Celem artykułu jest prezentacja polskiej wersji kwestionariusza do pomiaru poczucia skuteczności interpersonalnej – Skal koła skuteczności interpersonalnej (Circumplex Scales for Interpersonal Efficacy; CSIE) Locke'a – oraz poznanie osobowościowych uwarunkowań konstruktów koła interpersonalnego i szerokości repertuaru zachowań interpersonalnych. CSIE są oparte na modelu koła interpersonalnego Wigginsa (Wiggins, Trapnell, Phillips, 1988) i mierzą 8 aspektów interpersonalnego poczucia skuteczności: Dominujący, Dominujący i Zdystansowany, Zdystansowany, Ustępliwy i Zdystansowany, Ustępliwy, Ustępliwy i Życzliwy, Życzliwy, Dominujący i Życzliwy. Badanie przeprowadzono na próbie N = 306. Rzetelność jednej skali (FG – Ustępliwy i Zdystansowany) jest niska, rzetelności pozostałych skal są zadowalające. Struktura wewnętrzna i trafność teoretyczna narzędzia są satysfakcjonujące. Stwierdzono, że interpersonalne poczucie skuteczności jest najsilniej powiązane z metacechą Beta / Plastyczność, co poddano dyskusji w kontek ie Cybernetycznej Teorii Wielkiej Piątki (Cybernetic Big Five Theory; CB5T) DeYounga (2015). Jako wskaźniki szerokości repertuaru zachowań interpersonalnych zastosowano elastyczność interpersonalną (wzniesienie profilu) oraz sztywność interpersonalną (długość wektora). Elastyczność interpersonalnego poczucia skuteczności i cech interpersonalnych jest powiązana z ekstrawersją, ugodowością, stabilnością emocjonalną, intelektem, Alfą / Stabilnością, Betą / Plastycznością oraz Ogólnym Czynnikiem Osobowości. Z kolei sztywność wartości i cech interpersonalnych koreluje z ekstrawersją, ugodowością, stabilnością emocjonalną, intelektem, Alfą / Stabilnością, Betą / Plastycznością oraz Ogólnym Czynnikiem Osobowości.

Participants are 947 soldiers. The results show the differences of multifactor leadership and emotional intelligence among military hierarchy. The commanders' self-report leadership is different among military ranks depending on operational experience. Commanders' transformational and transactional leadership and soldiers' emotional intelligence are linked to soldiers' social identification. Soldiers' emotional intelligence mediates a positive relation between the commander's transformational leadership behavior and subordinate soldiers' identification with their unit. Wypalenie rodzicielskie jest syndromem pojawiającym się w odpowiedzi na ekspozycję na chroniczny i przytłaczający stres rodzicielski, a wśród czynników ryzyka jego wystąpienia znajduje się bycie matką lub ojcem dziecka z niepełnosprawnością, jak i cechy osobowości rodziców, zwłaszcza neurotyzm. Nieliczne są badania na ten temat w odniesieniu do rodziców dzieci głuchych, a jak dotąd nie przeprowadzono ich z udziałem matek, których dzieci wkroczyły w okres wczesnej dorosłości. Celem pracy jest odpowiedź na pytanie o osobowościowe uwarunkowania wypalenia rodzicielskiego słyszących matek młodych dorosłych z głuchotą prelingwalną, użytkowników implantu ślimakowego. W badaniach wzięło udział 75 matek dzieci z głuchotą prelingwalną w wieku od 18 do 24 (M=21,49; SD=1,55) lat, które wypełniły Kwestionariusz Wypalenia Rodzicielskiego (PBM-12), Krótki Kwestionariusz do Pomiaru Wielkiej Piątki IPIP-BFM-20 oraz Ankietę informacyjną na temat danych socjodemograficznych, a także związanych z głuchotą i implantem ślimakowym u dzieci. Z badań wynika, że wypalenie rodzicielskie matek młodych dorosłych z głuchotą prelingwalną jest znacząco niższe niż u matek dzieci z innymi niż głuchota niepełnosprawnościami, jak i pozostaje w związku z ich wykształceniem (niższym) i miejscem zamieszkania (miasto). Otrzymano, że istnieje ujemna zależność między wypaleniem rodzicielskim a stabilnością emocjonalną, jak i cechą intelekt/wyobraźnia. Rezultaty badań prowadzą do konkluzji, iż te matki, które doświadczają wypalenia rodzicielskiego wymagają różnych form interwencji psychologicznej celem zwiększenia ich zasobów rodzicielskich, zwłaszcza ujawniających się w stabilności emocjonalnej oraz otwartości na doświadczenie (cecha intelekt/wyobraźnia).

