Рассматривается распад СССР через призму отказа от общих государственных торжеств. Прослеживается складывание нового праздничного календаря на территории бывших союзных республик. ; The article examines how the processes of sovereignization of the Soviet republics affected the all-union public holidays. The author considers the collapse of the USSR in the context of denial of common national holidays. Development of a new festive calendar by former Soviet republics is reviewed.

The author considers the range of ideas of the region's residents about the main features of the modern regional political elite and assessment of its activity. The main measures for improvement of efficiency of the elite functioning are defined.

The author analyzes the geopolitical situation in the Northwestern part of the Black Sea basin on the eve of the Ottoman Empire appearance. Наблюдаемые в настоящее время миграционные волны захлестывают территорию Европейского союза, Ближнего Востока и отчасти Россию. Они приводят к постепенной дестабилизации социально-политической ситуации в районах скопления эмигрантов и способствуют разрушению местных социально-экономических устоев. Сотни тысяч людей покидают свою родину под воздействием разноплановых факторов: военных действий, этнических конфликтов, экономического кризиса, религиозных столкновений. В связи с этим европейскому сообществу жизненно необходим согласованный подход к интеграции современных миграционных потоков. Для этого требуется не только мониторинг ситуации, но и ее научное осмысление, с предложением конкретных инструментов и механизмов регулирования сложившейся ситуации. В представленной статье авторами исследуются каналы эмиграции и их локализация, выделяются условные подходы к интеграции эмигрантов в принимающее общество (на примере украинских эмигрантов в России и ливийских и сирийских в государствах ЕС). Методика исследования основана на использовании контент-анализа законодательных актов, материалов СМИ и средств коммуникации, освещающих современную миграционную ситуацию. ; The migratory waves observed now, overflow the territory of the European Union, the Middle East and partly Russia. They lead to gradual destabilization of a sociopolitical situation in regions of a congestion of migrants and promote destruction of local social and economic foundations. Hundreds of thousands of people leave the homeland under the influence of versatile factors: military operations, ethnic conflicts, economic crisis, and religious collisions. In this regard to the European community the coordinated approach to integration of modern migration flows is vital. For this purpose it is required not only monitoring of a situation, and her scientific judgment, with the offer of concrete tools and mechanisms of regulation of current situation. In the submitted article authors investigate channels of migration and their localization, conditional approaches to integration of migrants into the accepting society are allocated (on the example of the Ukrainian migrants in Russia and Libyan and Syrian in the states of the EU). The technique of research is based on use of the content analysis of the acts, materials mass media and means of communication covering a modern migratory situation.
