Graduate Students Mentoring Graduate Students: A Model for Professional Development

This article discusses the organizational structure developed at the U of Colorado to help new graduate students adjust to academic careers. The program known is as MOPS, Mentors of Political Science, which teams up junior with senior graduate students who mentor their progress & help them plan careers.
