The 47th General Staff Officer Course of the Air Force held at the Bundeswehr Command and Staff College in Hamburg has analyzed the 2003 Iraq War within the scope of the "Development of Air Warfare Theories" Seminar which was headed Colonel (GS) Kolbe and Colonel (GS) Schwarz. The purpose was to gain information and draw conclusions from air warfare operations conducted during the Iraq War which will point the way ahead. Of the compilation which consists of severel individual articles by the seminar participants the contribution of Major Frank Gräfe, a computer scientist, is published herinafter.
