constituent Assembly Mudzakkir remain committed to make Islam as the basis of the state, where the Constituent Assembly is the foundation of the momentum of the second volume formulation. The core of the Civics book is how the problem of state ideology especially Pancasila can be described in a comprehensive, complete and not partial. Including the relationship between the Jakarta Charter and the Constitution 1945. Other matters concerning aspects of citizenship is derived and the meaning of ideology or basic state. Therefore, this paper presents the role and thought of Ki Bagus Hadikusumo, Kasman Singodimedjo, and Abdul Kahar Mudzakkir become material development of Civic Education in the book of Civic Education toward a Democratic and Civilized Life.Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan merupakan salah satu mata kuliah dasar yang mesti ditempuh oleh setiap mahasiswa dalam studinya di Perguruan Tinggi. Ketentuan adanya mata kuliah ini berdasarkan amanat yang tertuang dalam undang-undang tentang Sistem Pendidikan Nasional. Melalui mata kuliah Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan ini mahasiswa diarahkan dapat berkepribadian nasional, yaitu bagaimana mereka cinta tanah air Indonesia, bersikap demokratis, beradab, toleran dan lain sebagainya. Muhammadiyah melalui Majelis Pendidikan Tinggi, Penelitian dan Pengembangan (Diktilitbang) Pimpinan Pusat Muhammadiyah (PP Muhammadiyah) menerbitkan satu buku teks tentang Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan (Civic Education) dengan judul Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan Menuju Kehidupan yang Demokratis dan Berkeadaban. Buku ini menjadi referensi pokok dalam Mata Kuliah Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan di Perguruan Tinggi Muhammadiyah (PTM). Akan tetapi ketika menguraikan tentang ideologi atau dasar negara Indonesia pada bagian yang membahas tentang "Membangun Identitas Nasional", tidak memuat bagaimana sejarah perumusan dasar negara yang dilakukan para founding fathers. Bagaimana pemikiran tokoh-tokoh Islam seperti Ki Bagus Hadikusumo, Kasman Singodimedjo, dan Abdul Kahar Mudzakkir tidak menjadi bagian dalam materi yang sepatutnya disajikan dalam buku tersebut. Hal ini penting agar mahasiswa mengetahui dan memahami sejarah dan perjuangan tokoh-tokoh Islam dalam merumuskan dasar negara serta dinamika yang terjadi saat itu. Sehingga pengetahuan mereka menjadi utuh dan tidak parsial dalam memahami Pancasila sebagai dasar negara Indonesia. Peran Ki Bagus sangat penting ketika Panitia Persiapan Kemerdekaan Indonesia (PPKI) mengalami deadlock soal perubahan sila pertama dasar negara Indonesia. Demikian juga pemikiran Kasman Singodimedjo tentang dasar negara baik dalam sidang PPKI, maupun dalam sidang Konstituante. Perpsektif Kasman tentang Pancasila yang berbasis pada Islam menjadi penting setelah diberlakukan kembali UUD 1945 dengan lahirnya Dekrit Presiden 5 Juli 1959. Demikian juga pemikiran Abdul Kahar Mudzakkir sebagai saksi sejarah perjuangan umat Islam tidak bisa dilupakan begitu saja, Abdul Kahar Mudzakkir termasuk dalam Panitia Sembilan yang bertugas menyusun dasar negara yang pada akhirnya menjadi Piagam Jakarta. Dalam Sidang Konstituante Mudzakkir tetap komitmen menjadikan Islam sebagai dasar negara, di mana Sidang Konstituante adalah momentum perumusan dasar negara jilid kedua. Inti dari buku PKn adalah bagaimana masalah ideologi negara khususnya Pancasila dapat dijelaskan secara komprehensif, utuh dan tidak parsial. Termasuk hubungan antara Piagam Jakarta dan UUD 1945. Oleh karena itu disertasi ini membahas pemikiran Ki Bagus Hadikusumo, Kasman Singodimedjo, dan Abdul Kahar Mudzakkir menjadi bahan pengembangan materi Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan dalam buku ajar Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan Menuju Kehidupan yang Demokratis dan Berkeadaban.
