Работа посвящена вопросам моделирования и оценки достоверности правильного функционирования системы выявления и оценки обстановки в условиях воздействия радиационного фактора военного характера. Анализируются критерии оценки тяжести радиационного поражения населения, полнота и качество медицинской сортировки пострадавших в условиях неопределённости характера и особенностей воздействия гамма-нейтронного излучения проникающей радиации. Показано, что наличие регистратора параметров среды позволяет поддерживать достоверность правильного функционирования системы выявления и оценки обстановки в заданных пределах. ; The work is devoted to the issues of modeling and evaluation of the reliability of the correct functioning of the system for identifying and assessing the situation under the influence of a military radiation factor. In this article is analyzed the criteria for assessing the severity of radiation damage to the population, the completeness and quality of medical sorting of victims under conditions of uncertainty in the nature and characteristics of the effects of gamma-neutron radiation from penetrating radiation. It is shown that the presence of the environmental parameters registrar allows to maintain the reliability of the correct function-ing of the system for identifying and assessing the situation within the specified limits.

В рамках НИР по модернизации радиологических принципов войсковой системы радиационной безопасности в работе анализируются медико-радиологические особенности биологического действия импульсного гамма-нейтронного излучения проникающей радиации на различных расстояниях от центра взрыва. Предлагается учитывать пространственно-временное распределения поглощённой дозы путём оценки обобщённого дозиметрического функционала. ; As part of the research work for the modernization of military radiological principles of radiation safety, the paper analyzes the medical and radiological features of the biological effect of pulsed gamma-neutron penetrating radiation at different distances from the center of the explosion. It is proposed to take into account the spatiotemporal distribution of absorbed dose by evaluation of the generalized dissymmetric functional.
