Background. Today, allergic respiratory diseases in children, including asthma and allergic rhinitis, are a relevant medical and social problem associated with a high risk of disability, a significant reduction in the quality of life of patients and their families, and a significant financial burden on patients and the government. Bronchial asthma and allergic rhinitis often coexist, complicating the course of each other. Children with respiratory allergic diseases are particularly vulnerable to acute respiratory infections. Respiratory viruses, in turn, play an important role in the pathogenesis of bronchial asthma and allergic rhinitis, contributing to the development of diseases and acting as triggers for their exa­cerbations. One of the possible causes of predisposition to frequent acute respiratory infections in children with allergic pathology of the respiratory system may be a lack of nonspecific factors of mucosal immunity of the respiratory tract — endogenous cationic amphiphilic antimicrobial peptides, in particular, cathelicidin and human defensin. According to many studies, these antimicrobial peptides have antiviral, antimicrobial and immunomodulatory effects. However, nowadays there is insufficient data on the state of production of antimicrobial peptides and their impact on respiratory morbidity in children with allergic diseases. At the same time, some literature sources describe the positive effect of individual probiotic strains, in particular Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG, on the overall resistance to respiratory viral infection and the prevention of atopic diseases. The purpose of our research was to study the concentrations of antimicrobial peptides (HbD-2 and LL-37) in the secretion of the mucous membranes of the upper respiratory tract in children with bronchial asthma and allergic rhinitis, to clarify their role in protection against respiratory viral infection and to estimate the effectiveness of a probiotic preparation containing Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG in the prevention of acute respiratory infections and reduction of the frequency of virus-induced exacerbations of allergic pathology. Materials and methods. We conducted a clinical and laboratory examination of 76 children aged 7 to 17 years, 24 of whom were diagnosed with allergic rhinitis, 28 children — bronchial asthma, and 24 — bronchial asthma and allergic rhinitis. The control group consisted of 20 clinically healthy children of matched age and sex. Research methods also included the analysis of respiratory disease patterns, determination of concentrations of antimicrobial peptides: cathelicidin (LL-37), human β-defensin 2 (HbD-2) in the secretion of the upper respiratory tract by ELISA, and statistical analysis. Results. It was found that children with allergic diseases of the respiratory tract are characterized by a higher frequency of acute respiratory infections (30 %) with more frequent involvement of the lower respiratory tract in the inflammatory process (72 %), which causes a longer duration of disease (95 %) compared to healthy children. The children with allergic rhinitis and bronchial asthma had a significant decrease in the concentrations of antimicrobial peptides in the secretion of the upper respiratory tract compared with the control group. It was found that the level of antimicrobial peptide concentrations in the secretion of the upper respiratory tract is most negatively affected by the allergic inflammation severity, accompanied by a lack of symptom control, and the use of basic therapy and no symptoms have a positive effect. However, even in the presence of complete control of the symptoms of allergic diseases, the levels of antimicrobial peptides were significantly lower than in children of the control group. It was found that there is an inverse relationship between the levels of antimicrobial peptides and the frequency and duration of acute respiratory infections in children with allergic diseases, most pronounced in bronchial asthma. Conclusions. Taking a probiotic drug containing a strain of Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG for a month in addition to the basic therapy of allergic rhinitis and bronchial asthma contributed to a significant increase in levels of HbD-2 (average 27 %) and ­LL-37 (average 60 %) in secretions of the upper respiratory tract, which was accompanied by a decrease in the frequency of acute respiratory infections by an average of 26 % (including episodes involving the lower respiratory tract), a decrease in the average duration of acute respiratory infections by 22 % over the next year and a decrease in virus-induced exacerbations by 25.7 %. ; Актуальность. На сегодняшний день аллергические заболевания респираторного тракта, в частности бронхиальная астма и аллергический ринит, у детей являются актуальной медико-социальной проблемой, ассоциированной с высоким риском инвалидизации, существенным снижением качества жизни пациентов и их семей, а также значительной финансовой нагрузкой на пациентов и государство. Бронхиальная астма и аллергический ринит часто сосуществуют, обременяя течение друг друга. Дети, больные респираторными аллергическими заболеваниями, являются особенно уязвимыми к развитию острой респираторной вирусной инфекции (ОРВИ), а респираторные вирусы, в свою очередь, играют важную роль в патогенезе бронхиальной астмы и аллергического ринита, способствуя развитию заболеваний и выступая триггерами их обострений. Одной из возможных причин склонности к частым ОРВИ у детей с аллергической патологией дыхательной системы может быть недостаточность неспецифических факторов мукозального иммунитета респираторного тракта — эндогенных катионоактивных амфифильных антимикробных пептидов, в частности кателицидина (LL-37) и человеческих дефензинов. По данным ряда исследований, эти антимикробные пептиды проявляют противовирусное, антимикробное и иммуномодулирующее действие. При этом данных о состоянии продукции антимикробных пептидов и их влиянии на респираторную заболеваемость у детей с аллергическими заболеваниями в современной литературе недостаточно. В то же время в ряде литературных источников описано положительное влияние отдельных пробиотических штаммов, в частности Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG, на общую резистентность к респираторной вирусной инфекции и профилактику атопических заболеваний. Целью нашей работы стало изучение уровней антимикробных пептидов (человеческого β-дефензина 2 (HbD-2) и LL-37) в секрете слизистых оболочек верхних дыхательных путей у детей с бронхиальной астмой и аллергическим ринитом, выяснение их роли в защите от респираторной вирусной инфекции у данного контингента больных и оценка эффективности применения пробиотического препарата, содержащего Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG, с целью профилактики ОРВИ и снижения частоты вирус-индуцированных