Indonesia will have the world's biggest one-day election in 2024. More than 200 million voters will go to the ballots to choose the next president and legislative members on 14 February, opening a fresh chapter for the nation's leadership after a decade of President Joko Widodo's rule. In recent weeks, the Constitutional Court has been flooded with back-to-back filings for judicial review of Indonesia's General Election Law. Against the backdrop of Indonesia's declining levels of trust in public institution, the Court's rulings might not only change the rules of Indonesia's electoral game but also threaten to further impair its own independence and integrity.
This study examines the political participation of the Medan City community to the Medan mayor elections. One indicator of the success of the elections, can be seen from the community participation in the exercise of the right of choice. However, voters ' participation in Medan city elections since reform to date, tends to have a low level of participation. The phenomenon, quite indicating that the community of the city of Medan has no orientation in using the right to select the regional head election. Therefore, the estimative participation of voters in the city elections in Medan year 2020 interesting to learn, to be a reference and reflection material in the press of the number of abstainers in Medan. This research is done by a qualitative method of descriptive. Data collection techniques using secondary data in the form of journals, documents, newspapers and primary data through in-depth interviews to the informant that originated from the agency of elections, political and social organisations. Data analysis using the Miles and Huberman techniques are: data reduction, data display and draw conclusions. The results of the study showed the community participation in Medan is dominated by participation in voting and total apathy. In addition, the factors that determine the level of participation in the upcoming elections 2020 are; Government, the party's role in political recruitment and the update of voters data.
This paper tried to discuss the process of political communication in the pilkada DKI 2017. The discuss based on the approach of political communication that used the method of marketing communication. Results of the analysis showed that the integrated marketing communication (IMC) method became the main choise in the marketing of runnours of politics in the Pilkada DKI 2017. According to IMC method, then the media of politics of marketing communication became the important instrument in Pilkada DKI 2017.Kata-kata kunci : Komunikasi, pemasaran, politik.
El presente trabajo tiene por objeto, el estudio del internamiento no voluntario, tanto por razón de trastorno psíquico, como en el supuesto especial de los ancianos, en residencias geriátricas, por ser éste uno de los supuestos de mayor repercusión en el actual escenario, tanto jurídico como social. Para ello, comenzaremos con una breve exposición de la evolución legislativa, que abarca desde el análisis de los textos preconstitucionales hasta la regulación actual. A continuación, abordaremos los aspectos clave y los preceptos constitucionales que afectan a la materia objeto de estudio, haciendo especial hincapié en los artículos 17 y 81 de la Constitución Española. Seguidamente, ahondaremos en los rasgos característicos del concepto de internamiento no voluntario por razón de trastorno psíquico, para concluir con el estudio de la aplicabilidad o no del artículo 763 LEC en el supuesto del internamiento no voluntario de ancianos en residencias geriátricas. En última instancia se esclarecerán las conclusiones obtenidas a lo largo del análisis.
Revolusi industri 4.0 menandai babak baru terhadap perubahan masyarakat dari sisi sosial, politik, ekonomi dan budaya. Oleh sebab itu, revolusi industri 4.0 berdampak pada semua elemen masyarakat tanpa terkecuali juga bagi penyandang disabilitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan optimalisasi pendidikan politik melalui literasi digital bagi penyandang disabilitas dalam era revolusi industri 4.0 di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deksriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan studi literatur melalui buku, jurnal, media cetak dan berita elektronik. Teknik analisa data merujuk model Miles dan Huberman yang meliputi reduksi data, display data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan optimalisasi pendidikan politik sangat mempengaruhi penyandang disabilitas untuk berpartisipasi dalam melaksanakan hak dan kewajibannya. Selain itu, literasi digital bagi penyandang disabilitas dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan untuk menghadapi revolusi industri 4.0. Dengan demikian, kebijakan yang sudah ditetapkan harus adanya monitoring dan evaluasi pemerintah dalam mengimplementasikan persamaan hak dan kewajiban bagi penyandang disabilitas terhadap pelayanan publik, pekerjaan, aksesibilitas dan lain-lain.
