Other threats affect subterranean populations and species at a local or regional scale, for instance mining and quarrying, groundwater extraction, and amateur and scientific collection could severely damage these habitats. Several life history traits are common to many troglobionts, and to some extent, are associated with increased risk of extinction, including low reproductive rates and limited dispersal ability. Thus, population rescue is often much slower and risk of extinction much greater relative to populations of related Surface species. Besides, many troglobionts may be particularly sensitive to small fluctuations in abiotic variables such as temperature, humidity, dissolved oxygen, and concentrations of heavy metals, among others. This research aims at a historical analysis of musical instruments used in Sri Lanka seen through different perspectives such as political, religious, or mythological views. The way how they are currently presented in mostly non-institutional internet sources is included. The value system that promotes string instruments as a sign of musical development forms the background of reflections in Internet applications dealing with musical instruments. One example is the promotion of the ravanhatta, a bowed spike fiddle, which is inaccurately presented as the "first violin" of the world. Through interviews with music teachers and people who provide Internet services, the phenomenon of this multi-layered problem can be clearly addressed. In result, an alternative view on musical instruments used in Sri Lankan culture will be provided. ; Como un país budista tradicional desde el año 300 a. Engineering enterprises are the basis of the country's industrial production. The importance of their stable development for the country's economy is determined by the fact that for several centuries the sector remains the only supplier of capital resources to enterprises of other industries. Machine-building enterprises provide any production with machinery and equipment, and the population with consumer goods. The products of engineering enterprises are used in all spheres of human life. The history of the development of engineering enterprises continues for almost a millennium. Significant changes in the organizational structure and production of new types of products of machine-building enterprises have combined hundreds of sub-sectors specializing in the production of various types of products: from household products to complex units. The main premise underlying the analysis of the current state of machine-building enterprises in terms of their attractiveness indicates that the level of profitability depends not only on internal impact, but also on the impact of external factors. The analysis of the dynamics of changes in the number of domestic engineering enterprises in 2010–2017 indicates that the number of domestic engineering enterprises over the period under review tended to decrease, this is due to economic, social and political problems that were formed under the influence of internal and external factors outflow of investors and a decrease in the level of innovative development. The difficult situation of machine-building enterprises is not saved by the successful implementation of new technologies and borrowing the experience of foreign countries. The pace of innovation development is insufficient for competition with European, Asian and American engineering enterprises. The main factor restraining the innovative activity of domestic engineering enterprises is the lack of own financial resources and the low level of support from the state. ; Предприятия машиностроительной отрасли являются основой промышленного производства страны. Существенные изменения в организационной структуре и производстве новых видов продукции машиностроительных предприятий объединили в себе сотни подотраслей, специализирующихся на выпуске различных видов продукции: от бытовой продукции до сложных агрегатов. Основная предпосылка, лежащая в основе анализа текущего состояния машиностроительных предприятий с точки зрения их привлекательности свидетельствует о том, что уровень доходности зависит не только от внутреннего воздействия, но и от воздействия внешних факторов. Проведенный анализ динамики изменения количества отечественных машиностроительных предприятий за 2010–2017 гг., свидетельствует о том, что количество отечественных машиностроительных предприятий за рассматриваемый период имела тенденцию к снижению, это связано с экономическими, социальными и политическими проблемами, которые формировались под влиянием внутренних и внешних факторов, оттока инвесторов и снижение уровня инновационного развития. Трудную ситуацию машиностроительных предприятий не спасают успешные внедрения новых технологий и заимствования опыта зарубежных стран. Темпы инновационного развития недостаточны для конкурентной борьбы с европейскими, азиатскими и американскими машиностроительными предприятиями. Основным фактором, сдерживающим инновационную активность отечественных машиностроительных предприятий, является отсутствие собственных финансовых средств и низкий уровень поддержки со стороны государства. ; Підприємства машинобудівної галузі є основою промислового виробництва країни. Важливість їх стабільного розвитку для економіки країни визначається, тим фактом, що протягом кількох століть сектор залишається єдиним постачальником капітальних ресурсів на підприємства інших галузей. Машинобудівні підприємства забезпечують будь-яке виробництво машинами та обладнанням, а населення – предметами споживання. Продукція машинобудівних підприємств використовується у всіх сферах існування людського життя. Історія розвитку підприємств машинобудування триває майже тисячоліття. Суттєві зміни у організаційній структурі та виробництві нових видів продукції машинобудівних підприємств об'єднали в собі сотні підгалузей, що спеціалізуються на випуску різних видів продукції: від побутової продукції до найскладніших агрегатів. Основна передумова, яка лежить в основі аналізу поточного стану машинобудівних підприємств з точки зору їх привабливості - це висновок про те, що рівень прибутковості залежить не тільки від внутрішнього впливу, а й від впливу зовнішніх факторів. Проведений аналіз динаміки зміни кількості вітчизняних машинобудівних підприємств за 2010–2017рр. свідчить про те, що кількість вітчизняних машинобудівних підприємств за розглянутий період мала тенденцію до зниження, це пов'язано з економічними, соціальними та політичними проблемами, які формувались під впливом внутрішніх та зовнішніх факторів, відтоку інвесторів та зниження рівня інноваційного розвитку. Скрутну ситуацію машинобудівних підприємств не рятують успішні впровадження нових технологій і запозичення досвіду зарубіжних країн. Темпи інноваційного розвитку недостатні для конкурентної боротьби з європейськими, азіатськими та американськими машинобудівними підприємствами. Основним фактором, що стримують інноваційну активність вітчизняних машинобудівних підприємств, є відсутність власних фінансових коштів та низький рівень підтримки з боку держави.

