The purpose of the article is to highlight the results of the analysis of organizational and economic transformations in the process of carrying out the agrarian reform and to draw the attention of scientists, government officials, and society to the urgency of solving the problem of improving the agrarian system of Ukraine. Research methods. During the research, the following methods were used: abstract-logical (to determine the essence of the agrarian system, the generalization of the organizational and economic transformations processes during the agrarian reform, the formation of conclusions); economic and statistical (to analyze the results of improving the agrarian structure) comparative analysis (to determine the positives and negatives of organizational and economic transformations in agriculture of the world countries and in Ukraine). Research results. During the process of agricultural transformation analyzing in 2000-2018, it was revealed that by 2010, instead of the state collective agrarian system in Ukraine, a private-lease agrarian system has been formed, the characteristic features of which are private ownership of land, property, and results of activities, lease land relations and the multiformity of organizational and legal forms of market management. As a result, the production and export of agricultural products increased significantly. However, in the future, a latifundist structure began to form in the agriculture of Ukraine due to the concentration of farmland for the use of vertically integrated agricultural holding groups, in general, it has a positive effect on the development of agricultural production. However, such a system carries the threat of landlessness of peasants and the spread of semi-feudal forms of agricultural land lease. It does not contribute to the rural communities' development and improves the living standards of rural residents, for most of whom agricultural and related activities are the main source of their own income and revenues to local budgets. Scientific novelty. The essence and definition of the concept "agrarian system" are substantiated. For the first time, it was concluded that as a result of agrarian organizational and economic transformations in Ukraine a private-lease agrarian system was formed, its positive aspects and threats were systematized. Scientific provisions and recommendations for the continuation of agrarian reform for the formation of an agrarian system aimed at the integrated (balanced) development of agriculture, rural communities, and territories have been further developed. Practical significance. The results of the study can be used by scientists, government officials, and practitioners to solve the problem of national importance - improving the agricultural system of Ukraine. Tabl.: 4. The study focuses on the identification of directions of innovative development of the agrarian system of Ukraine in the war and post-war periods. The relevance of solving this fundamental scientific and practical task lies in the fact that the agrarian structure of Ukraine in modern socio-economic conditions requires the introduction of new and fundamentally different from the pre-war ways of development, which would make the most of modern sciencebased methods of development of organisational and legal entities. The purpose of the study is to outline the challenges facing Ukrainian agriculture in the post-war development of the agrarian system and their solutions based on postand neo-industrial technologies. System-structural analysis and synthesis, monographic, historical methods, methods of abstraction and economic comparisons were used in the investigation. Theoretical and methodological included concepts, provisions, findings presented in the academic publications of Ukrainian and foreign scientists, theories of innovation, communication, information technology. The study considered the substance of technological structures and their influence on economic development in the historical aspect, along with modern models of industrialization and the level of innovative development both in Ukraine and other world countries. The results and challenges of the innovative development of the agro-industrial complex of Ukraine for 2000-2020 are analysed, the branches whose low rates of development threaten the food security of the country and the further development of the agro-industrial complex, in particular the challenges and threats caused by the Russian Federation's full-scale war and occupation of part of the territory of Ukraine, are highlighted. Modern innovative post- and neo-industrial technologies (in particular, technologies of drip irrigation, production of vegetables in the closed ground, precision farming, production of vegetable meat, etc.) were identified and singled out, the broad introduction of which in the post-war period will not only restore the pre-war potential of the agro-industrial comlex, but also ensure its further competitive development. The obtained conclusions and findings can be used in practice: enterprises, rural and urban households – producers of agricultural products and food products on the widespread introduction of drip irrigation technologies, greenhouses, precision farming and robotics, non-animal production of meat and dairy products with high efficiency; specialised scientific institutions and start-ups on the deployment of extensive research towards the creation of new innovative post- and neo-industrial technologies for the production of agricultural products and food; state executive authorities to stimulate the widespread introduction of these technologies to ensure post-war recovery and further competitive innovative development of the agro-industrial complex.

The purpose of the article is to substantiate and highlight the theoretical provisions and methodological approaches to the formation of a strategy for managing the efficiency of investment in a farm. Research methods. During the study, the following methods were used: dialectical (in the knowledge of investment processes and phenomena); abstract-logical (in substantiating theoretical provisions on the formation of investment efficiency); SWOT-analysis (in assessing priority investment goals by efficiency criteria); strategic planning methods (in choosing strategic investment goals); project analysis (in assessing the effectiveness of investments for their strategic goals); monographic (when checking theoretical provisions and methodological approaches on the example of a particular farm). Research results. The article summarizes the theoretical provisions and methodological approaches to the formation of a strategy for managing the efficiency of investment in a farm, arising from the characteristics of this form of management. Scientific novelty. The justification was further developed that investment efficiency is formed mainly at the stage of choosing investment options and solutions, in connection with which the main tasks of a farmer in managing this efficiency are to select the best investment options in terms of efficiency and minimize risks; the development of an investment strategy and investment policy of a farm should be carried out on the principles of strategic management and methodology of project analysis in the context of each investment goal; a high level of validity of the farmer's choice of strategic investment goals is achieved based on the results of the assessment of investment projects and business plans, and in the absence of these for the farmer, based on the results of a pre-project analysis of aggregated or indicative data on effects and costs in the context of each strategic investment goal; a farm investment performance management system should encompass the assessment and selection of the most effective investment objectives and measures in the development of an investment strategy, policy, program and current plan. Practical significance. The research results can be used by all farms. For this purpose, guidelines have been developed for practical use. Tabl.: 1. Refs.: 11.