обострений аллергической патологии. Материалы и методы. Нами было проведено клинико-лабораторное обследование 76 детей в возрасте от 7 до 17 лет, из которых у 24 был диагностирован аллергический ринит, у 28 детей — бронхиальная астма, а у 24 — бронхиальная астма и аллергический ринит. Группу контроля составили 20 клинически здоровых детей соответствующего возраста и пола. Кроме общепринятых клинических, методы исследования включали анализ паттернов респираторной заболеваемости, определение уровней антимикробных пептидов LL-37, HbD-2 в секрете верхних дыхательных путей методами иммуноферментного и статистического анализа. Результаты. Установлено, что дети с аллергическими заболеваниями респираторного тракта характеризуются большей частотой ОРВИ (на 30 %) с более частым вовлечением в воспалительный процесс нижних дыхательных путей (на 72 %), что обусловливает более длительную продолжительность заболеваний (на 95 %) по сравнению со здоровыми детьми. У детей с аллергическим ринитом и бронхиальной астмой обнаружено существенное снижение уровней антимикробных пептидов в секрете верхних дыхательных путей по сравнению с группой контроля. На уровни антимикробных пептидов в секрете верхних дыхательных путей в наибольшей степени негативно влияет степень активности аллергического воспаления, сопровождающегося отсутствием контроля симптомов, а положительно — прием препаратов базисной терапии и отсутствие симптомов. Вместе с тем даже при наличии полного контроля симптомов аллергических заболеваний, то есть при минимальном уровне аллергического воспаления в дыхательных путях, уровни антимикробных пептидов были достоверно ниже, чем у детей контрольной группы. Установлено, что существует обратная связь между уровнями антимикробных пептидов и частотой и продолжительностью ОРВИ у детей с аллергическими заболеваниями, которая в наибольшей степени выражена при бронхиальной астме. Выводы. Прием пробиотического препарата, содержащего штамм Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG, в течение 1 месяца дополнительно к базисной терапии аллергического ринита и бронхиальной астмы способствовал достоверному повышению уровней HbD-2 (в среднем на 27 %) и LL-37 (в среднем на 60 %) в секрете верхних дыхательных путей, что сопровождалось снижением частоты ОРВИ в среднем на 26 % (в том числе и эпизодов с привлечением нижних дыхательных путей), уменьшением средней продолжительности ОРВИ на 22 % в течение следующего года и снижением вирус-индуцированных обострений на 25,7 %. ; Актуальність. На сьогодні алергічні захворювання респіраторного тракту, зокрема бронхіальна астма й алергічний риніт, у дітей є актуальною медико-соціальною проблемою, асоційованою з високим ризиком інвалідизації, суттєвим зниженням якості життя пацієнтів та їх сімей, а також значним фінансовим навантаженням на пацієнтів і державу. Бронхіальна астма й алергічний риніт часто співіснують, обтяжуючи перебіг одне одного. Діти, хворі на респіраторні алергічні захворювання, особливо вразливі до розвитку гострої респіраторної вірусної інфекції (ГРВІ), а респіраторні віруси, в свою чергу, відіграють важливу роль у патогенезі бронхіальної астми й алергічного риніту, сприяючи розвитку захворювань і виступаючи тригерами їх загострень. Однією з можливих причин схильності до частих ГРВІ у дітей з алергічною патологією респіраторної системи може бути недостатність неспецифічних факторів мукозального імунітету респіраторного тракту — ендогенних катіоноактивних амфіфільних антимікробних пептидів, зокрема кателіцидину (LL-37) та людських дефензинів. За даними низки досліджень, дані антимікробні пептиди проявляють противірусну, антимікробну та імуномодулюючу дію. При цьому даних щодо стану продукції антимікробних пептидів та їх впливу на респіраторну захворюваність у дітей з алергічними захворюваннями в сучасній літературі недостатньо. В той же час в низці літературних джерел описано позитивний вплив окремих пробіотичних штамів, зокрема Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG, на загальну резистентність до респіраторної вірусної інфекції та профілактику атопічних захворювань. Метою нашої роботи стало вивчення рівнів антимікробних пептидів (людського β-дефензину 2 (HbD-2) та LL-37) у секреті слизових оболонок верхніх дихальних шляхів у дітей з бронхіальною астмою й алергічним ринітом, з'ясування їх ролі у захисті від респіраторної вірусної інфекції у даного контингенту хворих та оцінка ефективності застосування пробіотичного препарату, що містить Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG, з метою профілактики ГРВІ та зниження частоти вірус-індукованих загострень алергічної патології. Матеріали та методи. Нами було проведено клініко-лабораторне обстеження 76 дітей віком від 7 до 17 років, з яких у 24 був діагностований алергічний риніт, у 28 дітей — бронхіальна астма, а у 24 — бронхіальна астма й алергічний риніт. Групу контролю становили 20 клінічно здорових дітей відповідного віку та статі. Окрім загальноклінічних, методи дослідження включали аналіз патернів респіраторної захворюваності, визначення рівнів антимікробних пептидів LL-37, HbD-2 у секреті верхніх дихальних шляхів методами імуноферментного та статистичного аналізу. Результати. Встановлено, що діти з алергічними захворюваннями респіраторного тракту характеризуються більшою частотою ГРВІ (на 30 %) з більш частим залученням у запальний процес нижніх дихальних шляхів (на 72 %), що обумовлює більшу тривалість захворювань (на 95 %) порівняно із здоровими дітьми. У дітей з алергічним ринітом і бронхіальною астмою виявлено суттєве зниження рівнів антимікробних пептидів у секреті верхніх дихальних шляхів порівняно з групою контролю. На рівні антимікробних пептидів у секреті верхніх дихальних шляхів найбільшою мірою негативно впливає ступінь активності алергічного запалення, що супроводжується відсутністю контролю симптомів, а позитивно — прийом препаратів базисної терапії та відсутність симптомів. Разом з тим навіть за наявності повного контролю симптомів алергічних захворювань, тобто при мінімальному рівні алергічного запалення в дихальних шляхах, рівні антимікробних пептидів були вірогідно нижчими, ніж у дітей контрольної групи. Встановлено, що існує зворотний зв'язок між рівнями антимікробних пептидів і частотою та тривалістю ГРВІ у дітей з алергічними захворюваннями, найбільш виражений при бронхіальній астмі. Висновки. Прийом пробіотичного препарату, що містить штам Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG, протягом 1 місяця додатково до базисної терапії алергічного риніту та бронхіальної астми сприяв вірогідному підвищенню рівнів HbD-2 (в середньому на 27 %) та LL-37 (в середньому на 60 %) у секреті верхніх дихальних шляхів, що супроводжувалось зниженням частоти ГРВІ в середньому на 26 % (в тому числі й епізодів із залученням нижніх дихальних шляхів), зменшенням середньої тривалості ГРВІ на 22 % протягом наступного року та зниженням вірус-індукованих загострень на 25,7 %.