The article was inspired by the visit of Pope Francis on September 22-25 in 2018 to Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia. During the visit, the Pope Francis spoke about the idea of preserving national identity: "It is obvious that from the political point of view you are part of the West. but the part of that tragic history came from the West – from Germans, Poles. To have this in mind means to know that the firmness is necessary, the firmness not only to belonging to the West, but also the firmness of having the identity of ourselves" (https://www.lrytas.lt/pasaulis/įvykiai/ 2018/09/26/news/popiezius-pranciskus/). Mentioning the Poles, the Pope apparently had in the mind the occupation of Vilnius. The research of the pupils of South-Eastern Lithuania, conducted in 2016 by the Lithuanian Institute of Culture Policy, which was headed by the author of this article, allows us to look at the current situation. Since this publication is dedicated for the issue of the social integration in Lithuania, the study on influence of the Poland on the identity of Polish pupils may be relevant. The subject of the whole study was broader - the cultural needs of pupils, but the influence of Poland was revealed indirectly: by identifying the difference in participation in excursions of Lithuanians, Poles and Russians to Poland. In April – May 2016, 1141 pupils were questioned in 19 schools in Vilnius, Švenčionys and Šalčininkai districts. 66% of the respondents in Vilnius district in the first place identified Lithuania as their fatherland, 26% identified Lithuania as their fatherland in the second place, while did not identified Lithuania as their fatherland 8% of pupils. The question is: "If the every twelve person who does not indicate Lithuania as their fatherland is big or small number?" In our opinion, it big number, since the same 8 per cent of respondents in the first place as their fatherland named the other country. Most often it was mentioned Poland, sometimes Russia or Belorussia. In addition, almost every third respondent in the second place considers his or her fatherland another (not Lithuania) country. The views of Lithuanians and Poles are rather different. If for 75% of the Lithuanians respondents, Lithuania are in the first place as their fatherland, and for 18% in the second. Meanwhile, 59% of Lithuanian Poles said that their fatherland is Lithuania in the first place, and for 33%, Lithuania as their fatherland is in the second place (in the first place as their fatherland indicated Poland). 7% of Lithuanians and 8% of Poles did not indicate Lithuania as their fatherland either in the first or second place. Poles in the schools with education in Polish language have a much better chances to visit Poland, and the number of visits in Poland is directly correlated with the naming of Poland as their fatherland. Almost 2/3 of the Polish pupils respondents who went on a trip to Poland, indicated another country as their fatherland (an absolute majority indicated Poland). Only one-third Lithuanians who went on a trip to Poland, indicated another country as their fatherland. Of course, an excursions to Poland be considered a decisive factor in such an identification with Poland, but this data quite clearly highlight the differences in the identification of the Lithuanians and the Poles. Thus, a data of representative study of pupils from Southeastern Lithuania (Vilnius, Švenčionys and Šalčininkai districts) raise the question: is the Pole is a Lithuanian Pole (a citizen of Lithuania), or a Pole, who live in Lithuania and identifying with Poland? According to the data of a qualitative survey, the inactivity of Lithuanian state institutions does not encourage the development of the attitude of Lithuanian Pole as a citizen of Lithuania. Attitude to identifying Lithuania as a fatherland is often treated as old approach, does not relevant to the present-day Europe. Often, a pupils living in Vilnius region naming Poland as his fatherland. Poland's support for schools with Polish language education is more effective than the influence of Lithuania itself in Vilnius region. Obviously, there are still dominated two different concepts: Poland is based on the concept of one country – the two Republics, where Lithuania was in the role of a younger brother, and Lithuania is "get stuck" in the memories of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania. The intensity of these two different concepts can hardly be changed in the nearest future. It is necessary to realize that for the Poles who lives in the Vilnius region their own village or town are primarily considered as their fatherland. This is not only Lithuanian, but also their land. However, they live in Lithuania, therefore, must be formed a perception that their fatherland is not only a native land, but also Lithuania. As the qualitative research shows, unfortunately, this formation is only imitated, as many measures on the development of South-Eastern Lithuania are only adopted, but not implemented in the practice.

The paper deals with the relations of the Soviet Union with the Arab republican regimes in the Middle East from the XXII Congress of the CPSU to the resignation of M.S.Khrushchev. The Middle East vector of Soviet foreign policy is sufficiently studied in modern historiography. Soviet-Arab relations became the object of study of such researchers as O.O.Fursenko, Y.M.Prymakov, O.V.Vasyliev and others. However, as of today, far from all aspects of the problem are sufficiently researched, especially concerning 1961-1964 years. The purpose of this paper is to fill certain gaps in contemporary historiography. To do this, we will need to have a good look at the policy of the USSR regarding the Kuwait, Syria and Yemen crises of 1961-1962 years; the supply of arms to the Arab states during the reporting period; economic and cultural cooperation between countries. By the beginning of 1961, the Soviet Union managed to establish solid relationships and cooperation with such Middle East countries as the UAE and Iraq. Observing certain changes in relations with Cairo and Baghdad, at the XXII Congress of the CPSU (October 17-31, 1961), M.S.Khrushchev somewhat shifted the priorities of the USSR Middle East policy. Thus, the rhetoric concerning the Iraq dictator A. Qasim changed significantly – the main emphasis was on criticizing his policies; it was already assessed as reactionary, anti-democratic and anti-communist. At the same time, though a moderately positive assessment of the disintegration of the UAE was given, the philippics against the Egyptian leader G. Nasser were almost stopped. Apparently, because of the failure to forge an alliance with Iraq, the Soviet leadership sought to restore its former relations with Egypt. Unlike the period of 1956-1958 years, marked by a number of serious international crises in the Middle East with the interference of superpowers, 1961-1964 years were often characterized as relatively calm in the life of the region. Partially that could be explained by the temporary decline of Arab nationalism. However, even over those four years the region of the Eastern Mediterranean and Persian Gulf was struck by several perturbations related to the regular attempts to implement pan-Arab projects or their collapse. During that period, the USSR made attempts to settle the Kuwait, Syria and Yemen crises in their favor. During those three regional crises, Moscow was still trying to eliminate Western influence in the region and/or support local nationalists. In 1961-1964 years, military, economic and technical cooperation between Moscow and Cairo, Damascus, Baghdad and Sanaa significantly increased. Despite the ideological disagreements with the local nationalist regimes, the Kremlin continued to provide them with economic, technical and military support. During the mentioned period, the all-round cooperation of the Soviet Union with the Arab states of the Middle East – the UAE, Syria, Iraq, Yemen continued to develop. Cultural ties of the USSR with the Arab world were also developed. According to the documents of the Russian State Archive of Contemporary History, Moscow made considerable efforts to create the cultural background for its influence in Egypt. However, in general, while characterizing the cultural policy of the USSR, Soviet diplomats and employees of the International Department of the Central Committee of the CPSU noted the overt disparity between the amount of economic assistance to the UAE and propagandist work in it. The same was true of other countries of the Middle East. By the time of the resignation of M.S.Khrushchev in October 1964, the main outlines of the Soviet foreign policy in the Middle East had been formed, and the USSR followed them until its disintegration in 1991. ; У статті розглядаються відносини Радянського Союзу з арабськими республіканськими режимами на Близькому Сході у період від XXII з'їзду КПРС до відставки М.С.