Die drei Klinik-Einkaufsgemeinschaften P.E.G., Prospitalia und Sana Einkauf und Logistik haben gemeinsam ein Tool für die Verwaltung elektronischer Artikelstammdaten entwickelt. Mit dem Ergebnis – dem Healthcare Content Data Portal (HCDP) – sind die drei 2019 an den Start gegangen. Wir sprachen darüber mit Benedikt Bumm von der P.E.G.

Die seit einem Jahrzehnt diskutierte und nunmehr vor ihrer Einführung stehende elektronische Gesundheitskarte soll zu einem effizienteren und zugleich patientenorientierten Gesundheitssystem maßgeblich beitragen. Als kombinierte Chipkarten- und Netzwerklösung steht sie dabei allerdings zugleich als Symbol für eine grundlegend veränderte Kommunikation im Arzt-Patienten-Verhältnis und zwischen allen anderen Akteuren der Gesundheitsversorgung. Aufgeworfen sind damit bedrängende Fragen um den Fortbestand jener einzigartigen Vertrauensbeziehung und der doch erst in der jüngeren Vergangenheit zunehmend anerkannten Patientenautonomie, die bei den Betroffenen in erheblichem Maße Sorgen und Ängste geweckt haben.
