This thesis questions the way in which conspiracy theories participate in the re-enchantment of the world by focusing on the individuals who produce this type of discourse : the conspiratorial entrepreneurs. This work postulates that conspiracy theories, when identified within the discourse of a conspiratorial mobilizing entrepreneur, should not be perceived as an ideology or an autonomous belief, but as a framing device / rhetorical element, subordinate to core beliefs of that entrepreneur. The thesis of this thesis is that conspiracy theories participates in the re-enchantment of the world on two levels: manifestly, by being predisposed to be greeted by anti-modern thoughts and beliefs, and in a latent way by acting as a true myth. This thesis therefore goes against the tide of studies that makes conspiracy theories a discourse of political dispossession since it appears here as essentially mobilizing. This work also posits the hypothesis that the mythical constellation of conspiracy theories as a myth is currently undergoing a new mutation due to the integration, by certain conspiratorial entrepreneurs, of the moral panic of transhumanism into their narrative, in fact creating the myth of the transhuman conspiracy. The verification of these hypotheses methodologically consists of a comparative frame analysis between two actors: the journalist and director Alex Jones in the United States and the Shiite religious man and president of the Anti-Zionist Party, Yahia Gouasmi, in France. "This book seeks to determine to what extent the European Union's efforts to promote its approach to combating trafficking in human beings at the external level contribute to their adoption and implementation outside its borders. It is divided in three parts. The first part aims to identify the legal context in which the European Union conducts its externalisation efforts. In the second part, the work done by other actors who are also involved in promoting anti-trafficking activities in the Western Balkans region is analysed, as it also participates to the development of counter-trafficking measures and promote cooperation. The third and final part aims to assess the impact on national legislation and policies of the joint efforts of the European Union and its partners to promote a comprehensive approach to combating trafficking in human beings"--