Хрущова. The culture of tolerance is the subject of post-classical knowledge of conscious phenomena that influence the processes being a person and its ethno-national identity. The civilized spirit of freedom is the property of the content of the history philosophers and the realities of socio-cultural changes of being. The formation of a discursive space of tolerance establishes the contemporary meaning and meaning of a particular socio-cultural life, when the culture of tolerance was shaped by Europe at an early age of its civilization, and, through this, a combination of external structures with its internal world is achieved. Without the «philosophy of hope» there is no optimization of the reliability of the specialists training. In this context, the priority of the humanitarian aspect of the educational space is overcoming - and fragmentation of the reform process, also as the education and upbringing that embraced the makers of the product intelligence. Understand that all the priorities of educational reform have not only authoritative policies, but a positive meaning emerges only when the regions is headed by authoritative bearers of the patriotic-professional direction. And they find common actions with the Ministry of Education and Science, the intellect-environment, students, etc. Only through the achievement of a European level of academic freedoms, one can touch on the «pragmatics of the educational noosphere» the community will help the formation of reformers-officials to conduct dialogue in the sense of what this word has as a «difficult transitional state», after which there appears «civil enlightenment», the ability to find an understanding with society, in spite of the violent ignorance of radicals from the East or the West.The feeling of future specialists before the exit of the «crisis society» from the state of «permanent rebellion» is born despite the «hybridization of humanitarian situation». ; Культура толерантности является предметом постнекласического познания сознательных явлений, которые влияют на процессы становления личности и ее этнонациональную идентичность. Цивилизованный дух свободы есть свойство содержания философем истории и реалии социокультурных изменений бытия. Становление дискурсивного пространства толерантности устанавливает современные значения и смыслы конкретной социокультурной жизни, когда культуру толерантности формировала Европа в период раннего времени своей цивилизации, и благодаря этому достигается сочетание внешних структур со своим внутренним миром. Без «философии надежды» нет оптимизации надежности подготовки специалистов. В этом смысл приоритета гуманитарного аспекта образовательного пространства, преодоления и фрагментарности процесса реформирования, обучения и воспитания, охватившего создателей интеллект-продукта. Понять все приоритеты реформы образования могут не только авторитетные политики, положительный смысл появляется только тогда, когда в регионах отрасль возглавляют авторитетные носители патриотически профессионального направления. И находят общие действия с Министерством образования и науки, интеллект средой, студенчеством и тому подобное. Цивілізований дух свободи є властивість змісту філософем історії та реалії соціокультурних змін буття. Становлення дискурсивного простору толерантності встановлює сучасні значення і сенсу конкретного соціокультурного життя, коли культуру толерантності формувала Європа під час раннього часу своєї цивілізації, і завдяки цьому досягається поєднання зовнішніх структур зі своїм внутрішнім світом. Без «філософії надії» немає оптимізації надійності підготовки спеціалістів. В цьому зміст пріоритету гуманітарного аспекту освітнього простору, подолання і фрагментарності процесу реформування, навчання та виховання, що охопило творців інтелект-продукту. Зрозуміти всі пріоритети реформи освіти мають не тільки авторитетні політики. Позитивний сенс з'являється лише тоді, коли в регіонах галузь очолюють авторитетні носії патріотично-професійного напряму. І знаходять спільні дії із Міністерством освіти і науки, інтелект-середовищем, студентством тощо. Тільки через досягнення європейського рівня академічних свобод можна торкнутися «прагматики освітньої ноосфери», громада допоможе становленню реформаторів-чиновників, щоб вести діалог у тому значенні, яке це слово має як «тяжкий перехідний стан», після якого з'являється «громадянське прозріння», вміння знайти порозуміння з соціумом, попри войовниче невігластво радикалів зі Сходу чи Заходу.Відчуття майбутніх фахівців до виходу «кризового соціуму» із стану «перманентного бунту» народжується попри «гібридизацію гуманітарної ситуативності».

In the paper, the problem of armed aggression against Ukraine, openly launched in the Crimea and East of Ukraine in the Donetsk and Luhansk Regions (Oblasts) is deliberately ignored. The attention of the author of the paper is concentrated on the issues of Russian information aggression, which is an integral part of the newest type of modern wars, that is of the so-called hybrid war. Information warfare is always long-lasting and lasts throughout the whole period of unneighbourly coexistence. In the paper, the author, on the basis of dramatic examples, proves that the essence of the disagreements between Russia and Ukraine is not only in the intention of the Russian authorities to occupy the Ukrainian living space, which we refer to the material assets, but also in the aspiration to misappropriate many aspects of life that belong to the spiritual heritage of Ukrainians, such as the historical past. The paper shows Russia's aspiration to spread Russian influence on the spiritual life of Ukrainians and religious beliefs. The danger from the aspirations of Russian state leadership is actualized by a completely downright and unequivocal and somewhat veiled desire of Russians to change the collective mentality of Ukrainians. Such conclusions are the result of an analysis of more than three hundred-year-old relations between Russia and Ukraine, which testifies that the material wealth of Ukraine for Russia is not of prime importance. Russia needs a history of Ukraine and its industrious population, which Russia could not have succeeded to russify to the state that would enable to cover the aggression against Ukraine, with the «defense of Russian-speaking population». The concrete examples illustrate the essence of Russia humanitarian policy regarding the sovereignty of Ukraine. If to speak in general terms, it should be mentioned that among the objectives of the paper is the revealing of the information warfare technology in the war that Russia wages against Ukraine. Thus, on specific examples in the system of relations between Ukraine and Russia, the signs of Russia's information warfare against Ukraine are stated. In the proposed paper the author shows the evolution of the development of Ukrainian historical studies and traces the path of gradual achieving of world-level science by Ukrainian historians. In particular, the importance and influence of the historical school «New Historians» (it is also called the «Annales School») on the development of the Ukrainian historical science are emphasized. In the paper the author pays due attention to the role of historical memory and its influence on the formation of the collective mentality of the nation. The paper reflects the importance of historical memory knowledge and the ability to interpret it tactfully, without causing distress while touching «memory wounds», which can, with a thoughtless and inept interpretation, undermine the processes of establishing interethnic understanding and mutual forgiveness. The paper for the first time describes the multi-vector destructive technology of the influence on the collective psyche of Ukrainian society by means of the so-called system of «defendants». Thanks to the implementation of this system, the communist and Russian invaders quickly managed to suppress the rebel movement. At the same time, the Russians destroyed the traditions of peasant solidarity, village close relations, relations between godparents and the like. Instead, snitching was cultivated, and the fear to fall under suspicion of disloyalty to the policy of Russian-communist government influenced the people's psyche. The extreme harm to the collective mentality of Ukrainians was caused by the policy of persecuting people who were friends or simply acquaintances of those who were repressed or were the relatives of the «declassed element». While concluding, the author quotes Larysa Nagorna: «The policy of memory is the process of building up the images of the past compatible with the mood of the epoch (and certain political forces). Just in this information and symbolic sphere, the «battle for the past» takes place with the sharp collision of interests of various social strata and political players. Since in a certain way modelled past is a valuable symbolic resource and has its own mobilization potential, its interpretations in the polarized societies gain the power of ideological weapons». ; Автор концентрує увагу на тому, що Україна на даний час знаходиться у стані гібридної війни. Оскільки складовою гібридної агресії є агресія інформаційна, то цьому аспекту російсько-українського протистояння приділена особлива увага. У статті сказано про ступінь наукового розпрацювання теми української ментальності. Подаються назви опублікованих праць, які з'явились серед українських наукових і депонованих видань. На конкретному прикладі автор дослідив особливості технологій, які застосовує Росія для просування інформаційної агресії проти України. Автор звертає увагу на те, що українські історики розцінюють історичну пам'ять як інформаційну зброю довготривалої та сповільненої дії.

