As the analysis of theory and practice shows, the order of formation of innovative competitive advantages is currently undefined, as well as its mechanism and order of information interaction, which determines the need to study both the theory of innovative competitive advantages and the establishment of an appropriate order of information interaction for their effective formation and use. The purpose of the study is to form an applied understanding of the possibility of forming competitive advantages within the micro, meso and macro levels of the economy. As the most effective methods, an analytical and synthesis approach is proposed in the theoretical part, which allows, based on the study of the key components of the concept of "innovative competitive advantage", to propose for use a combined version of information interaction at the levels of economic management. As a result of such a model, the central role objectively shifts to the meso-level, which includes innovative competitive advan tages of the region, which contributes to increasing their effectiveness both at the stages of identification and use, and for long-term formation.
