The relevance of the article due to the need for the legal regulation of relations regarding the use of cloud computing that have already involved in the most important areas of public life. Currently (along with the undeniable benefits), there are many problems caused by the use of cloud technologies. The current legislation needs to be modified to create a regulatory platform, remedies, and factors to prevent or prevent illegal activity. The authors of this article have used various methods of scientific research, namely the analysis, synthesis, analogy, deduction, induction, formal-legal, comparative-legal, interpretation of law, etc. The study shows that there is currently no legal regulation in Ukraine on the use of cloud technology. Today, it is possible to distinguish several ways of legal regulation of relations on the use of cloud technologies: 1) legal regulation of these relations can be done using already existing regulatory acts; 2) amend the existing legal framework (adaptation of stable legal norms to the new information reality); 3) to create new legal acts on the regulation of exclusive relations related to the use of cloud technologies, taking into account their specifics.

The Internet has evolved from connecting people and later videos, photos, and text to more recently physical objects. Using sensors, physical objects can "talk" (transmit data) to each other and even command each other to perform a physical act. As things and people become more connected, such objects will also become part of social net-works, much in the same way that people tag photos on Facebook. In this way, the value of such objects will increase for both research and learning[12].
The IOT and Cloud computing technologies can provide solutions for the above-mentioned problems in the education system. Cloud computing enables users to control and access data via the Internet. The main users of a typical higher education cloud include students, faculty, administrative staff, Examination Branch and Admission Branch. All the main users of the institution are connected to the cloud. Separate login is provided for all the users for their respective work[12]. Teachers can upload their class Tutorials, assignments, and tests on the cloud server which students will be able to access all the teaching material provided by the teachers via the Internet using computers and other electronic devices both at home and college and 24X7. This paper focuses on the integration of Cloud and IOT for the education system. Connected de-vices can help make life easier for students with special needs. Many of the daydreams for IOT in education involve students taking advantage of new technologies to com-plete cool new projects.

Cloud computing has been widely adopted as the next-generation digitisation model for transforming the organisation into an entity that drives development and innovation. Nowadays, users of computing systems aim to get quick access to the virtual ecosystem and a new experience in cyberspace that seamlessly integrates with the existing services they use today. From the perspective of the military organisation/Military Enterprise, the cloud provides services for users and structures in a scalable, highly reliable and highly available manner, specifically with different security levels associated with the individual profile and functional roles in the organisation. From the end user's perspective, the cloud provides a simple model for accessing information technology/IT services without the need for the human factor to fully understand the transport/transmission infrastructure and technology used. This article explores how modern military-classified and unclassified cloudnative infrastructures can be secured and managed in a national, military private, or mixed hybrid deployment cyber environment, along with various requirements and considerations for adapting cloud-native applications for military systems. In context, the article provides a simple but comprehensive introduction to the cloud native overview and the major technologies that developers use to build such reliable environments in cyberspace that could be the subject of a feasibility study to implement the concept of hybrid cloud in cyberspace with military use. The material is intended for IT experts, DevOps engineers, CIS (Communications and Information Technology) systems and infrastructure architects, cloud enthusiasts, cloud security experts, and any military professional involved in the development, migration, deployment, and management of current services and operations. of a cloud-native system.
Information technology has become an integral part of modern society and undoubtedly makes life easier for companies, public authorities and ordinary citizens. As the scientific and information breakthrough develops rapidly in many areas (commercial, private, educational, etc.), many legitimate legal issues related to the use of cloud technologies are increasingly emerging. The purpose of the article is to reveal the essence of international agreements in the field of cloud technology. This topic is considered from the point of view of private international law, as the relations arising from the use of cloud technologies, as a rule, have an international private law character due to the different nationalities of the parties. The authors analyze the provisions of Ukrainian and foreign legislation, determine international legal standards in the field of cloud technology, and analyze "agreements on the use" of well-known global brands such as Apple, Google, Microsoft and more. This scientific article focuses on the concept and types of international agreements using cloud services, as well as related issues: the parties to the agreement, place, time of its conclusion, the law applicable to such legal relations and more. Such agreements do not have a universal legal definition, so different international organizations and companies use their own definitions. There are several standards in the world in this area, both international and regional. On the one hand, it helps to improve and perfect this area, on the other hand - there is a saturation of relations in the field of "cloud" technologies with various documents and standards. The authors cover different types of cloud service providers, such as software as a service (SaaS), platform as a service (PaaS), and infrastructure as a service (IaaS); services used by the relevant legal entities; classifications of "clouds" (public, private, community and hybrid); types of international agreements concluded depending on the type of providers and the volume of services ...

The relevance of the research. The information society requires the improvement of legal regulation of information relations, the processes of accumulation, processing, distribution and storage of information, the growth of the role of information law in the activities of various social institutions. The wide implementation of cloud technologies in various spheres of social life of society requires improvement of the legal framework for providing and receiving cloud services, which allow to simplify the access of library users to digital content, in which libraries play an important role. The relevance of this research is related to the widespread use of cloud technologies in Ukrainian libraries, as well as rapid changes in Ukrainian legislation regarding digitization and digital transformation.
The purpose of the article is to determine the peculiarities of the legal regulation of the use of cloud technologies in modern libraries of Ukraine.
The methodology of the research is based on the application of content analysis of current legal acts, systemic and comparative approaches, which ensures the reliability of the results obtained.
The results. The analysis of the current legal framework regarding the provision of cloud services and the use of cloud technologies in various social and communication institutions of Ukrainian society in the context of its digitalization and digital transformation has shown that in recent years several important legal acts have been put into effect in Ukraine regarding legislative regulation of the research object. It was determined that the adopted legislative acts are aimed at harmonizing Ukrainian legislation with the legislation of the European Union regarding the implementation and use of the latest information technologies.
The scientific novelty of the study consists in an attempt to generalize the provisions of the existing legal framework of Ukraine regarding the implementation of cloud computing and to consider these provisions in relation to the prospects of their application in the activities of Ukrainian libraries in the process of their use of cloud technologies. The obtained results will make it possible to prepare practical recommendations for raising the awareness of library workers regarding the legal regulation of the implementation of cloud technologies in libraries, which will help to activate the process of digital modernization of Ukrainian libraries.
The practical significance lies in the possibility of applying the materials of the article in the practical activities of Ukrainian libraries regarding the legal regulation of their use of cloud technologies. The results of the study will be useful to library workers in organizing the implementation of cloud technologies, as well as in the process of training and improving the qualifications of library specialists.