The article covers development aspects of the institution of judicial defense of human rights at labour. The analysis of the labour rights defense condition in Soviet Ukraine from adopting the Constitution of the Ukrainian Soviet Socialist Republic of 1937 and throughout the Second World War is carried out. In the late 30s of the XX century, Ukraine started losing its sovereignty and independence which was a natural consequence of the conducted change in republic constitutional and legal status. This follows from the content of constitutional regulations of various years. Thus, if amendments to the Constitution of the Ukrainian Socialist Soviet Republic adopted in 1925 are taken into account, it was enshrined that the Ukrainian Socialist Soviet Republic was the part of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics as "an independent republic", thereafter, in the Constitution of the Ukrainian Soviet Socialist Republic of 1929 it was registered as "an independent contracting state", and there was no union state creation was mentioned. Nevertheless, in the Constitution of 1937 (the name of the Ukrainian Socialist Soviet Republic was changed to the Ukrainian SovietSocialist Republic (UkrSSR) at the XIV Emergency Congress of Soviets in January 1937), these regulations are absent. There is only one record about joining the republics into one union state. Instead of the Congresses of Soviets, Central Election Commission of the UkrSSR and their Executive Committees, the Constitution of the UkrSSR of 1937 determined the Supreme Soviet of the UkrSSR as the republic highest body of state power. The Supreme Soviet of the USSR elected the Executive Committee - a collegial permanent power agency in the periods between the sessions of the Supreme Soviet. Incrementally, the governance of all-union governing bodies by republican economic facilities went to the foreground in Ukraine, the action of all-union laws above the republican laws was the priority - both in the form of copying the content of all-union legislative acts and adopting union regulatory acts as acts with direct effect. Such downward trends also concerned the field of labour law. Theoretically, the adaptation of the Constitution of the UkrSSRof1937 had to be an important step in the way of establishing progressive principles in labour law and consolidating the new approaches to improve the defense of workers' rights; however, the democratic principles and regulations of the Constitution remained declarative. The Constitution declared the right of everyone to work (the regulations on universal labour duty were absent), though the right to work declared by the Constitution of the UkrSSR was actually an obligation to work and, other regulatory acts assigned workers to the enterprises, institutions. It was forbidden to move in order to earn money for the living and so on. In the late 30s - early 40s of the previous century, the initial basis of forced labour was introduced in all union states (including, the UkrSSR) to increase production output in all fields of national economy and to improve productivity. Particularly, people who did not work without valid excuse (so-called parasites, freeloaders, loafers) were brought to executive or criminal responsibilities. There was tougher penalty for violation of labour discipline, for producing items with defects, for non-observance of health and safety rules. During the Second World War, there was a significant deterioration in labour conditions, a decline in workers' rights and guarantees. In general, there was no possibility to defend their labour rights, rather labour law referred to defend workers' rights gained certain regressive features. Such deviation from the general foundations and principles of labour law was attributed to the fact that an essential part of the working population (mostly males) joined the armed forces. In order to provide the defense significance and farming enterprises (collective farms, state farms) with workforce, it was necessary to change the state policy in regulating the labour, since the Code of Labour Laws of 1922-1924, the content of which provided the foundations of voluntary work, acted on the territory of the USSR, the Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic (RSFSR) and other union republics. Labour laws foresaw labour duty only if it was necessary to combat natural disasters and to fulfil the most important state issues, but only on certain regulations of the People's Commissar Soviets. Such democratic principles were unable to ensure proper functioning of defense industry, the completion of defense and construction works, the fuel storage, the uninterrupted functioning of transport and so on. To ensure the fulfilment of the mentioned issues, the Soviet government adopted a certain number of Decrees of the Executive Committee of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR and Regulations of thePeople's Commissar Soviets of the USSR, according to which the entire state switched to the state of martial law and particularly destroyed all previously gained democratic achievements in labour law. This period is characterized by the labour militarization, mobilization of the working population, the involvement of adolescents from the age of 14 into work, the increase in working hours, the annulment of holidays and the introduction of overtime work. The uniqueness of this phenomenon in terms of research in the domain of judicial defense of population's labour rights in Ukraine lies in the fact that generally such regressive trends did not take place on the territory of the UkrSSR itself, but on the territory of the RSFSR where Ukrainian enterprises were evacuated together with their workers and families due to the temporary occupation of the Ukrainian territory by the Nazi army. Also, the legislative and executive power agencies of the Ukrainian Republic carried out their activities (they were evacuated to Saratov and later located in Ufa and Moscow) on the territory of the RSFSR during the period from August 1941 to February 1943. During war, the labour laws of union republics actually did not function, it followed the law principles and regulations of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics which, therefore, was intended not to ensure and defend the workers' rights and guarantees, but to introduce such methods and actions in work organization which in the shortest period could provide defense industry improvement and military production output in such capacities that it was possible to beat the Nazi invaders. ; Наукова стаття присвячена розкриттю аспектів розвитку інституту судового захисту прав людини у сфері праці. Здійснено аналіз стану захисту трудових прав в Радянській Україні з періоду прийняття Конституції УРСР 1937 р. та за часів Другої світової війни. Наприкінці 30-х рр. ХХ сторіччя Україна починає втрачати свою суверенність та незалежність, що є закономірним наслідком здійсненоїзміни конституційно-правового статусу республіки. Це вбачається зі змісту конституційних положень різних років. Так, якщо взяти