Lenin e Oriani: il "corpo sacro" del leader nelle religioni politiche del Novecento

The tour that Dino Pancani invites us to includes the writings he disseminated in the digital newspaper El Mostrador and the most recent in the column section of the Cooperativa radio station edited by the journalist Manola Robles, who left us a few months ago. The selection of the articles is not chronological, nor is it random, but rather has a logic that readers understand as we turn the pages, with the memory aid of the titles of the different chapters or sections. It is a division by major themes to which the author devoted special time and attention at his time, because of what he was observing with his critical and inquisitive gaze or because of the reminiscences they brought to him. Some lived them as a protagonist or witness. Others studied them or on them has stopped to reflect until today. But there is something very special in these writings. An interesting mix of styles, almost a hybrid between the expression of his committed and challenging thinking and the story rich in descriptions. Between the column and the chronicle. Between a journalism of clear, clear and strong opinion that with arguments tries to demonstrate to the reader the validity of its judgment on a certain topic and an attractive chronicle abundant in nouns and especially in adjectives that give color and life to what it exposes.

Asserting Turkey in Bosnia: Turkish foreign policy and pro-Turkish activism in Bosnia : actors, discourses and textual corpora (2002-2014)
In: Interdisziplinäre Studien zum östlichen Europa. Schriftenreihe des Gießener Zentrums Östliches Europa (GiZo) Band 4
"The main goal of this book is to analyze Turkish foreign policy towards Bosnia and Herzegovina under the AKP to as well as the networks of Turkish and local actors in Bosnia that support it. Dino Mujadžević looks into how the discourses and actors that emerged in this framework - both in Turkey and as part of Bosnian pro-Turkish activism - interact and respond to each other, and how they have been adapting to the local challenges. Also, Turkish foreign policy under the AKP and its allies in Bosnia is approached as being part of the phenomena related to mainstream Islamic conservativism in both countries. The period selected (2002-2014) represents a chronological section identified by the AKP rule, which most researchers see as an era of the dominance of so-called Neo-Ottomanism in Turkish official and non-official foreign policies towards the Balkans. Asserting Turkey in Bosnia assesses the influence of Turkish foreign policy on Bosnian Muslims, especially among Islamic conservatives, as well as regional reactions to these processes. The focus of this book is on the study of textual sources, including digitized ones. Interpretative analyses in the book rely on the theoretical framework of the Critical Discourse Analysis, which will be implemented through pure qualitative methods as well as the corpus method, a synergy between qualitative and empirical-quantitative approaches"--

The trilateral commission and global governance: informal elite diplomacy, 1972-82
In: Cold war history
This book provides the first analysis of the Trilateral Commission and its role in global governance and contemporary diplomacy. In 1973, David Rockefeller and Zbigniew Brzezinski founded the Trilateral Commission. Involving highly influential people from business and politics in the US, Western Europe, and Japan, the Commission was soon preceived as constituting an embryonic or even shadow world government. As the first researcher to have accessed the Commission's archives, the author argues that this study demonstrates that global governance and international diplomacy should be considered a product of overlapping elite networks that merge informal and formal spheres across national borders. This work has three immediate aims: to trace the background, origins, purposes, characteristics, and modus operandi of the Commission; to investigate the elite aspect of the Commission and how this related to democracy; and to demonstrate how the Commission contributed to diplomatic practices and policy-formulation at national and international levels. The overall purpose of this book is to evaluate the significance of the Trilateral Commission, with particular focus on the implications of its activities on the way we understand decision-making processes and diplomacy in modern, democratic societies.
