The Second Civil Chamber of the Court of Cassation agreed on 6 May 2021 to compensate, on an autonomous basis, the 'social devaluation' suffered by the direct victim as a result of his permanent exclusion from the world of work. In that regard, the Court recognises the existence of the extra-trimonial share of the occupational impact.