до уваги зміст доповнень до Конституції УСРР, прийнятих у 1925 році, то можна побачити, що там було закріплено, що УСРР входить до складу СРСР як «незалежна республіка», згодом у Конституції УСРР 1929 р. зазначалася «суверенна договірна держава», а про створення союзної держави не йшлося. Проте в Конституції 1937 року (найменування УСРР було змінено на УРСР на Надзвичайному XIV з'їзді Рад в січні 1937 р.) ці положення відсутні, є лише запис про об'єднання республік у союзну державу. Конституція УРСР 1937 р. замість з'їздів Рад, ЦВК УРСР та їх Президій визначала найвищим органом державної влади республіки Верховну Раду УРСР. Верховна Рада УРСР обирала Президію -колегіальний постійно діючий орган влади у періоди між сесіями Верховної Ради. В Україні поступово на перший план виходило керування загальносоюзних органів управління республіканськими об'єктами господарства, пріоритетною ставала дія загальносоюзного законодавства над республіканським як у вигляді копіювання змісту загальносоюзних законодавчих актів, так і щодо застосування союзних нормативних актів як актів прямої дії. Такі негативні тенденції не оминули галузь трудового права. Теоретично прийняття у 1937 р. Конституції УРСР мало би бути важливим кроком на шляху встановлення прогресивних принципів трудового права та закріплення нових підходів до вдосконалення захисту прав працівників, проте демократичні засади й положення Конституції залишилися декларативними. Конституцією проголошувалося право кожного на працю (положення про загальну трудову повинність було відсутнє), але проголошене Конституцією УРСР право на працю фактично було обов'язком працювати, а іншими нормативним актами відбувалося закріплення працівників за підприємствами, установами, заборонялося виїжджати на заробітки тощо. Наприкінці30-х - початку 40-хрр. минулого століття у всій союзній державі (зокрема, в УРСР) задля збільшення випуску продукції у всіх галузях народного господарства та підвищення продуктивності вводилися початкові засади примусової праці. Зокрема, особи, які не працювали без поважних причин (так звані тунеядці, дармоїди, нероби), притягувалися до адміністративної або кримінальної відповідальності; було більш жорстке покарання за порушення трудової дисципліни, виробництво продукції з браком, недотримання правил техніки безпеки. У період Другої світової війни відбулося значне погіршення умов праці, падіння рівня прав та гарантій працівників, взагалі була відсутня можливість захисту їх трудових прав, тобто трудове право, покликане захищати права працівників, набуло певних регресивних ознак. Такий відступ від основних засад і принципів трудового права був обумовлений тим, що суттєва частина працездатного населення (переважно чоловічої статі) поповнила лави збройних сил. Задля забезпечення кадрами підприємств оборонного значення та сільгосппідприємств (колгоспів, радгоспів) слід було змінювати політику держави у сфері регулювання праці, оскільки на теренах УССР, РСФСР та інших союзних республік діяли Кодекси законів про працю 19221924 рр., за змістом яких передбачалися засади добровільної праці. Трудовим законодавством трудоваповинність була передбачена лише за необхідності боротьби зі стихійними лихами та для виконання найважливіших державних завдань, а також лише на підставі конкретних постанов Ради Народних Комісарів. Такі демократичні засади не в змозі були забезпечити безперервну роботу оборонної промисловості, проведення оборонних і будівельних робіт, заготівку палива, безперебійного функціонування транспорту тощо. Для забезпечення виконання цих завдань радянський уряд прийняв певну кількість Указів Президії Верховної Ради СРСР та Постанов РНК СРСР, за якими вся держава переходила на воєнний стан, фактично руйнувалися всі набуті раніше демократичні досягнення у сфері трудового права. Цей період характеризується мілітаризацією праці, мобілізацією працездатного населення, залученням до праці підлітків з 14 років, збільшенням тривалості робочого часу, скасуванням відпусток та введенням надурочних робіт. Унікальність цього явища щодо дослідження генези судового захисту трудових прав населення України полягає в тому, що такі регресивні тенденції переважно були не на території УРСР, а на території РСФСР, куди були евакуйовані українські підприємства разом зі своїми працівниками та їх родинами у зв'язку з тимчасовою окупацією німецько-фашистськими військами території України. Також на території РСФСР у період із серпня 1941 р. до лютого 1943 р. здійснювали свою діяльність законодавчі та виконавчі органи влади української республіки (вони були евакуйовані до Саратова, а пізніше перебували в Уфі та Москві). Під час війни трудове законодавство союзних республік фактично не діяло, було повністю підкорено принципам і положенням законодавства СРСР, як мало на меті не забезпечення та захист прав і гарантій працівників, а застосування таких методів і заходів в організації праці, які б у найко-ротші строки сприяли налагодженню оборонної промисловості та випуску воєнної продукції в таких обсягах, щоб можна було отримати перемогу над німецько-фашистськими загарбниками.

It was found that children with allergic diseases of the respiratory tract are characterized by a higher frequency of acute respiratory infections (30 %) with more frequent involvement of the lower respiratory tract in the inflammatory process (72 %), which causes a longer duration of disease (95 %) compared to healthy children. The children with allergic rhinitis and bronchial asthma had a significant decrease in the concentrations of antimicrobial peptides in the secretion of the upper respiratory tract compared with the control group. It was found that the level of antimicrobial peptide concentrations in the secretion of the upper respiratory tract is most negatively affected by the allergic inflammation severity, accompanied by a lack of symptom control, and the use of basic therapy and no symptoms have a positive effect. However, even in the presence of complete control of the symptoms of allergic diseases, the levels of antimicrobial peptides were significantly lower than in children of the control group. It was found that there is an inverse relationship between the levels of antimicrobial peptides and the frequency and duration of acute respiratory infections in children with allergic diseases, most pronounced in bronchial asthma. Conclusions. Taking a probiotic drug containing a strain of Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG for a month in addition to the basic therapy of allergic rhinitis and bronchial asthma contributed to a significant increase in levels of HbD-2 (average 27 %) and ­LL-37 (average 60 %) in secretions of the upper respiratory tract, which was accompanied by a decrease in the frequency of acute respiratory infections by an average of 26 % (including episodes involving the lower respiratory tract), a decrease in the average duration of acute respiratory infections by 22 % over the next year and a decrease in virus-induced exacerbations by 25.7 %. ; Актуальность. На сегодняшний день аллергические заболевания респираторного тракта, в частности бронхиальная астма