THE LAW ON EDUCATION OF 2012 AND DEVELOPMENT OF EDUCATIONAL LAW IN RUSSIA
In September 2013 Russia enacted a new law on education which introduced significant changes into the system of sources for Russian educational law. This article analyses the provisions of the education law that pertain to sources of educational law in the Russian Federation, the relationship between different levels of normative and legal regulation, including: international, national (federal laws and by-laws, legal regulation of relations in education at the regional and municipal levels in the Russian Federation), and the place of local normative acts within the mechanism for legal regulation of relations in education.

Physical Education in the Brazilian Educational Law and National Curriculum Guidelines
The aim of this study was to establish the relationship between the principles of Educational Sport and the objectives of Physical Education in two brasilian laws: National Curriculum Guidelines (PCNs) for the Elementary and Middle School Levels and the Guidelines and Basis Legislation (LDB). The method used was the survey analysis in order to determine the practices present in, or the opinions of, a specific population. The instrument used in this research was a questionnaire. After a broad review of the bibliography and according to the methodological procedures, the aim was to set the relationships between the Principles of Educational Sport and the objectives of Physical Education, according to the Brazilian Law (LDB) and National Curriculum Guidelines (PCNs) in a table made under the analysis of a group of specialists. As the relation between the principles of Educational Sport and the objectives of School Physical Education have shown, we can state that School Physical Education has gained pedagogical security for the potential use of Educational Sport as part of its contents.

El presente trabajo tiene por objeto destacar la importancia de la noción de persona y de sus categorías en la legislación educativa ecuatoriana. Se realiza una aproximación a la faceta personalista partiendo del pensamiento de Gabriel Marcel, quien advierte de la crisis del hombre, el "hombre de la barraca", debido a la hegemonía de la técnica trocada en tecnocracia propia de la civilización contemporánea, y presidida por las categorías técnicas. En este sentido, supone una crisis del ser humano que vive en un mundo roto en el que su intimidad, intersubjetividad, itinerancia y encarnación se encuentran cuestionadas por valores utilitarios y funcionales; crisis que se traduce en un ejercicio de violencia hacia el ser humano y hacia la naturaleza. Sobre la base del propósito anunciado ut supra, se realiza un análisis de las principales normas legales de la legislación educativa ecuatoriana incardinadas en la propuesta política y filosófica que propone el Sumak Kawsay en Ecuador. ; The following article seeks to emphasize the importance of the person and its personal categories within Ecuador's educational law. An approximation is made stemming from Gabriel Marcel's theories, who warns us about the crisis of man, the "homme de la caserne", due to the hegemony of shifting technique into technocracy in contemporary civilization, and ruled by technical categories. In this sense, it entails a crisis of the human being, living in a broken world in which his intimacy, intersubjectivity, his itinerant quality and incarnation are put into question by utilitarian and functional values; a crisis which results in an exercise of violence against man and nature. On the basis of the purposes mentioned ad supra, this article analyses the main laws in Ecuador's educational law that come as a result of the political and philosophical proposal as proposed by the Sumak Kawsay in Ecuador. ; 230-238 ; flaral@pucesd.edu.ec ; Semestral
