We present a polyad-conserving local model applied to the vibrational excitations of symmetric isotopologues of carbon dioxide. The description is carried out in the framework of local internal coordinates where the stretching degrees of freedom are modeled with Morse oscillators while for the bending modes the algebraic model is introduced. Three isotopologues are considered, namely O2, O2 and O2 in their electronic ground states. In all cases the most extensive experimental dataset of vibrational energies were taken into account. For the three isotopologues a Hamiltonian with interactions up to sixth order involving 16 parameters was considered. The description of the isotopologue O2 involved 110 experimental energies with a rms = 0.06 cm−1. On the other hand, for the isotopologue O2, only 42 experimental energies were available and a rms = 0.05 cm−1 was obtained with 15 parameters. For the isotopologue O2, considering 28 experimental energy terms a rms = 0.17 cm−1 was obtained. In this article, the effects of the O2 ratio on the electrical characteristics, including the I-V characteristic curve, Panchen's curve, and I-P curve, were tested in a sample of O2/Ar gaseous mixture . The sample was produced by plasma-based DC magnetron sputtering with niobium metal as a target material. The inter-electrode spacing value was 4 cm. Plasma diagnosis via the Optical Emission Spectroscopy (OES) method was used to achieve Te and Ne mixture values of 20 %, 30 %, 50%, and 70% in the Ar/O2 system. The results showed that the discharge is operating in the abnormal glow region and the discharge current was decreased by increasing O2 percentage. In addition, the experimental results showed that the discharge is optimal at 30% gas ratio. It was found that the electron temperature was decreased with increasing working pressure and increased with increasing the O2 percentage, while electron density was increased with increasing both working gas pressure and O2 percentage.

Operational measurements of the O2 concentration in the combustion chamber of a pulverized coal boiler are not yet common practice. Operators are generally satisfied with measuring the O2 concentration in the second pass of the boiler, usually behind the economizer, where a flue gas sample is extracted for analysis in a classical analyzer. A disadvantage of this approach is that there is a very weak relation between the measured value and the condition in specific locations in the fireplace, e.g. the function of the individual burners and the combustion process as a whole. A new extractionline was developed for measuring the O2 concentration in the combustion chamber. A planar lambda probe is used in this approach. The extraction line is designed to get outputs that can be used directly for diagnosis or management of the combustion in the boiler.