и аллергический ринит, у детей являются актуальной медико-социальной проблемой, ассоциированной с высоким риском инвалидизации, существенным снижением качества жизни пациентов и их семей, а также значительной финансовой нагрузкой на пациентов и государство. Бронхиальная астма и аллергический ринит часто сосуществуют, обременяя течение друг друга. Дети, больные респираторными аллергическими заболеваниями, являются особенно уязвимыми к развитию острой респираторной вирусной инфекции (ОРВИ), а респираторные вирусы, в свою очередь, играют важную роль в патогенезе бронхиальной астмы и аллергического ринита, способствуя развитию заболеваний и выступая триггерами их обострений. Одной из возможных причин склонности к частым ОРВИ у детей с аллергической патологией дыхательной системы может быть недостаточность неспецифических факторов мукозального иммунитета респираторного тракта — эндогенных катионоактивных амфифильных антимикробных пептидов, в частности кателицидина (LL-37) и человеческих дефензинов. По данным ряда исследований, эти антимикробные пептиды проявляют противовирусное, антимикробное и иммуномодулирующее действие. При этом данных о состоянии продукции антимикробных пептидов и их влиянии на респираторную заболеваемость у детей с аллергическими заболеваниями в современной литературе недостаточно. В то же время в ряде литературных источников описано положительное влияние отдельных пробиотических штаммов, в частности Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG, на общую резистентность к респираторной вирусной инфекции и профилактику атопических заболеваний. Целью нашей работы стало изучение уровней антимикробных пептидов (человеческого β-дефензина 2 (HbD-2) и LL-37) в секрете слизистых оболочек верхних дыхательных путей у детей с бронхиальной астмой и аллергическим ринитом, выяснение их роли в защите от респираторной вирусной инфекции у данного контингента больных и оценка эффективности применения пробиотического препарата, содержащего Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG, с целью профилактики ОРВИ и снижения частоты вирус-индуцированных обострений аллергической патологии. Материалы и методы. Нами было проведено клинико-лабораторное обследование 76 детей в возрасте от 7 до 17 лет, из которых у 24 был диагностирован аллергический ринит, у 28 детей — бронхиальная астма, а у 24 — бронхиальная астма и аллергический ринит. Группу контроля составили 20 клинически здоровых детей соответствующего возраста и пола. Кроме общепринятых клинических, методы исследования включали анализ паттернов респираторной заболеваемости, определение уровней антимикробных пептидов LL-37, HbD-2 в секрете верхних дыхательных путей методами иммуноферментного и статистического анализа. Результаты. Установлено, что дети с аллергическими заболеваниями респираторного тракта характеризуются большей частотой ОРВИ (на 30 %) с более частым вовлечением в воспалительный процесс нижних дыхательных путей (на 72 %), что обусловливает более длительную продолжительность заболеваний (на 95 %) по сравнению со здоровыми детьми. У детей с аллергическим ринитом и бронхиальной астмой обнаружено существенное снижение уровней антимикробных пептидов в секрете верхних дыхательных путей по сравнению с группой контроля. На уровни антимикробных пептидов в секрете верхних дыхательных путей в наибольшей степени негативно влияет степень активности аллергического воспаления, сопровождающегося отсутствием контроля симптомов, а положительно — прием препаратов базисной терапии и отсутствие симптомов. Вместе с тем даже при наличии полного контроля симптомов аллергических заболеваний, то есть при минимальном уровне аллергического воспаления в дыхательных путях, уровни антимикробных пептидов были достоверно ниже, чем у детей контрольной группы. Установлено, что существует обратная связь между уровнями антимикробных пептидов и частотой и продолжительностью ОРВИ у детей с аллергическими заболеваниями, которая в наибольшей степени выражена при бронхиальной астме. Выводы. Прием пробиотического препарата, содержащего штамм Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG, в течение 1 месяца дополнительно к базисной терапии аллергического ринита и бронхиальной астмы способствовал достоверному повышению уровней HbD-2 (в среднем на 27 %) и LL-37 (в среднем на 60 %) в секрете верхних дыхательных путей, что сопровождалось снижением частоты ОРВИ в среднем на 26 % (в том числе и эпизодов с привлечением нижних дыхательных путей), уменьшением средней продолжительности ОРВИ на 22 % в течение следующего года и снижением вирус-индуцированных обострений на 25,7 %. ; Актуальність. На сьогодні алергічні захворювання респіраторного тракту, зокрема бронхіальна астма й алергічний риніт, у дітей є актуальною медико-соціальною проблемою, асоційованою з високим ризиком інвалідизації, суттєвим зниженням якості життя пацієнтів та їх сімей, а також значним фінансовим навантаженням на пацієнтів і державу. Бронхіальна астма й алергічний риніт часто співіснують, обтяжуючи перебіг одне одного. Діти, хворі на респіраторні алергічні захворювання, особливо вразливі до розвитку гострої респіраторної вірусної інфекції (ГРВІ), а респіраторні віруси, в свою чергу, відіграють важливу роль у патогенезі бронхіальної астми й алергічного риніту, сприяючи розвитку захворювань і виступаючи тригерами їх загострень. Однією з можливих причин схильності до частих ГРВІ у дітей з алергічною патологією респіраторної системи може бути недостатність неспецифічних факторів мукозального імунітету респіраторного тракту — ендогенних катіоноактивних амфіфільних антимікробних пептидів, зокрема кателіцидину (LL-37) та людських дефензинів. За даними низки досліджень, дані антимікробні пептиди проявляють противірусну, антимікробну та імуномодулюючу дію. При цьому даних щодо стану продукції антимікробних пептидів та їх впливу на респіраторну захворюваність у дітей з алергічними захворюваннями в сучасній літературі недостатньо. В той же час в низці літературних джерел описано позитивний вплив окремих пробіотичних штамів, зокрема Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG, на загальну резистентність до респіраторної вірусної інфекції та профілактику атопічних захворювань. Метою нашої роботи стало вивчення рівнів антимікробних пептидів (людського β-дефензину 2 (HbD-2) та LL-37) у секреті слизових оболонок верхніх дихальних шляхів у дітей з бронхіальною астмою й алергічним ринітом, з'ясування їх ролі у захисті від респіраторної вірусної інфекції у даного контингенту хворих та оцінка ефективності застосування пробіотичного препарату, що містить Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG, з метою профілактики ГРВІ та зниження частоти вірус-індукованих загострень алергічної патології. Матеріали та методи. Нами було проведено клініко-лабораторне обстеження 76 дітей віком від 7 до 17 років, з яких у 24 був діагностований алергічний риніт, у 28 дітей — бронхіальна астма, а у 24 — бронхіальна астма й алергічний риніт. Групу контролю становили 20 клінічно здорових дітей відповідного віку та статі. Окрім загальноклінічних, методи дослідження включали аналіз патернів респіраторної