PSYCHOLOGY OF EDUCATIONAL PROCESS IN HIGHER MILITARY EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS ; ПСИХОЛОГИЗАЦИЯ ОБРАЗОВАТЕЛЬНОГО ПРОЦЕССА В ВЫСШИХ ВОЕННЫХ УЧЕБНЫХ ЗАВЕДЕНИЯХ ; ПСИХОЛОГІЗАЦІЯ ОСВІТНЬОГО ПРОЦЕСУ У ВИЩИХ ВІЙСЬКОВИХ НАВЧАЛЬНИХ ЗАКЛАДАХ
The article deals with the actual problem of psychologization of the learning process in higher military educational institutions by developing the psychological competence of the participants in the educational process, as an obligatory pedagogical condition for improving the quality of defense training. And also attention is drawn to the topical issue of the psychological readiness of teachers to implement educational reform of innovations.The purpose of this article is to draw the attention of the subjects of the educational process to the problems concerning the lack of practical application of psychological knowledge and psychological tools in the modern scientific-pedagogical practice of the HMEI. Particular emphasis is placed on the process of preparation for it of future military teachers, as well as the definition of prospects for optimizing the situation that has developed nowadays in the HMEI and in the national system of higher military education in general.This problem is rather slowed down in time, but unfortunately it has not been investigated. The study of historical retrospective shows that it is not easy for psychological knowledge to integrate into the pedagogical realm and how it, along with its carriers, was repeatedly suppressed by specialists and the public.In our opinion, the situation which has developed in the domestic educational and pedagogical space with many overwhelming problems, in particular ineffective search for ways of psychologization of higher military education, needs to be reflexive comprehended and interfered.In the process of preparing and conducting ascientific class, the teacher, both on a conscious and intuitive level, is simply forced to take into account the mental processes occurring in the psyche of each individual. Among them there are will, emotions, feelings, thinking, speech, perception, sensation, etc. Besides, it is impossible even to start any class, without knowing the level of knowledge, skills and abilities of each of the listeners. Psychologization of education requires from the teacher a significant increase in attention to their professional qualifications, to profound understanding of the possibilities of psychological research and the practical application of its results.Strengthening the psychological component of higher military education includes the implementation of both equally important aspects of this component — objective (having cognitive and technological dimensions) and subjective (which has motivational, emotional, relational, value and other, actually psychological, dimensions). Psychologization is designed not only to provide traditional psychological assistance to the administration, students, scientists and pedagogical workers, but also to implement psychological support of the main social processes in the HMEI. ; В статье рассматривается актуальная проблема психологизации процесса обучения в высших военных учебных заведениях путем развития психологической компетентности участников образовательного процесса, как обязательной педагогической условия для повышения качества подготовки специалистов в сфере обороны. А также привлекается внимание к актуальному вопросу психологической готовности педагогов к внедрению образовательных реформирования инноваций. ; У статті розглядається актуальна проблема психологізації процесу навчання у вищих військових навчальних закладах шляхом розвитку психологічної компетентності учасників освітнього процесу, як обов'язкової педагогічної умови для підвищення якості підготовки фахівців у сфері оборони. А також привертається увага до актуального питання психологічної готовності педагогів до впровадження освітніх реформаційних інновацій.