Hoy son los tiempos de la preocupaci?n del futuro, venimos sintiendo y se nos viene insistiendo en que cada vez m?s se nos cierra las posibilidades de sobrevivencia, estamos en tiempo de crisis, no una crisis parcial, es decir, en un campo espec?fico del acontecer humano, sino una crisis sist?mica, en todos los campos a los que pertenece y en los que act?an los seres humanos, lo social, lo econ?mico, lo pol?tico, lo educativo, lo religioso, lo jur?dico, entre otros, entendidos todos como constitutivos de los ambiental. Todos estos, seg?n la Pol?tica Nacional de Educaci?n Ambiental (pnea), como sistemas constitutivos de lo ambiental. Ahora bien, la concepci?n de crisis, a la par con la concepci?n de caos, no significa desesperanza, sino alternativas, posibilidades de reorganizaci?n, de entender que lo realizado hasta el momento requiere nuevas formas de ser abordado, de ser observado, de ser rechazado, bien lo plantean Gonz?lez y Toledo (2011) al manifestar que ?son tiempos de la preocupaci?n por el futuro, de la inseguridad provocada por una modernidad cada vez menos capaz de dotarnos de un provenir sin riesgos? (p. 13). Y es esto lo que quiz?s nos incita a pensar de forma permanente, y a crear y recrear las formas de dar repuesta al conjunto de problem?ticas que diariamente emergen en los diferentes contextos en los cuales intervienen los humanos. Lo anterior permite entrever que la posici?n que se asume parte de la necesidad de conocer la historia, para aprender de ella, para entender las formas en las cuales se desarrollan las din?micas y sus resultados. ; We are in a time of crisis, not a partial crisis, that is, in a specific field of human affairs, but a systemic crisis, in all the fields to which human beings belong and in which they act, social, economic, political, educational, religious, legal, among others, all of which are understood as constitutive of the environment. All of these, according to the National Environmental Education Policy (pnea), are constituent systems of the environment. Now, the concept of crisis, on a par with the concept of chaos, does not mean despair, but alternatives, possibilities of reorganisation, of understanding that what has been done so far requires new ways of being approached, of being observed, of being rejected, as Gonz?lez and Toledo (2011) state when they say that "these are times of concern for the future, of insecurity caused by a modernity that is less and less capable of providing us with a risk-free future" (p. 13). And it is this that perhaps incites us to think permanently, and to create and recreate ways of responding to the set of problems that emerge daily in the different contexts in which humans intervene. Science is constantly offering us new PRESENTATION This is because science is constantly offering us new information on the different and strong impacts of these interventions, which are generating imbalances on unimaginable scales that affect the entire environmental system. What is presented here, although it maintains a regional perspective, becomes an invitation for all those who are thinking about the environmental problem, and in this same sense environmental education, and who are carrying out interventions in different ways based on their own alternatives, to carry out a process of critical observation in which they can identify what the impacts of their proposals have been in the contexts in which they intervene. This is in order to re-create themselves and transcend towards other ways of configuring the intervention in such a way that conscious participation is the transversal axis of the intervention. This allows us to glimpse that the position assumed is based on the need to know history, to learn from it, to understand the ways in which the dynamics and their results are developed. ; Rionegro

It is notoriously difficult to localize short γ-ray bursts (sGRBs) and their hosts to measure their redshifts. These measurements, however, are critical for constraining the nature of sGRB progenitors, their redshift distribution, and the r-process element enrichment history of the universe. Here we present spectroscopy of the host galaxy of GRB 111117A and measure its redshift to be z = 2.211. This makes GRB 111117A the most distant high-confidence short duration GRB detected to date. Our spectroscopic redshift supersedes a lower, previously estimated photometric redshift value for this burst. We use the spectroscopic redshift, as well as new imaging data to constrain the nature of the host galaxy and the physical parameters of the GRB. The rest-frame X-ray derived hydrogen column density, for example, is the highest compared to a complete sample of sGRBs and seems to follow the evolution with redshift as traced by the hosts of long GRBs. From the detection of Lyα emission in the spectrum, we are able to constrain the escape fraction of Lyα in the host. The host lies in the brighter end of the expected sGRB host brightness distribution at z = 2.211, and is actively forming stars. Using the observed sGRB host luminosity distribution, we find that between 43% and 71% of all Swift-detected sGRBs have hosts that are too faint at z ∼ 2 to allow for a secure redshift determination. This implies that the measured sGRB redshift distribution could be incomplete at high redshift. The high z of GRB 111117A is evidence against a lognormal delay-time model for sGRBs through the predicted redshift distribution of sGRBs, which is very sensitive to high-z sGRBs. From the age of the universe at the time of GRB explosion, an initial neutron star (NS) separation of a < 3.1 R is required in the case where the progenitor system is a circular pair of inspiralling NSs. The purpose of the article is theoretical analysis and generalization of the features of the management culture of Ancient China, which will contribute to the enrichment of the humanities science with new knowledge about the formation of a culture of governance at the stage of the birth of Eastern civilization. Methodology. The methodological basis of the study is the dialectical principle of cognition, systemic, civilization, sociocultural, activity, historical approaches, major provisions of the theory and history of society, its culture and management. The general scientific and interdisciplinary methods of research are used: analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, comparison, generalization, formalization. The scientific novelty of the results is to identify and generalize the features of the management culture in ancient China. Conclusions. The main achievement of the management culture in this country is the creation of a harmoniously balanced structure of power and management, based on the sacred explanation of the world picture about the alternation of the polar forces "Yin" and "Yang", whose balance and harmony allow maintaining stability and order in society. The main concepts that have been formed in ancient China and have significantly influenced the further development of Chinese theory, culture and art of management are Confucianism, Moiseism, Legislation, and Tao-ism. Confucianism treats governance through the prism of a family, where relations between rulers and subjects are presented as a family, and management is carried out by noblemen