Relevance. Food security is one of the most urgent and complex problems of the modern world. In the context of globalization, climate change, economic fluctuations and other factors, ensuring the stability and reliability of food security is becoming a complex task that requires effective strategies.The purpose is to analyze and evaluate strategic priorities in the field of food security, taking into account complex hybrid threats and challenges. Objectives: identification of strategic alternatives; development of a mathematical model with fuzzy variables and rules for evaluating strategic alternatives; analysis of evaluation results to identify the most effective strategic directions.Methodology. The research methodology included the use of fuzzy logic methods to build a mathematical model for evaluating strategic alternatives.Results. As a result of the study, it was revealed that the strategic alternative S1 received the highest rating, emphasizing its key importance for the sustainability of the food system. Alternatives S7, S9, S4 and S3 also have high ratings, which makes them potentially effective for ensuring food security. Alternatives S10, S8, S2, S6 and S5 are less of a priority, but are important for reducing various risks associated with food security, such as lack of food and vulnerability of supplies.Conclusions. The results of the study allowed us to conclude that the use of the fuzzy logic tool provides an opportunity to conduct a deeper and more comprehensive analysis of complex factors affecting food security. This approach allows us to take into account the uncertainty and multidimensionality of data related to the food system and introduce more accurate modeling of this dynamic area. Such a method enriches the decision-making process in the field of food security, contributing to the development of more effective strategic decisions and management approaches that take into account a variety of factors and their interaction. This contributes to improving the quality of research and helps to form more rational and informed strategies that contribute to ensuring the stability and reliability of food security.

Bauxite rocks of the pre-Jurassic complex of the Urmano- Archinskaya area of the West Siberian Plate are considered, which were formed mainly due to proluvial-deluvial-alluvial redeposition of weathering products into karst traps. The parent rocks could be volcanic rock of intermediate composition and clay deposits, drilled by wells into erosion-tectonic uplift of the basement to the north-east of the study area. The reservoir properties and alumina enrichment of study sediments are due to the leaching by hydrothermal solutions of bauxite rocks during deep-burial diagenesis.

The carbon and oxygen isotopic composition of secondary carbonates from acidic effusives fro investigated. Ϭ13С (VPDB) and Ϭ18О (VSMOW) values of siderite vary from –6,6 to –2,4‰ m the top of the Western Siberia pre-Jurassic complex (Tomsk Region) was and from 7,8 to 12,3‰, while Ϭ13С and Ϭ18О values of calcite vary from –8,9 to –8,4‰ and from 2,5 to 3,7‰ respectively. Light oxygen isotopic composition indicates formation of studied carbonates from heated hydrothermal solutions.

The study of secondary changes of acidic effusives with reservoir properties from the top of the Western Siberia pre-Jurassic complex (Tomsk Region) was produced. Lithological, petrographic and mineralogical features of these rocks indicate their change by low-temperature hydrothermal solutions, while weathering products, which are widely spread at the top of the basement, have not been clearly defined. Reservoir properties of studied rocks were formed probably due to fracturing and leaching.

Ограничивая сферу применения медиации отдельными категориями правовых споров, законодатель оставляет без внимания этап их квалификации. Особая проблема – определение сферы семейных правоотношений, которые как правило, определяются как отношения, регулируемые семейным законодательством. Семейный кодекс не раскрывает значения понятия «члены семьи» и не содержит закрытого перечня субъектов семейного правоотношения. В нем не отражена специфика правового спора. Определение семейных правоотношений только как отношений, урегулированных семейным законодательством, неоправданно ограничивает сферу применения медиации в семейных конфликтах. Медиатор вынужден выявлять тождество субъектов спорного правоотношения и приведенного исчерпывающего перечня субъектов, указанных в семейном законодательстве, с учетом конкретного вида семейно-правового спора. В то же время соотнесение особенностей конкретного спора со спецификой, отраженной в ст. 2 Семейного Кодекса РФ, является важным ориентиром, позволяя правильно обозначить существо спора и создать оптимальные условия для его урегулирования. В этой связи, для определения семейных правоотношений при решении вопроса о возможности применения медиации, представляется целесообразным установить в Законе о медиации области существования спорных отношений, соотнесенные со ст.2 СК РФ, но не допускающие отождествления семейных правоотношений с отношениями, урегулированным семейным законодательством. Для решения этой задачи предлагается использовать проанализированные в статье основания возникновения семейных отношений. ; Limiting the scope of mediation application with individual categories of legal disputes, the legislation overlooked the stage of their classification. A special problem is the definition of the sphere of family relations, which, as a rule, are defined as the relations regulated by family legislation. The family code does not disclose the meaning of the concept of «family members» and does not contain a finished list of subjects of the family relationship. It does not reflect specific features of a legal dispute. The definition of family legal relations only as relations, regulated by the family law, unjustifiably restricts the scope of application of mediation in family conflicts. The mediator is forced to reveal the sameness of the subjects of the disputed legal relations and the finished list of entities specified in the family law, with due regard for the specific type of family-legal dispute. At the same time, the correlation of the characteristics of a particular dispute with specificity, reported in article 2 of the Family Code of the Russian Federation, is an important reference point, allowing to correctly identify the substance of the dispute and to create the optimal conditions for its settlement. In this regard, for the determination of family relationships, when deciding on the use of mediation, it is appropriate to establish in the law on mediation the existence of controversial relationships, concerning article 2 of the Family Code, but it does not allow to identify family relations with the relations, regulated by family legislation. To solve this problem it is suggested to use the basis of occurence of family relations, analysed in the article.