захворюваності, визначення рівнів антимікробних пептидів LL-37, HbD-2 у секреті верхніх дихальних шляхів методами імуноферментного та статистичного аналізу. Результати. Встановлено, що діти з алергічними захворюваннями респіраторного тракту характеризуються більшою частотою ГРВІ (на 30 %) з більш частим залученням у запальний процес нижніх дихальних шляхів (на 72 %), що обумовлює більшу тривалість захворювань (на 95 %) порівняно із здоровими дітьми. У дітей з алергічним ринітом і бронхіальною астмою виявлено суттєве зниження рівнів антимікробних пептидів у секреті верхніх дихальних шляхів порівняно з групою контролю. На рівні антимікробних пептидів у секреті верхніх дихальних шляхів найбільшою мірою негативно впливає ступінь активності алергічного запалення, що супроводжується відсутністю контролю симптомів, а позитивно — прийом препаратів базисної терапії та відсутність симптомів. Разом з тим навіть за наявності повного контролю симптомів алергічних захворювань, тобто при мінімальному рівні алергічного запалення в дихальних шляхах, рівні антимікробних пептидів були вірогідно нижчими, ніж у дітей контрольної групи. Встановлено, що існує зворотний зв'язок між рівнями антимікробних пептидів і частотою та тривалістю ГРВІ у дітей з алергічними захворюваннями, найбільш виражений при бронхіальній астмі. Висновки. Прийом пробіотичного препарату, що містить штам Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG, протягом 1 місяця додатково до базисної терапії алергічного риніту та бронхіальної астми сприяв вірогідному підвищенню рівнів HbD-2 (в середньому на 27 %) та LL-37 (в середньому на 60 %) у секреті верхніх дихальних шляхів, що супроводжувалось зниженням частоти ГРВІ в середньому на 26 % (в тому числі й епізодів із залученням нижніх дихальних шляхів), зменшенням середньої тривалості ГРВІ на 22 % протягом наступного року та зниженням вірус-індукованих загострень на 25,7 %.

The article covers development aspects of the institution of judicial defence of human rights at labour. The analysis of the labour rights defence condition in Soviet Ukraine from adopting the Constitution of the Ukrainian Soviet Socialist Republic of 1937 and throughout the Second World War is carried out. In the late 30s of the XX century Ukraine started losing its sovereignty and independence which was a natural consequence of the conducted change in republic constitutional and legal status. This follows from the content of constitutional regulations of various years. Thus, if amendments to the Constitution of the Ukrainian Socialist Soviet Republic adopted in 1925 are taken into account, it was enshrined that the Ukrainian Socialist Soviet Republic was the part of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics as "an independent republic", thereafter, in the Constitution of the Ukrainian Soviet Socialist Republic of 1929 it was registered as "an independent contracting state", and there was no union state creation was mentioned. Nevertheless, in the Constitution of 1937 (the name of the Ukrainian Socialist Soviet Republic was changed to the Ukrainian Soviet Socialist Republic (UkrSSR) at the XIV Emergency Congress of Soviets in January 1937), these regulations are absent. There is only one record about joining the republics into one union state. Instead of the Congresses of Soviets, Central Election Commission of the UkrSSR and their Executive Committees, the Constitution of the UkrSSR of 1937 determined the Supreme Soviet of the UkrSSR as the republic highest body of state power. The Supreme Soviet of the USSR elected the Executive Committee – a collegial permanent power agency in the periods between the sessions of the Supreme Soviet. Incrementally, the governance of all-union governing bodies by republican economic facilities went to the foreground in Ukraine, the action of all-union laws above the republican laws was the priority – both in the form of copying the content of all-union legislative acts and adopting union regulatory acts as acts with direct effect. Such downward trends also concerned the field of labour law. Theoretically, the adaptation of the Constitution of the UkrSSR of 1937 had to be an important step in the way of establishing progressive principles in labour law and consolidating the new approaches to improve the defence of workers' rights; however, the democratic principles and regulations of the Constitution remained declarative. The Constitution declared the right of everyone to work (the regulations on universal labour duty were absent), though the right to work declared by the Constitution of the UkrSSR was actually an obligation to work and, other regulatory acts assigned workers to the enterprises, institutions. It was forbidden to move in order to earn money for the living and so on. In the late 30s – early 40s of the previous century, the initial basis of forced labour was introduced in all union states (including, the UkrSSR) to increase production output in all fields of national economy and to improve productivity. Particularly, people who did not work without valid excuse (so-called "parasites", "freeloaders", "loafers") were brought to executive or criminal responsibilities. There was tougher penalty for violation of labour discipline, for producing items with defects, for non-observance of health and safety rules. During the Second World War, there was a significant deterioration in labour conditions, a decline in workers' rights and guarantees. In general, there was no possibility to defend their labour rights, rather labour law referred to defend workers' rights gained certain regressive features. Such deviation from the general foundations and principles of labour law was attributed to the fact that an essential part of the working population (mostly males) joined the armed forces. In order to provide the defence significance and farming enterprises (collective farms, state farms) with workforce, it was necessary to change the state policy in regulating the labour, since the Code of Labour Laws of 1922–1924, the content of which provided the foundations of voluntary work, acted on the territory of the USSR, the Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic (RSFSR) and other union republics. Labour laws foresaw labour duty only if it was necessary to combat natural disasters and to fulfil the most important state issues, but only on certain regulations of the People's Commissar Soviets. Such democratic principles were unable to ensure proper functioning of defence industry, the completion of defence and construction works, the fuel storage, the uninterrupted functioning of transport and so on. To ensure the fulfilment of the mentioned issues, the Soviet government adopted a certain number of Decrees of the Executive Committee of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR and Regulations of the People's Commissar Soviets of the USSR, according to which the entire state switched to the state of martial law and particularly destroyed all previously gained democratic achievements in labour law. This period is characterized by the labour militarisation, mobilization