with the help of moral norms of conduct and rituals, and not strict laws. Moise focuses on the paramilitary organization of society, which involves rigor, clarity, diligence on the basis of global coercion, condemnation of aristocracy, the use of not only customs but laws in the name of justice. The legislation offers the concept of a police department based on a system of very rigid laws and harsh punishments. Establishing Taoism in management is a refrain from current actions that go against self-development. ; Цель работы – теоретический анализ и обобщение особенностей культуры менеджмента Древнего Китая. Методологической основой исследования является диалектический принцип познания, системный, цивилизационный, социокультурный, деятельностный, исторический подходы, фундаментальные положения теории истории общества, его культуры и управления. Использованы общенаучные и междисциплинарные методы исследования: анализ и синтез, индукция и дедукция, сравнение, обобщение, формализация. Научная новизна исследования заключается в выявлении и обобщении особенностей культуры менеджмента в Древнем Китае. Выводы. Основным достижением культуры менеджмента в этой стране является создание гармонично сбалансированной структуры власти и управления, основанной на сакральном объяснении картины мира о чередовании полярных сил "Инь" и "Ян", баланс и гармония которых позволяют поддерживать равновесие и упорядоченность в обществе. Главными концепциями, которые были сформированы в Древнем Китае и оказали большое влияние на дальнейшее развитие китайской теории, культуры и искусства менеджмента, является конфуцианство, моизм, легизм и даосизм. Конфуцианство трактует управление через призму семьи, где отношения правящих и подданных представлены как семейные, а управление осуществляется благородными мужами с помощью нравственных норм поведения и ритуалов, а не жестких законов. Моизм ориентирует на военизированную организацию общества, предполагает строгость, четкость, исполнительность на основе глобального принуждения, осуждение аристократизма, использование не только обычаев, но и законов во имя справедливости. Легизм предлагает концепцию полицейского управления, основанного на системе очень жестких законов и суровых наказаний. Установкой даосизма в управлении является воздержание от активных действий, которые идут вразрез с саморазвитием ; Мета роботи – теоретичний аналіз і узагальнення особливостей культури менеджменту Стародавнього Китаю. Основним здобутком культури менеджменту в цій країні є створення гармонійно збалансованої структури влади й управ-ління, що базується на сакральному поясненні картини світу через чергування полярних сил "Інь" і "Ян", баланс і гармонія яких дозволяють підтримувати рівновагу і впорядкованість в суспільстві. Головними концепціями, що були сформовані в Стародавньому Китаї і вплинули на подальший розвиток китайської теорії, культури та мистецтва менеджменту, є конфуціанство, моїзм, легізм і даосизм. Конфуціанство трактує управління крізь призму сім'ї, де відносини правлячих і підданих представлені як сімейні, а управління здійснюється благород-ними мужами за допомогою моральних норм поведінки та ритуалів, а не жорстких законів. Моїзм орієнтує на воєнізовану організацію суспільства, що передбачає строгість, чіткість, старанність на основі глобального примусу, засудження аристократизму, використання не тільки звичаїв, а й законів в ім'я справедливості. Легізм пропонує концепцію поліцейського управління, заснованого на системі дуже жорстких законів і суворих пока-рань. Установкою даосизму в управлінні є утримання від активних дій, які йдуть врозріз із саморозвитком.

Початок другої половини ХХ століття, примножений складнощами повоєнної ситуації, був означений тотальним ідеологічним диктатом, що заганяв у визначені рамки стереотипів художню творчість, а нетривала в часі «відлига», хоч і відкривала шлях до усвідомлення та розуміння нових культуротворчих парадигм, все ж не стала часом суттєвих змін в ідеології соцреалізму. Художня кераміка була такою галуззю творчості, яка поєднувала в собі традиції і найновіші технологічні досягнення. 1940–1960-ті роки ХХ століття були часом, коли стрімко змінювалася політична і соціокультурна ситуація. Розгляд даних питань через призму стану художньої кераміки стає актуальним і своєчасним, оскільки творчі пошуки та експерименти у царині виробництва керамічних, фарфорових та фаянсових творів вимальовують картину розвитку тогочасного декоративно-ужиткового мистецтва зокрема та загального художнього поля країни взагалі ; The beginning of the second half of the twentieth century, multiplied by the complexities of the post-war situation, was marked by a total ideological dictatorship that drove artistic creativity into certain stereotypes. Art ceramics was that area of creativity that combined traditions and latest technological achievements. 40–60 years of the twentieth century — were a time when the political and socio-cultural situation was rapidly changing. Consideration of these issues through the prism of the state of art ceramics becomes relevant and timely, as creative searches and experiments in the production of ceramic, porcelain and faience works depict the development of the then decorative and applied arts.The development of art pottery in Ukraine in the 40–60 years of the twentieth century depended on the general historical conditions that make up the newest history of Ukraine. This development reflects the general socio-political processes that determined the historical path of the state. In this context, there are several clearly identified, unequal in time periods. There are several parallels, where there are traditions of folk and professional ceramics of the period understudy. For 40–60 years in the practice of the development of the art of ceramics, demonstrative changes took place that affected both theoretical concepts and the search for formal expression of certain conceptual ideas. Ambiguous was their reflection in the ceramic life, where the original pottery traditions and the work of professional ceramic artists, who worked in the system of factory ceramic production, were organically intertwined. These changes corresponded to the activation of the crisis phenomena of the ideological, economic, socio-cultural, ecological, demographic character of the second half of the twentieth century. Since the late 1940s, there has been a process of active borrowing by the professional artists of the traditions of folk pottery. Since the mid-1950s, since then, graduates of LIDPM (Lviv Institute of Decorative and Applied Arts) have come to the ceramic enterprises, the range of forms and their ornaments has significantly expanded."Eternal" utilitarian ceramics becomes extremely diverse and popular. Ukrainian artists worked in line with contemporary creative tasks, demonstrating their works at republican and all-union art exhibitions alongside works made in painting, sculpture, and graphics. ; Начало второй половины ХХ века, отягощенное сложностями послевоенной ситуации, характеризовалось тотальным идеологическим диктатом, который загонял художественное творчество в рамки определенных стереотипов. Художественная керамика была той областью творчества, которая сочетала в себе традиции и новейшие технологические достижения. 