The ancient Silk Road realized the interoperability of economy, trade, politics, and humanities. The new "Silk Road Economic Belt" is an upgrade of all aspects and an important step in realizing a "community with a shared future for mankind." Islam has prospered and developed in China for more than 1,300 years. Language is an important foundation. The extensive exchanges between China and Arab countries in the fields of culture, economy and trade have a very important influence on the development of Chinese Arabic in various periods. This article is conducted through a qualitative method and based on the inspection of the "Silk Road Economic Belt" on Chinese Arabic related information and past research, such as journals and articles. The purpose of the researcher in this article is to use the Silk Road Economic Belt as the main background to sort out and analyze the influence of Chinese Arabic in each period to fill the gaps in the research. Research and analysis found that the Silk Road Economic Belt has an important influence on Chinese Arabic.

Cordyceps militaris readily performs sexual reproduction, thus providing a remarkably rich model for understanding the processes involved in sexual development. It could regulate expression of human genes by diet-derived miRNA-like RNAs (milRNAs). However, the study of miRNAs in C. militaris has been limited. In the present study, genes encoding Dicers, Argonautes, and RNA-dependent RNA polymerases were identified. Illumina deep sequencing was performed to characterize the milRNAs in C. militaris at asexual and sexual development stages. Total 38 milRNAs were identified and five milRNAs were validated by northern blot and qRT-PCR, out of which, 19 were specific for sexual development. Importantly, the fungi could not form fruiting bodies after disruption of milR4, while the perithecium was formed in advance after over-expression of milR4. Abnormal pale yellow fruiting body primordium, covered with abnormal primordium, was formed in the strain with miR16 disruption. Although no milR4 or milR16 target genes were identified, differential expression of many different genes involved in mycelium growth and sexual development (mating process, mating signaling, and fruiting body development) among these mutants were found. Overall, milRNAs play vital roles in sexual development in C. militaris.

Ultrasound molecular imaging as a noninvasive and easy-to-operate method is expected to bring improvements for tumor detection.Purpose: The aim of this research is to prepare novel phase-change ultrasound contrast agents, Nds-IR780, which can perform not only dual-mode molecule-targeted imaging but also targeted photothermal therapy for CMM.Methods: A double emulsion process was used to prepare the Nds-IR780. Then, the entrapment rate and drug loading of IR-780 iodide in Nds-IR780 were detected by high-performance liquid chromatography. The biocompatibility of Nds-IR780 was evaluated by a CCK-8 assay and the characteristics and stability of that were verified through the particle size analyzer, laser scanning confocal microscopy (LSCM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The abilities of dual-mode molecule-targeted imaging and targeted photothermal therapy for Nds-IR780 were confirmed via the in vitro and in vivo experiments. Results: Nds-IR780 had good size distribution, polydispersity index, stability and biosafety. The in vitro and in vivo experiments confirmed that Nds-IR780 were capable of targeting CMM cells with high affinity (22.4±3.2%) and facilitating dual-mode imaging to detect the primary lesion and sentinel lymph nodes (SLNs) of CMM. Furthermore, the photothermal ablation of CMM mediated by Nds-IR780 was very effective in vivo. Conclusion: The newly prepared Nds-IR780 were observed to be effective targeted theranostic probe for the precise detection and targeted treatment of CMM.Keywords: CMM, dual-mode phase-change nanodroplets, targeted accurate diagnosis and treatment