of the working population, the involvement of adolescents from the age of 14 into work, the increase in working hours, the annulment of holidays and the introduction of overtime work. The uniqueness of this phenomenon in terms of research in the domain of judicial defence of population's labour rights in Ukraine lies in the fact that generally such regressive trends did not take place on the territory of the UkrSSR itself, but on the territory of the RSFSR where Ukrainian enterprises were evacuated together with their workers and families due to the temporary occupation of the Ukrainian territory by the Nazi army. Also, the legislative and executive power agencies of the Ukrainian Republic carried out their activities (they were evacuated to Saratov and later located in Ufa and Moscow) on the territory of the RSFSR during the period from August 1941 to February 1943. During war, the labour laws of union republics actually did not function, it followed the law principles and regulations of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics which, therefore, was intended not to ensure and defend the workers' rights and guarantees, but to introduce such methods and actions in work organization which in the shortest period could provide defence industry improvement and military production output in such capacities that it was possible to beat the Nazi invaders. ; Наукова стаття присвячена розкриттю аспектів розвитку інституту судового захисту прав людини у сфері праці. Здійснено аналіз стану захисту трудо-вих прав у Радянській Україні з періоду прийняття Конституції УРСР 1937 року та за часів Другої світової війни. Наприкінці 30-х років ХХ сто-річчя Україна починає втрачати свою суверенність та незалеж-ність, що є закономірним наслідком здійсненої зміни конституційно-правового статусу республіки. Це вбачається зі змісту конститу-ційних положень різних років. Так, якщо взяти до уваги зміст допов-нень до Конституції УСРР, при-йнятих у 1925 році, то там було закріплено, що УСРР входить до складу СРСР як «незалежна рес-публіка», згодом у Конституції УСРР 1929 року зазначалося, як «суверенна договірна держава», а про створення союзної держави мови не було. Проте в Конститу-ції 1937 року (найменування УСРР було змінене на УРСР на Надзви-чайному XIV з'їзді Рад у січні 1937 року) ці положення відсутні, є лише запис про об'єднання респу-блік у союзну державу. Конститу-ція УРСР 1937 року замість з'їздів Рад, ЦВК УРСР та їх Президій визначала найвищим органом дер-жавної влади республіки Верховну Раду УРСР. Верховна Рада УРСР вибирала Президію – колегіальний постійно діючий орган влади у пері-оди між сесіями Верховної Ради. В Україні поступово на перший план виходило керування загально-союзних органів управління респу-бліканськими об'єктами господар-ства, пріоритетною ставала дія загальносоюзного законодавства над республіканським як у вигляді копiювання змiсту загальносо-юзних законодавчих актів, так і застосуванням союзних норматив-них актів як актів прямої дії. Такі негативні тенденції не оминули і галузь трудового права. Теоретично прийняття у 1937 році Конституції УРСР мало б бути важливим кроком на шляху встановлення прогресивних принципів трудового права та закріплення нових підходів до удосконалювання захисту прав працівників, проте демократичні засади і положення Конституції залишилися деклара-тивними. Конституцією проголошувалося право кожного на працю (положення про загальну трудову повинність було відсутнє), але проголошене Конституцією УРСР право на працю фактично було обов'язком працювати, а іншими нормативним актами відбувалося закріплення працівників за під-приємствами, установами, заборо-нялося виїжджати на заробітки тощо. Наприкінці 30-х – початку 40-х років минулого століття у всій союзній державі (у тому числі і в УРСР) з метою збільшення випуску продукції у всіх галузях народного господарства та підви-щення продуктивності вводилися початкові засади примусової праці. Зокрема, особи, які не працювали без поважних причин (так звані «тунеядці», «дармоїди», «нероби»), притягувалися до адміністратив-ної або до кримінальної відповідаль-ності; мало місце більш жорстке покарання за порушення трудової дисципліни, за виробництво про-дукції з браком, за недотримання правил техніки безпеки. У період Другої світової війни відбулося значне погіршення умов праці, падіння рівня прав та гаран-тій працівників, взагалі була від-сутня можливість захисту їхніх трудових прав, тобто трудове право, покликане захищати права працівників, набуло певних регре-сивних ознак. Такий відступ від основних засад і принципів трудового права був зумовлений тим, що суттєва частина працездатного населення (в основному чоловічої статі) поповнила лави збройних сил. З метою забезпечення кадрами підприємств оборонного значення та сільгосппідприємств (колгос-пів, радгоспів) слід було змінювати політику держави у сфері регулю-вання праці, оскільки на теренах УССР, РСФСР та інших союзних республік діяли Кодекси законів про працю 1922–1924 років, за зміс-том яких передбачалися засади добровільної праці. Трудовим зако-нодавством трудова повинність була передбачена лише у разі необ-хідності боротьби зі стихійними лихами та для виконання найважливіших державних завдань, та лише на підставі конкретних постанов Ради Народних Коміса-рів. Такі демократичні засади не в змозі були забезпечити безперервну роботу оборонної промисловості, проведення оборонних і будівель-них робіт, заготівлю палива, без-перебійного функціонування тран-спорту тощо. Для забезпечення виконання цих завдань радянський уряд прийняв певну кількість ука-зів Президії Верховної Ради СРСР та постанов РНК СРСР, за якими вся держава переходила на воєнний стан і фактично руйнувалися всі набуті раніше демократичні досяг-нення в сфері трудового права. Цей період характеризується міліта-ризацією праці, мобілізацією пра-цездатного населення, залученням до праці підлітків з 14 років, збіль-шенням тривалості робочого часу, скасуванням відпусток та введен-ням надурочних робіт. Унікальність цього явища у плані дослідження ґенези судового захисту трудових прав населення України полягає в тому, що такі регресивні тенденції в основному мали місце не на території УРСР, а на території РСФСР, куди були евакуйовані українські підприєм-ства разом зі своїми працівниками та їхніми родинами у зв'язку з тимчасовою окупацією німець-ко-фашистськими військами тери-торії України. Також на території РСФСР у період із серпня 1941 року до лютого 1943 року здійснювали свою діяльність законодавчі та виконавчі органи влади української республіки (вони були евакуйовані до Саратова, а пізніше перебували в Уфі та Москві). Під час війни трудове законодавство союзних республік фактично не діяло, було повністю підкорене принципам і положенням законодавства СРСР, яке, своєю чергою, мало на меті не забезпечення та захист прав і гарантій працівників, а застосування таких методів і заходів в організації праці, які б у найкоротші строки сприяли налагодженню оборонної промисловості та випуску воєнної продукції в таких обсягах, щоб можна було здобути перемогу над німецько-фашистськими загарбниками.