Abstrak Peraturan Walikota Surabaya Nomor 21 Tahun 2018 Tentang Tata Cara Penyelenggaraan Reklame pada pasal 4 ayat (1) menjelaskan bahwa setiap orang pribadi atau badan yang akan menyelenggarakan reklame di Daerah wajib memperoleh izin penyelenggaraan reklame dari Walikota. Namun pada kenyataannya, masih banyak orang yang tidak melakukan izin dan melakukan pelanggaran penyelenggaraan reklame di Kota Surabaya. Hal tersebut berdampak pada Pendapatan Asli Daerah Kota Surabaya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apa yang menjadi kendala penegakan hukum terhadap pelanggaran izin reklame di Kota Surabaya sehingga sampai saat ini pelanggaran mengenai izin reklame masih tetap ada serta untuk mengetahui apa upaya yang telah dilakukan oleh Pemerintah Kota Surabaya untuk mengoptimalisasi penegakan hukum terhadap pelanggaran izin reklame di Kota Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian yuridis sosiologis. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penegakan hukum terhadap pelanggaran izin reklame di Kota Surabaya tidak berjalan efektif. Terdapat kendala dalam proses penegakan hukum terhadap pelanggaran izin reklame di Kota Surabaya yaitu minimnya personil Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja sebagai penegak hukum, dan ketidaktaatan masyarakat Kota Surabaya terhadap peraturan yang berlaku. Kata kunci : izin, penegakan hukum, reklame, kendala Abstract Surabaya Mayor Regulation No. 21 of 2018 on Procedure for Managing Advertisements in Article 4 paragraph (1) explains that every individual or agency that will conduct advertisement in the Region must obtain the advertisement permit from the Mayor. But in reality, there are still many people who do not permit and violate the advertisement in Surabaya. This has an impact on the Original Revenue of the City of Surabaya. The purpose of this study is to find out what are the obstacles to law enforcement for violations of advertisement license violations in the city of Surabaya so that until now violations regarding advertisement licenses still exist and to find out what efforts have been made by the Surabaya City Government to optimize law enforcement against violations of advertisement license violations in the city of Surabaya. This research uses sociological juridical research type. Data collection is done by interview and documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative. The results showed that law enforcement against advertisement license violations in Surabaya City was not effective. There are obstacles in the process of law enforcement on violations of advertisement license violations in Surabaya, namely the lack of personnel from the Civil Service Police Unit as law enforcers, and the disobedience of the people of Surabaya City against the applicable regulations. Community participation in the use of voting rights becomes the most important indicator of the success of regional elections. However, the recapitulation result of PILGUBSU year 2018 shows the participation rate of the city of Medan as big 55.80%, so not achieved target of KPU Medan City for 78% and community participation of Medan Maimun subdistrict only 48.12% which makes the participation lowest of the 21 subdistricts in the city of Medan. This research aims to analyze the political participation of the city of Medan in PILGUBSU in 2018 (case study: community of subdistricts Medan Maimun. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive. Analysis of data used refers to the opinion of Milles and Huberman among others: data reduction, display data and draw conclusions. The results showed first, the hierarchy of political participation of the subdistricts community. Medan Maimun is dominated by participation in the giving of votes and apathy total. Secondly, the factors influencing community participation in PILGUBSU year 2018 are: Political consciousness, belief in government, social status and economic status, political affiliation of parents and organizational experience.

