The passenger movements were limited by the government policies that made new system decisions, namely large-scale social distancing policies. However, over time several regions in Indonesia have begun to end large-scale social distancing called new normal. The new normal condition has undoubtedly changed the pattern of mode choice of the passenger. Little attention has been paid to the travel mode choice under the new normal condition. Therefore, this study aims to understand the travel mode choice model of train and bus, especially in the new normal era. The primary data was collected using the stated preference online-based survey. This study performed a Binomial-Logit-Difference model. From the modelling result, 89% of the passenger will choose the bus if the train's travel fare is IDR 160,000 higher. The probability value will be equal when the ticket fare of the bus is IDR 25,000 higher than train's travel cost. It indicates that people choose the bus mode because of the travel cost factor. Directions for the future study are presented.

2020 is a tough year for all people in the world, including Indonesia. This is due to the emergence of a new virus called Covid-19. In order to avoid a wider spread of the virus, the Indonesian government adopted the PSBB or Large-Scale Social Restrictions policy, one of which limits direct contact between humans. One of the business sectors affected by this policy is MSMEs, where business is daily in nature and relies heavily on direct interaction. After almost two months of implementing the PSBB in Indonesia, the government finally announced a new condition for Indonesia, namely "New normal". In order to be able to survive with the new normal conditions, MSME players are required to be able to adapt by prioritizing health protocols according to standards so that their business activities can continue to survive in competition. Therefore, a problem decoder is needed for MSMEs to be able to understand and apply standard health protocols in each of their business activities during the new normal period. This program provides guidance in the form of counseling and assistance to MSMEs regarding standard health protocols in business activities in new normal conditions so that they can adapt and maintain their business. In addition, Partners were also provided with standardized personal protective equipment and other health support tools that were able to help their business activities during the Covid-19 pandemic.

The article argues that modernity cannot be analyzed as one single entity. Some theorists and historians reduce modernity to political and scientific efforts that are based on discourses of exception, unbounded intervention and some kind of radical planning. In contrast, the author argues that modernity must be analyzed in terms of a lasting friction between norm, normality and exception, that is different modes of problematizing modern societies. From c.1880 to c.1960 there have been very different approaches of tackling social problems and maintaining social order within. Some of these efforts had a totalitarian bias, some had not. The urging question is how to relate them. ; The article argues that modernity cannot be analyzed as one single entity. The Covid-19 virus has caused a decrease in transportation movement activities on the Z.A Pagar Alam road. Transportation movement activities due to the pandemic in which the government established a WFH (Work From Home) with this policy resulted in a reduction in the level of transportation modes so that it had a positive effect, namely reducing traffic congestion in the city center and also reducing air pollutants. In connection with the above problems, it is necessary to study the calculation of the emission load on the Z.A Pagar Alam road during the new normal period which can then be compared with the Z.A Pagar Alam emission load during the normal period, in order to find out how much the emission load changes on the R.A road. Kartini due to Covid-19.this study aims to determine the emission load of Pagar Alam Z.A during new normal conditions and during normal conditions. The results of this study indicate that there is a change in the emission load for each of the existing concentrates and the most significant is CO2 on the Z.A Pagar Alam road due to changes in vehicle volume that occur during normal and new normal conditions.
