Maestría en Administración ; The present research is directed to managers, teachers, field workers and students of Higher Technological Education Institutions, which are responsible for different productive areas in their fields, as well as students of strategic planning, where we can find a diagnostic and important finding. It will permit us to design a functional strategic plan besides this it will give the mechanism, methods and instruments to help to carry out the rational process in order to choose the production alternatives, setting priorities, objectives and educational, productive, economic, political and social goals, according to the human, financial and material resources, that have the Higher Education Institutions. This assignment will contribute to workers and students of the schools to acquire an entrepreneurial culture that students learn to work, how to manage their money, to be creative and enterprising in order to have self- employment and at the same time it will be reinforced with good management practices that lead to effective and efficient use of the resources. One of the problems of schools are that they are not sufficient to provide a better service for the family and society in general, and this work will reinforce it. The employees and students will find the tools to support and develop new projects into, which are inserted in the productive activities of educational institutions, implement operational strategies in the development of the agricultural, industrial of services enterprise, etc. It will collaborate in the organization, coordination and production projects. This work proposes a methodology that will be applicable, practical, understandable, clear and sufficient, which emphasize the elements such as mission, vision, values, diagnostic, objectives, goals, strategies, contingency analysis, implementation, monitoring, evaluation and feedback.
