Статья посвящена косвенным налогам в СССР. В ней выделены основные особенности развития акцизов и таможенных пошлин. Анализируются доходы государства от косвенных налогов. Сделан вывод о значении косвенных налогов в бюджете. ; This article is devoted to indirect taxes in the former USSR. The author points out the key directions in setting excise and custom duties. Analyzing government incomes taken from indirect taxes the author gives the conclusion concerning the budget role of the indirect taxes.