40–60-е годы ХХ века были временем, когда стремительно менялась политическая и социокультурная ситуация. Рассмотрение данных вопросов через призму состояния художественной керамики становится актуальным и своевременным, поскольку творческие поиски и эксперименты в области производства керамических, фарфоровых и фаянсовых изделий рисуют картину развития тогдашнего декоративно-прикладного искусства.Развитие художественной керамики Украины в 40–60-е годы ХХ века зависело от общих исторических условий, определяющих новейшую историю Украины. Оно отразило и общие общественнополитические процессы, определявшие исторический путь государства. В этом контексте существует несколько четко выделенных, не равных по временной продолжительности, периодов. Существует несколько параллелей, где встречаются традиции народной и профессиональной керамики исследуемого периода. На протяжении 1940–1960-х годов в практике развития искусства керамики произошли показательные изменения, которые повлияли как на теоретические концепции, так и на поиски формального выражения определенных концептуальных идей. Неоднозначным оказалось их отражение в керамической жизни, где органическим образом сплелись исконные гончарные традиции и творчество профессиональных художников-керамистов, которые работали в системе заводского керамического производства. Эти изменения соответствовали активизации кризисных явлений идеологического, экономического, социально-культурного, экологического и демографического характера второй половины ХХ века.С конца 1940-х годов наблюдается процесс активного заимствования профессиональными художниками традиций народного гончарства. С середины 1950-х годов, когда на керамические предприятия пришли выпускники ЛИДПМ (Львовского института декоративно прикладного искусства), ассортимент форм и орнаментов значительно расширился. «Вечная» утилитарная керамика становится чрезвычайно разнообразной и популярной. Украинские художники работали в русле современных творческих задач, демонстрируя свои произведения на республиканских и всесоюзных художественных выставках рядом с произведениями живописи, скульптуры, графики.

The article is devoted to the study of the factors of the legitimacy of power in the Ancient World. Legitimacy is "the Sword of Damocles" of the era of antiquity; the doubts of citizens about the legitimacy of power is a direct way to its loss. That is why the rationale for the authority of power and the right to power become one of the central one for ancient philosophy and politics.The factors of the legitimacy of the power of the monarchy (religion, traditional domination), aristocracy (noble origin, military victories), tyranny (charismatic legitimacy of personal power), demos (collective legitimacy, rationalism) are singled out. "Ostracism" as an obvious result of the process of delegitimization of power is interpreted. The peculiarities of Pericles' reforms, which are based on rational organization of power, introduction of payment for work for the sake of public benefit ("mystophoria"), democracy, are noted.In the era of antiquity, firstly, in the political world history the need for power to be recognized, supported and legitimated was clearly articulated. Economic well-being, political stability and security of policies depended on the level of legitimacy of power. In the era of antiquity, the "Sword of Damocles" of needs for recognition and support hung over power, from this time onwards – forever. However, the authorities can choose what will be the basis of legitimate governance, what factors will determine the fate of power.The era of the early Archaic in Athens was characterized by the decisive influence of the aristocracy, whose power was based on wealth and economic strength. In addition, an important source of legitimacy of the aristocracy was religion.The citizens of the Athenian Police not only realized that they were the source of power, but also sought a foundation of power that would ensure its legitimacy. The abandonment of violence was the main aspect in this search for legitimacy.Solon, using his own authority, received extraordinary powers, i.e., he legitimized his own power both among the aristocracy and for the demos. One of the most important lessons of Solon's reforms for the legitimacy of the era of antiquity is that the authority of a centrist, who, as an archon, carried out reforms, lasted only for a year. The innovations, introduced by Solon, remained valid in Athens over the next dec- ades; instead, the problem of the legitimacy of the aristocracy's power was not solved.The archaic stage was characterized by the rule of the kings (basileans), whose legitimacy relied on royal origin and found its basis in traditional domination, religion, military valour and victories in the Panhelenic games. A very important, even decisive component of legitimacy was the identity of the Greeks as free citizens as opposed to the Persians who worshiped the king as God and their "hospitality", which became the foundation of cosmopolitan legitimacy.The classic stage of the development of the Athenian policy is the domination of the aristocracy, which from time to time gave power to tyrants. The governance of the latter represented a reliance on the charismatic type of legitimacy. They relied on their own authority, and their descendants could not сlaim to power. The tyrants, as charismatic leaders, introduced reforms, and most importantly, they actively fought against the aristocracy (the descendents of which, in fact, they were), considered the aristocracy as rivals in the struggle for power, and thus prepared the ground for strengthening the power of the demos.The democratic stage, which began with the reforms of Kimon and reached its peak during the reign of the "first citizen" Pericles, can be called a period of domination of a rational-legal type of legitimacy. After all, Pericles himself was a "great rationalist"; his power was based neither on tribal relations, nor on religion and tradition.This list is not exhaustive, but it allows us to see that in the era of ancient Greece, the boundary principles and fundamental ideas about the phenomenon of the legitimacy of power were formed. Its role in the political life of the policy was determined. All the risks, disadvantages and dangers of each type of legitimacy also appeared in the policy. In the end, the Athenians themselves developed and implemented the extreme form of delegitimization of the political leader – ostracism. ; Статтю присвячено дослідженню чинників легітимності влади у Стародавньому світі. Легітимність – це «Дамоклів меч» влади епохи Античності. Сумніви громадян щодо легітимності влади спричиняють її втрату. Обґрунтування авторитету влади, права на владу та чинників її визнання стає однією з центральних проблем для античної філософії та політики. Виокремлено чинники легітимності влади монархії (релігія, традиційне панування), аристократії (знатне походження, військові перемоги), тиранії (харизматична легітимність особистісної влади), демосу (колективна легітимність, раціоналізм). Інтерпретовано «остракізм» як наочний результат процесу делегітимації влади. Відзначено особливості реформ Перикла, в основі яких раціональна організація влади, введення оплати за працю задля суспільної користі («містофорія»), демократія.

