The problem of timely provision of military units (units) with the necessary material and technical means, ammunition, and others for the accomplishment of the task is investigated. Based on the analysis of the implementation of tasks by units of support in local wars and armed conflicts and taking into account the experience of performing tasks by military units (units) on the territory of Donetsk and Luhansk regions, an algorithm for the functioning of a promising logistics system is proposed. The algorithm is aimed at reducing operating costs, ensuring the stable operation of the logistics system at all stages, from the procurement, storage and transportation of missiles, ammunition, logistical equipment, and more to serve them in military units (subunits). ; Исследуется проблема своевременного обеспечения военных частей (подразделений) необходимыми материально-техническими средствами, боеприпасами и т.д. для выполнения поставленной задачи. На основе анализа выполнения задач подразделениями обеспечения в локальных войнах и вооружённых конфликтах и учитывая опыт выполнения задач военными частями (подразделениями) на территории Донецкой и Луганской областей предложен алгоритм функционирования перспективной системы логистического обеспечения. Алгоритм направлен на уменьшение операционных расходов, обеспечение стабильной работы системы логистического обеспечения на всех этапах - от закупки, хранения и транспортировки ракет, боеприпасов, материально-технических средств и т.д. до подачи их в воинские части (подразделения). ; Досліджується проблема своєчасного забезпечення військових частин (підрозділів) необхідними матеріально-технічними засобами, боєприпасами, тощо для виконання поставленого завдання. The interrelation of an enterprise strategy and the factors of successful implementation of the projects at an enterprise, and primarily, the compatibility of the parameters of projects with an internal environment of an enterprise is a priori necessary. The process of formation of a portfolio of projects is quite complex, so it is advisable to consider general mathematical setting of the problem of formation of a portfolio of projects and to identify the main concepts, within which to carry out the main task of this study. The purpose of the study is to obtain a publicly available algorithm of optimal selection of the projects for the portfolio of an enterprise that will meet its overall development strategy and will not conflict with the set of resources that is already available. In the course of performing the set tasks, we applied scientific methods: comparison, generalization, mathematics and system analysis, mathematical similarities and simulation. The information basis of the study is the authors' designs relating to a portfolio analysis. The status of the tools and mechanisms of strategic management at a production enterprise was analyzed under conditions of competition and an enterprise development. It was revealed that at present there are many methods of selection of projects, but on the one hand, they are all incomplete, on the other, they possess complicated mathematics apparatus that makes it inaccessible for a wide application, which is why obtaining a simple approach is extremely necessary. The algorithm for the analysis of potential projects was proposed with the aim of their selection for the portfolio of an enterprise and further implementation. It was proposed to take into account the available resources of an enterprise and its current strategy. Applying this algorithm provides for the consistent analysis of the projects in order to identify possibilities of their implementation at a specific enterprise, taking into account the state of the enterprise's resources, for the coordination of the plan of implementation of the portfolio of projects with the plans of an enterprise during different levels of planning, for the selection of the most promising projects for implementation in line with the strategy of development. The novelty of the research lies in an attempt to expand the parameters of an enterprise that should be included in the requirements for the selection of projects and will most accurately reflect the original status of the enterprise. On the basis of the proposed algorithm, it is planned in the future to build a mathematical model of formation of a portfolio, which will highlight the main settings needed to conduct a comprehensive analysis and assessment of the portfolio of a company. The parameters were proposed for the strategy of an enterprise, which allow systematically assessing of the possibility of implementation of its portfolio. With the use of the given indicators, we evaluated implementation of the portfolio of projects at the level of planning of functional units.
In today's challenging economic conditions, one of the most critical areas of financial management of industrial enterprises is the management of current assets. The material intensity of industrial enterprises activity determines the growing role of quality management of current assets to achieve business efficiency. The current assets management issues have been widely studied by Ukrainian scientists, taking into account the specifics of the management of domestic enterprises. Industrial enterprises in Ukraine operate in conditions of significant uncertainty in the environment, numerous problems of economic, financial and political and legal nature. The profitability of industrial enterprises, which should become the engine of sustainable development, is meagre. Existing external threats to the activities of industrial enterprises cause an increase in the requirements for the quality of internal management to compensate for threats and establish a state of economic security. However, existing studies do not provide a single approach to forming an algorithm for managing the current assets of industrial enterprises. In this article, we have substantiated the algorithm for managing the current assets of industrial enterprises. Based on the study results, we detailed the conceptual and applied prerequisites for introducing the algorithm for managing current assets in Ukrainian industrial enterprises. The proposed algorithm harmonizes with the principles of the system approach. In the algorithm structure, we have identified key factors that managers should consider to avoid risks. Relevant risks may be associated with an unstable external environment and communication problems in the internal environment. We also offered a list of principles for building and implementing the algorithm. В статье на основе сравнительной клинико-лабораторной оценки состояния 590 военнослужащих по призыву мужского пола в возрасте 1821 года, больных внебольничной пневмонией (ВП) (из них тяжелой 273 человека), разработан алгоритм прогнозирования тяжелого и осложненного течения заболевания у юношей. Разработанный алгоритм прост и может использоваться в любом лечебном учреждении. ; YOUTThe algorithm of severe and complicated disease clinical course prognostication in youth is presented in this article. It was developed on the basis of comparative clinical and laboratory estimation of the state of 590 military men who were drafted at the age of 18-21 years and who suffered community-acquired pneumonia (273 patients had a severe form of the disease). Thisalgorithm is simple and can be used in any patient care institution.
