Este artículo presenta una reflexión sobre los límites que los derechos de libertad poseen en el vigente Derecho Canónico codicial, en particular mediante un análisis del canon 223 CIC 83 en el proceso de su formación, en sus problemas de exégesis y a la luz de las aclaraciones del Pontificio Consejo para los Textos Legislativos. Se aportan propuestas de futuro en los actuales momentos de balance a los treinta años de la promulgación del Código de Derecho Canónico de 1983. En particular, se subraya la necesidad de tener en cuenta el principio de máxima libertad de la declaración conciliar Dignitatis humanae, n. 7. ; This paper studies the limits that the rights of freedom possess in present Canon Law, especially by means of an analysis of canon 223 CIC 83 in the iter of its formation, in its problems of exegesis and in the light of the clarifications of the Pontificium Consilium de Legum Textibus. Offers of future are contributed in the current moments of balance sheet thirty years after the promulgation of the Code of Canon Law of 1983. In particular, the need to bear the principle of maximum freedom (Ecumenical Council Vatican II, Dignitatis humanae 7) is underlined.

En este trabajo se analizan los distintos retos de la industria farmacéutica moderna. La elevada competitividad del sector farmacéutico y las nuevas regulaciones dictadas por los diferentes gobiernos u organismos encargados de velar por la salud pública han generado la necesidad de idear nuevas vías en el descubrimiento de nuevos medicamentos. Por una parte, el diseño racional de fármacos ha adquirido un enorme protagonismo y, por otra, el desarrollo de la robótica han potenciado el desarrollo de la química combinatoria y del tamizado de alta producción. La futura industria farmacéutica debe ser más dinámica e innovadora. Uno de sus fenómenos observados ha sido el elevado número de fusiones de empresas farmacéuticas, ante la necesidad de reducir los costes de los productos. ; Diverse challenges of the modern pharmaceutical industry are analysed in this papero High competitiveness in the pharmaceutical sector and new regulations dictated by the different governments or organizations in charge of watching over public health have generated the need to devise new ways in the discovery of new drugs. On one hand, the rational drug design has acquired a leading role and on the other, the development of robotics has prompted the development of combinatorial chemistry and high production screening. The pharmaceutical industry of the future must be more dynamic and innovating. One of the observed phenomena has been the merging of a number of pharmaceutical fusions faced to the necessity of reducing production costs.

El pdf del artículo es el manuscrito de autor. ; This paper presents a novel and low-cost methodology for testing embedded Low Noise Amplifiers (LNAs). It is based on the detection and analysis of the response envelope of the Device Under Test (DUT) to a two-tone input signal. The envelope signal is processed to obtain a digital signature sensitive to key specifications of the DUT. An optimized regression model based on ensemble learning is used to relate the digital signatures to the target specifications. A new Figure of Merit (FOM) is proposed to evaluate the prediction accuracy of the statistical model, and a demonstrator has been developed to prove the feasibility of the approach. This demonstrator features a 2.445 GHz low-power LNA and a simple envelope detector, and has been developed in a 90 nm CMOS technology.