[ABSTRACT]. The year 2018 is an opportune time to explore health system reforms and primary health care (PHC) in Brazil, given the anniversaries of the Alma-Ata Declaration (40 years) and of the Constitution of Brazil (30 years), the basis of the Unified Health System (SUS). In this context, health system analysis in the municipal setting is an important instrument for acknowledging achievements and innovations, as well as weaknesses and threats. Due to the principle of decentralization of SUS, municipalities have assumed a leadership role in health policy development and implementation. The cities also come first in expressing the failures of the health system and the consequences of austerity measures. Thus, analysis of health system transformations at the municipal level are fundamental to studying PHC achievements and gaps. This report identifies the challenges and innovations of PHC implementation in Curitiba, beginning with a brief history of the city's health system development. The city was a pioneer in linking urban planning with health system design, improving access to health care, and obtaining better health outcomes over the past 30 years. This report covers those years, as well as the challenges and strategies implemented during the most recent political cycle (2013 – 2016). There are substantial lessons that can be garnered from the experience of this middle-income city in Latin America, lessons that may be useful as the region moves toward the Sustainable Development Goal of Universal Health Coverage by 2030. ; [RESUMEN]. El año 2018 es un momento oportuno para explorar las reformas del sistema de salud y la atención primaria de salud (APS) en Brasil, dados los aniversarios de la Declaración de Alma-Ata (40 años) y de la Constitución de Brasil (30 años), las bases del Sistema Único de Salud (SUS). En este contexto, el análisis del sistema de salud en el ámbito municipal es un instrumento importante para reconocer los logros e innovaciones, así como las debilidades y amenazas. Debido al principio de descentralización del SUS, los municipios han asumido un papel de liderazgo en el desarrollo y la implementación de políticas de salud. Las ciudades también son las primeras en expresar las deficiencias del sistema de salud y las consecuencias de las medidas de austeridad. Por lo tanto, el análisis de las transformaciones del sistema de salud a nivel municipal es fundamental para estudiar los logros y las brechas de la APS. Este informe identifica los desafíos y las innovaciones de la implementación de la APS en Curitiba, comenzando con una breve historia del desarrollo del sistema de salud de la ciudad. La ciudad fue pionera en vincular la planificación urbana con el diseño del sistema de salud, mejorar el acceso a la atención sanitaria y obtener mejores resultados de salud en los últimos 30 años. Este informe se enfoca en ese periodo, así como los desafíos y las estrategias implementados durante el ciclo político más reciente (2013-2016). Neste contexto, a análise do sistema de saúde no cenário municipal é um instrumento importante para reconhecer realizações e inovações, bem como fraquezas e ameaças. Devido ao princípio de descentralização do SUS, os municípios assumiram um papel de liderança no desenvolvimento e implementação de políticas de saúde. As cidades também são as primeiras a expressar os fracassos do sistema de saúde e as conseqüências das medidas de austeridade. Assim, a análise das transformações do sistema de saúde no nível municipal é fundamental para o estudo das conquistas e lacunas da APS. Este relatório identifica os desafios e inovações da implementação da APS em Curitiba, começando com uma breve história do desenvolvimento do sistema de saúde da cidade. A cidade foi pioneira em vincular o planejamento urbano com desenho dos sistemas de saúde, melhorando o acesso aos serviços de saúde e obtendo melhores resultados de saúde nos últimos 30 anos. Este relatório abrange esses anos, assim como os desafios e estratégias implementados durante o ciclo político mais recente (2013-2016). Há lições substanciais que podem ser extraídas da experiência desta cidade de renda média na América Latina, lições que podem ser úteis à medida que a região avança em direção ao Objetivo de Desenvolvimento Sustentável da cobertura universal de Saúde até 2030.

Raising of problem. The further use of territories of the historical-cultural purpose has a very important value and needs considerable attention at the change of their role. Therefore, the question about the increase of free land under appropriate construction at the expense of other categories of land such as especially valuable land arises.Analysis of the last researches and publications. When the lands on territories of the historical-cultural purpose are given up it is necessary to take into account the position of the "Land Code of Ukraine", the laws of Ukraine "Protection of Cultural Heritage", "Land Management", "The regulation of the City Building Documentation", the correspondence of the concords and evalnation to the existing legislation.Unsolved parts of general issue. The accordance to the legislation on example of the project of land allotment for permanent use to the Communal enterprise "Chernihivbudinvest" of Chernihiv town council (accordingly to the letter from 03.12.2015 after №01-04/814 in relation to a concord) for building of multistoried dwelling building with the objects of social purpose in Chernihiv at the Kniazia Chornoho Street, 4, at the expense of land of historical and cultural purpose, which was held mandatory State examination of land management documentation.Exposition of basic material. The procedure for the use of lands of historical and cultural purpose is determined in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine on culture and the protection of objects of cultural heritage and is related to the nature of the object under which the relevant land is located, the national or local status and a number of other factors .The Department of Architecture and Urban Development of Chernihiv City Council 07.07.2015 granted urban planning conditions and restrictions on the development of the land plot approved by the decision of the Executive Committee of the Chernihiv City Council, which provided for the construction of two residential buildings and underground parking in the immediate vicinity of Eletsy Uspensky monastery of the XII century which is the monument of history and architecture.Despite all objections of the public and the architectural and historical institutions of Chernihiv, the local prosecutor's office has recognized a legitimate construction permit at the Kniazia Chornoho Street, 4.Conclusions and suggestions. The use of territories of the historical-cultural purpose must take place in obedience to all requirements of legislation, Landed code of Ukraine, consent the envisage establishments and organizations. Further maintenance of architectonically-historical sights for descendants depends on careful attitude of citizens of Chernihiv toward further development of city territory. That is why a question of the use of territories of the historical-cultural purpose must constantly be under intent attention of public. ; Рассмотрены вопросы отвода земельных участков земель историческо-культурного назначения для строительства в городе Чернигове по адресу ул. Князя Чорного, 4. Приведено описание зон города и границ утверджденных зон, проанализировано проект отвода земельного участка. ; Постановка проблеми. Подальше використання територій історико-культурного призначення має дуже важливе значення та потребує значної уваги при зміні їх призначення. Тому постає питання збільшення вільних земель під відповідне будівництво за рахунок інших категорій земель – особливо цінних земель.Аналіз останніх досліджень та публікацій. При відведенні земельних ділянок на територіях історико-культурного призначення потрібно враховувати положення Земельного кодексу України, законів України «Про охорону культурної спадщини», «Про землеустрій», «Про регулювання містобудівної документації» та відповідність погоджень та експертиз існуючому законодавству.Невирішені частини загальної проблеми. Відповідність законодавству розглянута на прикладі проекту відведення земельної ділянки в постійне користування Комунальному підприємству "Чернігівбудінвест" Чернігівської міської ради (відповідно листа від 03.12.2015 року за №01-04/814 щодо згоди) для будівництва багатоповерхового житлового будинку з об'єктами соціального призначення в м. Чернігові, по вул. Князя Чорного 4-а за рахунок земель історико-культурного призначення, який проходив обов'язкову Державну експертизу землевпорядної документації.Виклад основного матеріалу. Порядок використання земель історико-культурного призначення визначається відповідно до законодавства України про культуру та про охорону об'єктів культурної спадщини і пов'язаний з характером об'єкта, під яким знаходиться відповідна земельна ділянка, загальнодержавним (національним) чи місцевим статусом і низкою інших факторів.Управлінням архітектури та містобудування Чернігівської міської ради 07.07.2015 надано містобудівні умови та обмеження забудови земельної ділянки, затверджені рішенням виконкому Чернігівської міськради, якими передбачалося будівництво двох житлових будинків та підземного паркінгу в безпосередній близькості до пам'ятки історії та архітектури - Єлецького Успенського монастиря ХІІ століття.Не зважаючи на всі заперечення громадськості та архітектурно-історичних установ м.Чернігова, місцева прокуратура визнала законним дозвіл на будівництво за адресою вул. Князя Чорного 4.Висновки і пропозиції. Використання територій історико-культурного призначення повинно відбуватися згідно усіх вимог законодавства, Земельного кодексу України, погоджуватись передбаченими установами та організаціями.Подальше збереження архітектурно-історичних пам'яток для нащадків залежить від дбайливого відношення громадян Чернігова до подальшої розбудови території міста, тому питання використання територій історико-культурного призначення повинно постійно знаходитись під пильною увагою громадськості.

