The application of corporate agreements in hereditary matters poses significant challenges both in theory and practice. This article delves into the legal significance of the corporate agreement in the field of hereditary legal relations, examining its legal essence and peculiarities of content. The author explores the use of the corporate agreement as a tool for of hereditary planning, highlighting possible ways of its effective application as an auxiliary mechanism for regulating relations among members of an economic society and minimizing hereditary-corporate conflicts. The permissibility of the succession of a party's position in the corporate agreement in the hereditary process is subjected to scholarly scrutiny, leading to the conclusion of the impossibility of transferring obligations under the corporate agreement to the heir due to the personalized nature of obligations arising from said contractual structure. The absence of direct legal regulation and judicial practice regarding the hereditary succession of a party to the corporate agreement is noted in the article. Further research and legal clarification are needed to address the challenges posed by the hereditary succession of parties to corporate agreements.

The author of the article draws attention to the new risks faced nowadays by the advocates providing qualified legal assistance to citizens and organizations. These risks are associated with the storage and transmission of digital information. According to the author, despite the fact that technology has made it much easier for both advocates to provide qualified legal assistance and for clients to receive it, technology has also created a num-ber of risks that must be taken into account in order to avoid disclosure of confidential information. First of all, it is important to be able to identify potentially dangerous situations in order to timely assess and then reduce the level of riskiness of advocacy. The author of the article provides a number of possible measures, the imple-mentation of which will reduce technological threats arising in the course of the implementation of the advo-cate's professional duties, as well as offers other measures aimed at minimizing the risks associated with the storage and transmission of digital information as part of the advocate's activities.

The images of geographical space and historical time, born in the practices of poetic experience and philosophical reflection, subsequently migrated to the subject-matter domains of sociology, political science, economics, and other social sciences, undergoing a long conceptual as well as analytical evolution. In fact, they turned into effective tools for scientific analysis of social, political and economic processes with the scope of application ranging from theoretical constructs and expert assessments to managerial decision-making and futurological forecasts. Moreover, cultural and historical images, arriving into the sphere of theoretical as well as expert-and-analytical knowledge from pre-scientific practices, came back to the sphere of everyday life and began to play an increasingly important role in self-identification, as well as in individual and collective searches for identity. Particularly noteworthy is the fact that the newly formed concepts of the East and the West, the Modern and the Archaic, in their dynamic dimension, gave birth to the "procedural" derivatives thereof, the most well-known and the most broadly applied among which is the concept of modernization, which manifested itself, inter alia, in the emergence of a theory or even many theories of the same name. At the same time, the concepts of westernization and archaization have been less fortunate: in fact, they have turned into the terms used in the conceptual space of the same theory of modernization. The rarest to be used is the fourth of the concepts in question – the concept of orientalization. This article deals with the very few instances of the use of this term found by the author in modern scientific literature.

The paper explicates the ontological aspects of the Genesis of individuality in the social space, explains the nature of social activity in accordance with the degree of individualization of social construction. The author aims to explain the possibilities of individual social reflection and design of social participation, contributing to the strengthening of society, the disclosure of their freedom through the knowledge of their own being as part of the universal being. The paper uses the concept of the subject of social relations in a new way. The ontological basis of subjectivity is derived from the self-disclosure of all the properties of being in a particular phenomenon, in a particular case, in the disclosure of the generic qualities of a person through reproducing and transforming activity. The study shows that self-knowledge and life in accordance with the constructed "I-image" as dialectics of knowledge about real and potentially sophisticated properties requires approbation in social creativity. The Genesis of individuality cannot be reduced only to the synthesis of social approval of "significant others" or the discovery of original ways of inclusion in the social space. The basis of individualization is the possibility of creative improvement of the life world on the basis of Autonomous decision-making, the discovery of significance for society and the world person himself as a being subject.
