Frente aquellas lecturas de Leibniz que definen las mónadas como entidades aisladas y carentes de toda posible relación, la presente investigación pretende analizar la ontología monadológica leibniziana y su teoría de la expresión a fin de mostrar que, detrás de su noción de identidad personal, subyace una lógica de la alteridad capaz de dialogar con el personalismo contemporáneo. Esta lógica de la alteridad, si nuestra lectura de Leibniz es correcta, se hace patente en los espíritus, cuya naturaleza expresiva establece no solo un enlace sistemático con la totalidad de seres que componen el mundo, sino que también una noción de identidad personal en el que la alteridad adquiere un carácter prescriptivo: situarnos en el lugar del otro para comprender sus necesidades y, a través de esto, reconocer nuestro puesto en el cosmos. Para lograr todo esto realizaremos cuatro cosas: en primer lugar, analizaremos a profundidad la aplicación de su teoría de la expresión a la ontología monadológica y su notio completa; en segundo lugar, veremos qué implicaciones tienen ambas en el caso específico de los espíritus, enfatizando la naturaleza comunitaria de estas mónadas racionales; en tercer lugar, reconstruiremos la teoría leibniziana de la identidad personal; para, en último lugar, contrastar con algunas de las principales tesis personalistas.

This article presents a methodology for performance analysis and configuration of audio/video- on-demand services. To maintain a good quality of service and to make a profit for the content provider, services must have the optimum configuration. With this aim, the configuration process must be based on an accurate service behavioural analysis which evaluates the quality and the quantity of resources, contents and subscribers. This analysis can be performed using monitored information and predictions of a near future behaviour using laboratory experiments. To formalize both analysis and configuration, a methodology must be developed in order to help service managers attain a good performance and at the same time, make a profit for their companies. All the methodology goals are based on the principle that 'a satisfied client provides more profit'. Moreover, the methodology is prepared to be extensible, and adaptable to new configuration possibilities, data, analyses or goals.

Com o avanço da tecnologia, inúmeras soluções foram implantadas sobre tudo em empresas para dinamizar processos, realizar operações repetitivas e auxiliar os gestores na tomada de decisões fornecendo informações precisas. O presente artigo tem por objetivo demonstrar as vantagens do emprego de tecnologia na questão da relação da empresa com o cliente, na produção, nas vendas e nas propagandas, demostrando que sua aplicação pode ser feita tanto em micro quanto em grandes empresas. Os sistemas para internet são considerados muito mais do que um conjunto de hardware e software por envolver a gestão de pessoas, administração e a organização como um todo.

An objective of the study was to examine the effect of the educational intervention based on the situated learning approach on intercultural competence among 14 to 15-year-old secondary school students in the Loreto region of Peru in 2022. To this end, we sought to improve knowledge, attitudes, and skills on intercultural competence. The methodology used was mixed; in the first phase, a quasi-experiment was conducted, in the second phase the students' experiences and perceptions of the process of applying the intervention program were explored, and in the third phase the data were integrated. A situational test and an interview guide were used to collect numerical and verbal data. The results indicated that there was a statistically significant difference between the control and experimental groups and the effect was moderate in terms of intercultural competence. These quantitative results were supported by the verbal information obtained through the interviews. In conclusion, the results of this study support the effectiveness of the situated learning-based intervention program as they showed statistically significant improvements in knowledge, skills, and attitudes of high school students in the Loreto region of Peru, and the size of the effect showed a positive effect on these dimensions, including increased knowledge of different cultures, increased empathy, increased intercultural dialogue, and increased tolerance of cultural differences.
