Social well-being of the family as a goal of state family policy
In: Social'naja politika i social'noe partnerstvo (Social Policy and Social Partnership), Heft 8, S. 521-534
The modern family concentrates in itself the entire set of social problems inherent in contemporary society and lifestyle. When determining the level of family well-being, all its indicators must be achieved comprehensively and equally, since a low level of development of any indicator creates the possibility of instability in the functioning of the family, and it can no longer be considered functional. The goals and objectives of social policy in relation to the family are based on the principles of justice, equality, and respect for the rights and dignity of each family member. They are aimed at creating conditions for developing family relations, strengthening family values, and supporting family well-being.
