This paper is designed to determine the entrepreneurial abilities and lacking of graduate students in Pakistan. This study is aimed to investigate the issues and challenges for young graduates for becoming entrepreneurs. The study considers both the economic and personality based perspectives. The fresh Business graduates and finale semester students who are or intend to become entrepreneurs of four universities of Karachi, Pakistan are being interviewed personally to determine their response. A comprehensive questionnaire on likert scale has been used to collect the responses. The responses are then statistically analyzed. The study concludes that graduates students possess basic skills such as team management and Entrepreneurial attitude; however, they are risk averse. The biggest challenge for them is lack of infrastructure and Governmental Support for new Entrepreneurs in Pakistan. Although funds are available in the market but there is visible gap between investors and New Entrant Entrepreneurs. Worsening law and order situation, corruption and poor economic conditions are unmanageable threats for new entrants. Above all, existing aggressive competition under the shelter of persistent inflation and effective pricing strategies are the basic challenges for new entrants.

The project is concerned with the design and fabrication of sentry gun using Mechatronics System. It is a gun which is automatically aims and fires at the targets that are detected by a camera. The sentry gun uses a camera based weapon system to detect track a target and hardware to aim and fire at the target. As per today's military status, this system is not readily used by the military even though it has a greater potential. The system would replace the active function of an armed guard while keeping a human life out of harm. Overall, this system has a lot of potential in the modern day military strategy and would help soldiers in the field of operation. The main components of the project are Arduino, Servo motor, Camera, Paintball gun. An Arduino is a microcontroller, which can be interfaced with the computer and can control the servo motor. Three servo motors are used to control the movement of the gun and base, such as "Pan" control servo motor, "Tilt" control servo motor and "Trigger" control servo motor. The Pan Servo motor controls the side to side movement of the gun. The Tilt servo motor controls the up down movement of the gun and the remaining servo motor is used to squeeze the trigger of the gun. The camera will scan the object depending upon the Arduino code and the feedback is sent back to the Arduino controller. The gun has the ability to scan its field of view using a camera and can fire automatically at the target. The camera image is processed in the Arduino controller and the target is fixed with the help of servo motor and the target is aimed and fired. This project can be used as a defensive gun weapon in military battlefields and it can also be used for the local security purpose, businesses or as a house guard. The benefit of this sentry gun gives more accuracy, safety, less cost, nil risk for the guard and has a diverse scope in future battle fields. Clavicle, the horizontal bone of the body fractures is seen commonly in Road traffic accidents, fall from heights and also in simple falls. The clavicle fractures account for about 5-10% of all fractures. Traditionally it is believed that conservative management is best instead of surgery for clavicle bone. Internal fixation for middle third fractures of clavicle with interlocking will not be ideal choice as the implant cannot be precontoured. Fixation with plates would be a better choice for the said situation. Similarly, fixation of lateral third fractures is also better option suggested by many authorities. To analyze methods of surgical management for the fractures of middle and lateral third parts the current study was carried out at Department of Orthopedics, Government Medical College and Hospital, Anantapuramu. An attempt is also made to study the epidemiological factors associated with fracture of the clavicle. At the end of the study it can be concluded that the middle and lateral third fractures of clavicle are common in younger age group males who met with road traffic accidents. As for as surgical management is concerned, internal fixation with plates and screws for middle third fractures and tension band wiring for lateral third fractures of Clavicle would be ideal choice as they allow for early rehabilitation, less chances for infection and pose least number of complications.