The purpose of the research is to analyze the peculiarities of humanistic mentality of the Northern Renaissance. The authors suggest a modern consideration of the formation of the humanistic mentality in Europe of the XVI century, analyzing treatise by Thomas More 'The Utopia". The article presents the characteristics of the country Utopia, as an original form of the society, where the main factor is the understanding of social and spiritual ideal. In thiscontext there presented a figure of Thomas More as a first humanist of the period of the North Renaissance. The methodology of the research lies in usage of historical, cultural, systematic, bibliographical, cultural and theoretical and generalizing methods. Mentioned above methods allow to present the dynamics of cultural and historical process ofdevelopment of the Northern Renaissance, systematizing separate culture events in England of the XVI century, to analyze vital and creative way by Thomas More in the context of this epoch, to comprehend the dynamics of general cultural process in Europe of the XVI century and to resume the research. Scientific novelty is caused by wide usage ofthe biographical method, based on which the analysis of the ideals "The Utopia" and the life of Thomas More are united. Personal life of Thomas More and his behavior before the death turned out to be a certain embodiment of the humanistic moral ideal, realization of the conception of dignity and studies about person's freedom. Conclusions. Having analyzed'The Utopia' there becomes evident its inclination to the basis of the Renaissance humanism. It synthesizes everything that humanistic thought achieved, including new impulses for the development of society conscience of the epoch. In the form of Utopian statehood there worked out economic, political, moral and juridical structure that corresponded to theconcept of man, formed in the Renaissance culture. In fact, the way of Utopian life, where there were canceled private property, money usage, inherited privileges, became a certain culmination of humanistic conception about organization of society that raises educated and honest people. Namely, humanists infinitely ardent in learning sciences and arts and upbringing of civility, were meant to play the first role in the state, based on the principals of unity, without overburdening with the dependence from the benevolence and fancies of richness and gentility. Though future history of the development of world civilization did not formulate "ideal society" in practice, "The Utopia" by T. More became an attemptof the answer of humanistic thought to the tragic contradiction of the epoch with ideal of the classless society organization with dominating philosophical, ethic, social and political ideals of humanism. Forming and maintaining them, Thomas More relied on the principals of the worldview, gained by the development of the culture of Renaissance epoch. ; Мета роботи – дослідити особливості гуманістичного світосприйняття Північного Ренесансу. Автори пропонують сучасний погляд на становлення гуманістичного світосприйняття у Європі XVI ст., аналізуючи трактат Томаса Мора – "Утопія". У статті здійснюється характеристика країни Утопії як своєрідної форми суспільства, деважливим є фактор осмислення соціального і духовного ідеалу. У цьому контексті представлена і постать Томаса Мора – як першого гуманіста доби Північного Ренесансу. Методологія дослідження полягає в застосуванні історико-культурного, систематизаційного, біографічного, культурологічного та теоретично узагальнюючого методів. Зазначені методи дозволяють розкрити динаміку культурно-історичних процесів розвитку Північного Ренесансу, систематизувати окремі явища культури Англії XVI ст., дослідити життєвий та творчий шлях Томаса Мора в контексті зазначеної епохи,осмислити динаміку загальнокультурних процесів у Європі XVI ст. Наукова новизна роботи обумовлена широким використанням біографічного методу, спираючись на який, поєднується аналіз ідеалів "Утопії" з долею Томаса Мора. Власне життя Т. Мора та його поведінка перед смертю явилися своєрідним втіленням гуманістичного морального ідеалу, здійсненням концепції гідності людини і вчення про людську свободу. Висновки. Проаналізувавши "Утопію", очевидною стає її прихильність до засад ренесансного гуманізму. В ній синтезоване усе те, до чого дійшла гуманістична думка, нада-ючи нові імпульси для розвитку суспільної свідомості епохи. В формах утопічної державності розроблена економіко-політична і морально-правова структура, що відповідала уявленню про людину, яке склалося в культурі Відродження.Власне, спосіб утопійського гуртожитку, де скасовані приватна власність, грошовий обіг, привілеї, отримувані за походженням, став своєрідною кульмінацією гуманістичних уявлень про устрій, що підносить людей освічених та доброчесних.Саме гуманісти, безмежно ревні у вивченні наук і мистецтв та у вихованні ґречності, покликані були посісти головне місце в державі, заснованій на засадах спільності, не обтяжуючись залежністю від благовоління і примх багатства і знатності.Хоча майбутня історія розвитку світової цивілізацій не сформувала на практиці "ідеального суспільства", "Утопія" Т. Мора стала спробою відповіді гуманістичної думки на трагічні протиріччя епохи, з ідеалом безкласового суспільного устрою, здомінуючими у ньому філософськими, етичними, соціально-політичними ідеями гуманізму. Створюючи й відстоюючи їх, Т. Мор спирався на принципи світогляду, напрацьовані розвитком культури епохи Ренесансу.
