The project has been performed for the research wing of the Library of Congress, the Congressional Research Service. The project has lasted one full academic year and involves five second-year master's degree students, who collected the data from https://www.congress.gov/, created a database and developed descriptive statistics and nonpartisan analysis. ; Congressional Research Service
