Tulisan ini akan merespon pelbagai fenomena yang terjadi belakangan terkait dengan model politik identitas yang ada di Indonesia, termasuk di dalamnya bagaimana jalan keluar yang ditawarkan Islam untuk mengatasi fenomena tersebut. Secara pendekatan tulisan ini akan didekati menggunakan paradigma antropologi structural, yang berarti, proses pengkajian berdasarkan pada laman symbol-simbol yang digunakan untuk meningkatkan eskalasi politik identitas tersebut. Pada kesimpulannya, tulisan ini menemukan model politik bernama politik kebijaksanaan. Sebuah politik yang dicontohkan oleh Nabi Muhammad di dalam membangun sistem nilai dan kenegaraan yang ada di Kota Madinah waktu itu. Nabi Muhammad menggunakan piagam madinah sebagai simpul dan symbol persatuan dan kesatuan yang disepakati bersama. Sama halnya dengan negara Indonesia yang meyakini sistem ideology Pancasila sebagai nilai tak tergantikan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari.

From the fist decade when Soekarno declared Indonesia as Pancasila State, until 71th independence nowaday. Educationally, Indonesia had not an ideal concept how to indoctrine its form of pluralistic cultures and religions, which were emerged and lived in. Differently from another democratic countries, like USA, Australia, and Europian-Community, which faced the multi-ethnic diaspora, new social movement groups, and imigrant people, they reconcile the new concept of citizenship education system within social and cultural changs, as well as they faced. In facts, citizenship education often deliver as a political education as usual. There are no new approaches and systimatic curricular changes to adopt and adapt what presently heppend in the grassroot-society. So that, this articles will explore some progresive problems that shifted the pluralistic stance of Indonesian People. Eventually, in based on educational system and teaching learning posses in general school. The ultimate aims are growing approaches to teach pure Indonesian citizenship values, seem like, what democratic countries did for their citizen, after political abnormal contestation, such as the rise of radicalism, ethnic or racial conflict, and so on. Thus, this article also will focuss on 'Ahok Tragedy' which are re-contested a a living historical conflict; Islamic and Nationalist stance of Indonesian identity.

Labor law in Indonesia has not comprehensively provided protection for the rights of resigning workers qualification. Since provisions of labor law does not mention the amount of separation pay for resigning workers. This research is conducted to analyze and find the ratio legis in providing separation pay for resigning workers in the Manpower Act and also the concept of giving separation pay to resigning workers in justice perspective. The research method used in this study is normative legal research by using several approach including philosophical approach, purposive approach, conceptual approach, case approach and historical approach. The result of the study shows that the regulation of separation pay in the Manpower Act is a form of reward for workers given by employers as a reward for devotion and loyalty of workers during a certain period of service. The Regulation of separation pay for resigning workers which reflecting justice is by formulating separation pay for resigning workers equal to the rights of terminated workers because of committing criminal act.