This model is based on Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and DeLone and McLean Information Systems Success Model. The researchers will depend on a descriptive survey approach using structured questionnaires to investigate the extent of M-government acceptance by Saudi users. Aisyaturridho. Analysis of the Effect of Economic Growth, Minimum Wages and Human Development Index on Unemployment Rate in North Sumatra. Thesis. Medan: Postgraduate Program at the University of North Sumatra, 2021. Unemployment is a problem that must be faced by North Sumatra. The Open Unemployment Rate in North Sumatra in 2017-2020 is still fluctuating. This study aims to test empirically the effect of economic growth, minimum income and the human development index (IPM) on the open unemployment rate in North Sumatra. This study uses time series and cross section data from 2017 to 2020 from BPS North Sumatra. For data analysis using Panel Data Analysis Method which is based on data processing using the software program E-views 10. The results showed a value of R2 is 0.94. This means that 94% of the proportion of the independent variables used is able to explain the variation in the dependent variable in the model, while the remaining 6% is explained by other variables not used in this study. All independent variables have a P-value less than 0.05. This means that all the independent variables used in the estimation of this analysis model, namely economic growth, minimum income and the human development index (IPM) together have a significant effect on unemployment in North Sumatra. The significant economic growth variable has a negative effect on the open unemployment rate in North Sumatra, has a p-value of 0.0001 with a regression coefficient is -24.14609 which means that every 1 billion rupiah increase in economic growth will reduce 24.14609% of the open unemployment rate. The minimum income variable has a significant positive effect on the open unemployment rate in North Sumatra which has a p-value of 0.0005 with a regression coefficient of 8.005012, meaning that if there is an increase of 1 million rupiah the minimum income will increase 8.005012% of the open unemployment rate. Meanwhile, the human development index variable has a significant positive effect on the open unemployment rate in North Sumatra because the p-value is 0.0454 with a regression coefficient of 0.997629 which means that if the human development index increases by 1 ratio, it will increase the open unemployment rate by 0.997629%. To reduce the open unemployment rate, the government must increase the economic growth and human development index, while the minimum income must be stabilized in order to reduce the open unemployment rate. Tingkat Pengangguran Terbuka di Provinsi Sumatera Utara pada tahun 2017-2020 masih mengalami fluktuatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara empiris pengaruh pertumbuhan ekonomi, upah minimum dan indeks pembangunan manusia terhadap pengangguran di Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Penelitian ini menggunakan data time series dan cross section tahun 2017 sampai 2020 dari BPS Sumatera Utara. Untuk analisis data menggunakan Metode Analisis Data Panel yang didasarkan atas pengolahan data dengan menggunakan program software eviews 10. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai R2 sebesar 0.94. ini berarti bahwa sebesar 94% proporsi variabel-variabel bebas yang digunakan mampu menjelaskan variasi variabel terikat dalam model tersebut, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 6% dijelaskan oleh variable lain yang tidak digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Semua variable bebas memiliki Pvalue lebih kecil dari 0.05. Ini berarti bahwa semua variable bebas yang digunakan dalam estimasi model analisis ini, yaitu pertumbuhan ekonomi, upah minimum dan indeks pembangunan manusia bersama-sama berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap pengangguran di Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Variabel pertumbuhan ekonomi signifikan berpengaruh negatif terhadap tingkat pengangguran terbuka di Provinsi Sumatera Utara, memiliki p-value sebesar 0.0001 dengan koefisien regresi sebesar -24.14609 yang berarti setiap kenaikan 1 milyar rupiah pertumbuhan ekonomi maka akan menurunkan 24.14609% tingkat pengangguran terbuka. Variabel upah minimum signifikan berpengaruh positif terhadap tingkat pengangguran terbuka di Provinsi Sumatera Utara memiliki p-value sebesar 0.0005 dengan koefisien regresi 8.005012 berarti apabila terjadi kenaikan 1 juta rupiah upah minimum maka akan meningkatkan 8.005012% tingkat pengangguran terbuka. Sementara variabel indeks pembangunan manusia signifikan berpengaruh positif terhadap tingkat pengangguran terbuka di Provinsi Sumatera Utara karena p-value sebesar 0.0454 dengan koefisien regresi sebesar 0.997629 berarti apabila indeks pembangunan manusia mengalami kenaikan sebesar 1 rasio, maka akan menaikkan tingkat pengangguran terbuka sebesar 0.997629%. Untuk mengurangi tingkat pengangguran terbuka maka pemerintah harus meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi dan indeks pembangunan manusia sedangkan uoah minimum harus distabilkan agar terjadinya penurunan tingkat pengangguran terbuka.
