The main directions of reforming the system of administrative management in Ukraine are investigated in the article. Modern systems of administrative management are analyzed and it is suggested to concentrate on five main directions of improvement of the system of administrative management: 1. Privatization and decentralization of public administration; 2. Reduction of excessive state regulation; 3. Improving the quality of public services; 4. Improving the efficiency and effectiveness of government; 5. Increasing the information openness of the authorities.
Teams of scientific specialists have replaced independent researchers, simultaneously the research team size has increased by 50% over the 19‑year period. Better collaborations between project team members might improve research outcomes or R&D project products. Knowledge needs to be communicated among a research team effectively and shared among all research team members as it is created collaboratively. Collaboration can be successfully supported by providing a knowledge sharing environment and communication facilities. The purpose of this paper is to evaluate the feasibility and discuss novel communication among scientists using a content management system (CMS) which operates based on the Software‑as‑a‑Service (SaaS) cloud‑computing model. This study presents the use of CMS for the collaboration of a research team carrying out a research project funded by the Polish National Science Centre.
AIIMS 2017 is the latest edition of the Australasian Inter-service Incident Management System (AIIMS). Endorsed by the AFAC Council, and published in June 2017, it replaces AIIMS-4 as the Incident Control System used by all fire, emergency service and land management agencies within Australia. The new edition retains the set of core principles and the suite of functional sections set out in AIIMS-4, but builds on that edition with expanded guidance on: how the work of AIIMS Incident Management Teams is articulated within the emergency management arrangements at the regional, state and federal levels relief and recovery, and how management of these activities can be flexibly integrated into Incident Management Teams spontaneous volunteers, and how incident management personnel can to safely and effectively manage the community goodwill that they embody. In the context of these improvements, AIIMS retains its emphasis on flexibility, adaptability and scalability, and forms the basis for establishing a common operating picture within an all-hazards-all agencies environment

Tramway systems, which can carry more passengers than buses at one haul, are now being proposed to meet Indonesia's public transport requirement. The objective of this research is to analyze the management structures for operating tram in different countries and then propose a suitable organizational structure for operating trams, if re-introduced, in Indonesia. The author chose France (Montpellier tramway), Germany (Karlsruhe tram-train) and the UK (Nottingham Express Transit) as the role model countries for investigation. From the analysis, the most appropriate organizational structure and suitable tramway management structure for operating tramways implementation in Indonesia. The key features of the research are to establish public transport company by local government to manage all public transport systems, propose tramway construction and operation to exist as separate departments under the tramway team division of the public company, recommend the public transport company to have responsibility for overseeing construction of the trams, operating, and maintaining the trams, suggest local government to own them and have responsibility for tramway strategic policy, control regulation as well as supervision and coordination of the performance of the public transport company, propose joint working between public and private sectors.
The pharmaceutical industry has evolved from merely Rs.1500 crores in 1980 to more than Rs.1,19,000 crores by 2012. Medicines in almost every therapeutic category are sold primarily as branded drugs, at disproportionately very high prices.80 of out patient care and 60 of all in hospital care occurs at private facilities in India and majority of households are exposed to a private sector market to buy drugs. According to NSO estimates, up to 79 of health care expenses in rural areas are due to the cost of medicines. Thus, access to low priced generic drugs is very critical in ensuring health care at affordable prices. 'Ensuring the availability of quality medicines at affordable prices to all' has been the key objective of the Department of Pharmaceuticals, Government of India. Hence, it has launched 'Jan Aushadi' as a direct market intervention strategy where the high quality generic medicines would be sold at low prices. Such medicines would be equivalent in potency and efficacy to expensive branded drugs. This project primarily directs towards providing online web facility to all its customers under Jan Aushadi Scheme for efficient distribution of generic medicines under prescription throughout the country mainly focusing on rural areas where citizens are deprived of basic knowledge about the consumption of proper drugs and their compositions. Through this project, we are aiming at providing medicines with respective compositions as per the Jan Aushadhi Scheme and ensuring that they get easy access to Jan Aushadi drugs using these online services.