Le brouillage des territoires et des références spatiales qui résulte des mobilités pose problème au politique et à tout acteur local dans la mesure où ceux-ci fonctionnent sur la délimitation territoriale de leurs compétences. Pourtant, le brouillage des territoires n'exclut nullement des modes de coordination plus ou moins invisibles. L'espace invisible prend un poids croissant. L'espace public se réduit de moins en moins à un espace physique supposant des rues et des places. L'espace médiatique avec les débats qu'il promeut joue un rôle de plus en plus important. Nous définirons l'intelligence territoriale comme « un processus informationnel et anthropologique, régulier et continu, initié par des acteurs locaux physiquement présents et/ou distants qui s'approprient les ressources d'un espace en mobilisant puis en transformant l'énergie du système territorial en capacité de projet. De ce fait, l'intelligence territoriale peut être assimilée à la territorialité qui résulte du phénomène d'appropriation des ressources d'un territoire puis aux transferts des compétences entre des catégories d'acteurs locaux de culture différente. The exceptional military and political events due to the World War II have deeply modified the conditions under which the French intelligence services acted beforehand. The strict partition between military and political fields at the time of the third Republic has to be considered ail over again. The purpose of this article is to analyse the reasons of this drastic upheaval consisting in the intelligence services escaping from the military command. In London, then in Algiers there was a series of conflicts between the inner French Resistance and the de Gaulle's attendants, leading to the foundation of the SDECE (Service de documentation exterieure et de contre-espionnage). Hereafter the intelligence services, linked since 1945 to those of the Presidence du conseil became the aims of hard political struggles in parliamentary circles as in the press of the new regime. The "Passy affair" which occurred in 1946 appeared as a typical example of the new balanced political and journalistic influences from which since then, the secret officers could not escape. ; Les circonstances militaires et politiques exceptionnelles crées par la Seconde guerre mondiale ont profondément modifié les conditions dans lesquelles les services de renseignement militaire agissaient auparavant. La stricte séparation entre le militaire et le politique sous la troisième République a ainsi été entièrement remise en cause. Cette étude a pour objet d'analyser les raisons de cette révolution qui voit les services de renseignement militaire sortir du « pré carré » militaire. A Londres puis à Alger, se jouent entre la Résistance intérieure et l'entourage du général de Gaulle, les principales étapes de conflits présidant à la naissance du SDECE. The emergence of a digital "info-sphere" has significantly changed the nature of the military influencing strategy. While the resulting information operations are as old as war, the warring parties have had to change their strategies in this area in order to establish themselves in cyberspace. In addition to non-state actors such as ISIS using it in an asymmetric way, major powers such as China, the US and Russia have also been very active in informational struggle in cyberspace. In the near future, the development of artificial intelligence and customisation techniques, the modification of content or the use of blockchain are likely to upset the way in which armies apprehend information warfare. The transformations in this field therefore pose many challenges to the armed forces, which must adapt to confrontation that is now beyond their own sphere. S ; [EN] Most cardiac arrhythmias can be classified as atrial flutter, focal atrial tachycardia, or atrial fibrillation. They have been usually treated using drugs, but catheter ablation has proven more effective. This is an invasive method devised to destroy the heart tissue that disturbs correct heart rhythm. In order to accurately localise the focus of this disturbance, the acquisition and processing of atrial electrograms form the usual mapping technique. They can be single potentials, double potentials, or complex fractionated atrial electrogram (CFAE) potentials, and last ones are the most effective targets for ablation. The electrophysiological substrate is then localised by a suitable signal processing method. Sample Entropy is a statistic scarcely applied to electrograms but can arguably become a powerful tool to analyse these time series, supported by its results in other similar biomedical applications. However, the lack of an analysis of its dependence on the perturbations usually found in electrogram data, such as missing samples or spikes, is even more marked. This paper applied SampEn to the segmentation between non-CFAE and CFAE records and assessed its class segmentation power loss at different levels of these perturbations. The results confirmed that SampEn was able to significantly distinguish between non-CFAE and CFAE records, even under very unfavourable conditions, such as 50% of missing data or 10% of spikes. According to the American philosopher, John Dewey, the agreement upon which a social union could be built is an agreement in activities and their consequences, not an agreement on some propositions. The purpose of this article is to explore the way such a view is connected with the operations of the kind of liberal state Dewey had in mind, that is the use of governmental action in taking care of the interest of all those who are affected by activities carried by others.

RESUMEN The article is a historical study on the role of creativity in education in China. It addresses the main periods of its development in order to demonstrate that, contrary to what is raised at international level on Chinese education, it has, from its roots, elements that focus on independence, reflection, self-monitoring and intelligence, without ignoring its cultural essence. China currently has an impressive and original progress in science, technology and education, which is in contrast to the arguments put forward by China to ensure that the teaching methods in place in China favour superficial and memoristic learning that atrophes students' analytical capabilities and thus reduce creative capacity. In order to resolve this paradox, it is proposed that the objective of supporting the historical and logical method is to support the elements that demonstrate the presence of creativity from the origins of the nation. ; RESUMEN El artículo es un estudio histórico sobre el papel de la creatividad en la educación China. Aborda los principales periodos de su desarrollo con el propósito de demostrar que, contrariamente a lo que se plantea a nivel internacional sobre la educación china, esta tiene desde sus raíces elementos que se direccionan a la independencia, la reflexión, el autocontrol y la inteligencia, sin desconocer su esencia cultural. En la actualidad China ostenta un impresionante y original progreso en la ciencia, la tecnología y la educación, escenario que se contrapone a los argumentos occidentalitas que aseguran que los métodos pedagógicos vigentes en el país favorecen un aprendizaje superficial y memorístico que atrofia la capacidad analítica de los estudiantes y, por tanto, reducen la capacidad creativa. Para lograr resolver esta paradoja, se propone como objetivo fundamentar con el apoyo del método histórico-lógico los elementos que evidencian la presencia de la creatividad desde los orígenes de la nación.
