Although the international community proclaimed peace & development as its priorities, developing countries are excluded from the benefits produced by globalization. To improve this situation, the Chinese author proposes a new world order based on democratic principles, dialogue, & peaceful coexistence. Any involvement in domestic matters of sovereign states is unacceptable; every country has its own path to development within this new world order.
