We explored the indirect effect of family socioeconomic status on career adaptability within the framework of career capital theory, by investigating the mediating role of human capital. We distributed the Family Socioeconomic Status Scale, Tacit Knowledge Inventory for College Students,
and Career Adapt-Abilities Scale to 1,692 college students in China. SPSS 21.0 and Mplus 7.0 were used for data analysis. Results show that family socioeconomic status had a direct predictive effect on participants' career adaptability. Mediation model results show that this direct effect
was full mediated by tacit knowledge. Critically, the mediation model results differed between urban and rural college student participants, such that the tacit knowledge of urban (vs. rural) participants had a more positive predictive effect on their career adaptability. Results are discussed
within the framework of career capital theory.

Abstract
With the deepening of medical system reform, there are unprecedented challenges for China's medical industry. In order to promote hospital core competitiveness, medical enterprises urgently need to be based on industry demand. The establishment of a unified data platform is an important aspect of this process, however the hospital's data inherent characteristics, makes the effective management a difficult task. This difficulty creates a hurdle for the implementation of an integrated information technology. Considering these obstacles, opting an effective method of data collection, data analysis and data management has become a concern for hospital staff. The hospital data analysis and decision support system make full use of the massive data deposited in the existing digital information system of the hospital. This cannot only facilitate the manager to monitor the operation and management of the hospital, but also predict its future development direction based on the historical data. This article mainly focuses on the characteristics of hospital data analysis and decision support, and application. We studied the hospital's data analysis and decision support system for advanced technology as our guide.

In constructivist approaches to research on career adaptability it has been conceptualized that the development of one's career is formed from the interplay between the individual and the environment. In this study we utilized structural equation modeling analysis of longitudinal
data obtained from 145 Chinese undergraduate students to examine the effects of social support and career decision-making self-efficacy on career adaptability. Our results provided important evidence regarding the effects of career decision-making self-efficacy, which functions as a significant
mediator of the effects of social support on career adaptability. We provide integrative conclusions for explaining the relationships between the environment, the individual, and the individual's career outcome, and have enriched constructivist theories of careers, providing implications
for counseling and practice.

We used a subliminal priming procedure to explore whether or not the intensity of identity salience facilitates the advantage of memory in distinguishing between the strength of the group-reference effect and that of the self-reference effect. In Experiment 1 (N = 124), participants
were primed with in-group, out-group, or combined salience conditions before encoding adjectives with reference to the in-group and out-group, and were then subsequently given a surprise free-recall test. These results showed that the intensity of social identity could predict the memory advantage
of group-reference tasks; moreover, the memory effect of group-reference tasks was strongest in the combined salience condition compared with in-group or out-group salience alone. In Experiment 2 (N = 81), we used different referential conditions and found that the intensity of social
identity changed with identity salience and was a possible cause of differences between the intensity of the group-reference effect and that of the self-reference effect.

We studied the effect of proactive personality and career decision-making self-efficacy on career adaptability under employment pressure among 810 Chinese graduate students. Participants completed the Proactive Personality Scale, the Career Adapt-Abilities Scale–International
Form 2.0, the Career Decision-Making Self-Efficacy Scale, and the Employment Pressure Scale. The results showed: (a) proactive personality affected career adaptability, (b) career decision-making self-efficacy played a mediating role in that relationship, (c) employment pressure moderated
the mediating effect on the relationship in (a), and (d) students with a highly proactive personality were more inclined to be influenced by the negative effects of employment pressure than were those with a less proactive personality when forming career decision-making self-efficacy.

We used a mediation model and an integrated, moderated mediation model to examine the effects of parental emotional warmth, intellectual-cultural orientation in family factors, and conscientiousness on the career decision-making difficulties of Chinese college students. We tested 1,196
undergraduate students by employing the conscientiousness subscale of the Chinese version of the Revised NEO Personality Inventory (NEO-PI-R), the Career Decision-making Difficulties Questionnaire (CDDQ), the revised Chinese version of the Egna Minnen av Barndoms Uppfostran scale (EMBU), and
the Family Environment Scale–Chinese Version (FES-CV). Our results showed that, in the mediation model, parental emotional warmth had an indirect effect on college students' career decision-making difficulties through the mediation of conscientiousness. In the integrated model, this
indirect effect was moderated by an intellectual-cultural orientated family environment.

Background: Despite numerous literature studies on the short-term effects of diverse experiences of being left-behind, migrant, or both on children, the research on their long-term effects remains inadequate. The purpose of current study is to explore the long-term impact of being left-behind, migrant or experiencing both during childhood on health in adulthood. Simultaneously, we investigate the impact of psychological resilience on adults in the presence of diverse experiences of parental migration. Method: A total of 2,371 samples were selected from 28 provinces in China, consisting of 656 participants who had been left behind but never migrated (PLBNM), 205 participants who had migrated but never been left behind (PMNLB), 265 participants who had both been left behind and migrated (PLBM), and 1,245 participants who had no left-behind/migrant experiences (NLBM). The mental health, health condition, and psychological resilience were measured using the 12-item General Health Questionnaire (GHQ-12), Self-Rated Health, and the Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale (CD-RISC), respectively. Results: The results of the regression model indicated that PLBNM ( OR = 2.10, 95% CI [1.59, 2.77], p < .001), PMNLB (1.93, [1.27, 2.94], p < .01), and PLBM (2.01, [1.37, 2.94], p < .001) displayed lower self-rated health compared to NLBM. However, only PLBNM (1.29, [1.05, 1.58], p < .05) reported higher mental health problems compared to NLBM. Our results also showed a strong association between psychological resilience and adults' lower self-rated health (0.72, [0.64, 0.82], p < .001). Conclusion: The negative long-term impact of various experiences regarding being left-behind, migrant, or both, on adult's mental health and self-rated health were more pronounced. The Chinese government ought to create unique policy frameworks that offer assistance to those adults.

Carbon, nitrogen, and phosphorus—nutrient and restrictive elements for plant growth and important components of the plant body—are mainly transferred and exchanged between plants and the soil environment. Changes in the carbon, nitrogen, and phosphorus eco-stoichiometry greatly impact the growth and expansion of Spartina alterniflora, and understanding these changes can reveal the nutrient coordination mechanism among ecosystem components. To explore the relationship between leaf and soil eco-stoichiometry and determine the key soil factors that affect leaf eco-stoichiometry, we collected leaf and soil samples of S. alterniflora at different tidal levels (i.e., 1, 3, and 5 km away from the coastline) in a coastal wetland in the Yancheng Elk Nature Reserve, Jiangsu province. We measured the leaf and soil carbon, nitrogen, and phosphorus contents and ratios, as well as the soil salinity and soil organic carbon. The results revealed the following. (1) The leaf stoichiometric characteristics and soil properties of S. alterniflora differed significantly between tidal levels; for example, total carbon, nitrogen, soil organic carbon were detected at their highest levels at 3 km and lowest levels at 5 km. (2) Significant correlations were detected between the leaf stoichiometric characteristics and soil characteristics. Additionally, nitrogen limitation was evident in the study area, as indicated by the nitrogen–phosphorus ratio being less than 14 and the soil nitrogen–phosphorus ratio being less than 1. (3) Soil salinity and the soil carbon–nitrogen ratio were shown to be the key factors that affect the eco-stoichiometric characteristics of S. alterniflora. These findings furthered our understanding of the nutrient distribution mechanisms and invasion strategy of S. alterniflora and can thus be used to guide S. alterniflora control policies formulated by government management departments in China.