Introduction. Nowadays TNCs undoubtedly determine the dynamics and main trends of the world economy as a whole, control its main trends and technological level and to a large extent determine the rules of the game. On the other hand, TNCs can not fail to take into account the realities and trends that are formed in society, and are forced to adapt to them in their activities. One of the main such realities is the concept of sustainable development, analysis of the impact of which on the activities of TNCs will be devoted to this article.Obviously, neither the concept of exogenous nor the concept of endogenous economic growth does not fully take into account the environmental factors and challenges faced by modern society. In addition, none of the above-mentioned models of economic growth did not pay sufficient attention to social factors and stability issues. Therefore, the emergence of the emergence of a new, ecological and economic model of growth, which would combine the achievements of natural and social sciences.Such a concept was the model of sustainable development, formulated in the late 80's and approved in Rio de Janeiro in 1992 at the United Nations Conference on Environment and Development, as well as approved in the Declaration on Environment and Development "Agenda for the 21st Century"The next stage in the development of this concept was the International Conference on Financing for Development (International Conference on Financing for Development), held March 18-22, 2002 in Monterey (Mexico), where the heads of the participating countries adopted a coordinated decision on the use of tax levers, investments in economic and social infrastructure, the development of capital markets through banking systems, balanced fiscal and monetary policies, the reduction of the impact of inflation, the promotion of high standards of economic growth, full employment, the eradication of poverty and price stability. These ideas were further developed in the framework of the World Summit on Sustainable Development from 26 August to 4 September 2002, which allowed setting goals and timelines for a wide range of issues, in particular, setting target targets with the provision of sanitation, the use and production of chemical products. As a result of the summit, more than 200 partnerships were announced in various areas of sustainable development in all regions, for which significant funding was allocated. The Johannesburg Implementation Plan and the Johannesburg Declaration on Sustainable Development were adopted within the framework of the Summit.In addition, the extremely important element of the World Summit on Sustainable Development in Johannesburg was that international commitments were complemented by a series of voluntary partnership initiatives on sustainable development.The decision of the above-mentioned international meetings allowed us to proceed to the practical implementation of the decisions taken, which, in our time, with the corresponding periodic adjustment, is conducted under the guidance of the United Nations Commission on Sustainable Development.According to the UN Commission on Sustainable Development, its goal is to meet the needs of modern society without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their needs.Accordingly, 5 basic principles are based on the concept of sustainable development:1) Economic development can be sustained and sustainable in order to meet the needs of the present generation, while not undermining the ability of future generations to meet their needs.2) The restrictions that exist in the field of exploitation of natural resources are relative, they relate only to the constraints imposed by the current level of technology and social organization, as well as the ability of the biosphere to self-healing.3) It is necessary to satisfy the basic needs of all people and to provide everyone with an opportunity of high-quality life.4) It is necessary to reconcile the state of life of those who enjoy excessive benefits (monetary and material), with the ecological potential of the planet, in particular regarding the use of energy.5) The size and pace of population growth should be consistent with the productive potential of the changing global ecosystem. It should be noted that this does not mean a return to Malthusianism, but it certainly requires the bringing of technologies and economic development to the level of pressing problems of mankind.Subsequently, this concept was adopted as the basis for the coordination of environmental and economic policies by governments of many states and even regional integration associations. In particular, the leaders of the European Union at the EU summit held in Göteborg in June 2001 adopted a joint strategy for sustainable development. This was the definition of the very concept of sustainable development. According to the declaration of the heads of 15 European countries, "sustainable development is in such a way as to meet the needs of the present generation of people, which would not endanger future generations". Although the strategy itself was largely declarative (in particular, the EU Commissioner for the Environment, Margot Wallström, expressed regret that the leaders of the countries "did not concentrate enough on concrete actions"), yet the EU leaders outlined a series of measures who should help build a sustainable society.In Ukraine, the Concept of Sustainable Development was approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in 1997. In addition, within the framework of the joint Ukrainian-American project "The Program for the Promotion of Sustainable Development in Ukraine", with the participation of many leading scientists of Ukraine, a "Concept of Sustainable Development of Ukraine" was developed. It defines sustainable development as "the process of building the state on the basis of harmonization and harmonization of social, economic and environmental components in order to meet the needs of present and future generations," in which "a balanced solution to socio-economic problems, the maintenance of a favorable state of the environment and natural resource potential in order to meet the vital needs of present and future generations ".At the same time, the authors of the concept especially emphasize that "the basis of sustainable development is the parity of relations in the triad" man - economy - nature. "Sustainable development combines the process of survival and reproduction of the nation's gene pool, the activation of the role of each individual in society, ensuring its rights and freedoms, preservation of the natural environment, formation of conditions for the restoration of the biosphere and its local ecosystems, orientation towards reducing the level of anthropogenic impact on the natural environment and harmonizing human development in nature. "It is also important to realize that "Ukraine can ensure the transition to sustainable development exclusively through the effective use of all kinds of resources, structural and technological modernization of production, using the creative potential of society for the building and prosperity of the state," and also that "the definition of ways to ensure sustainable the development of the state should be based on the formulation of strategic goals of state building taking into account the realities of the present, the trends of the world community, the place and role of Ukraine in Europe and in the world ".Obviously, the concept of sustainable development causes a significant, but in many respects, determinants of the impact on the whole system of modern international business. Accordingly, the development of a strategy for integration into a globalized economy is extremely important in taking into account the specifics and constraints imposed by the concept of sustainable development and the documents and criteria adopted on its basis. At the same time, the key weight takes into account the above mentioned peculiarities when regulating the activities of transnational corporations, which at the moment is definitely one of the most powerful factors in the integration of Ukraine into the system of world economic relations.There exists a fundamental possibility of harmonizing the impact of transnational corporations on the territory of Ukraine with the concept of sustainable development. The optimum for this is the use as an optimization criterion of the type of the most intensively used TNC resources and their expansion strategies applied to the relevant market.Conclusions. Aim of investigation. This article describes the origins and key principles for Canada's healthcare system effectiveness. The focus revolves around the general principles of the sphere of medical care; namely, the orderly process of defining health problems, identifying unmet needs and surveying the resources to meet them, establishing priority goals that are realistic and feasible, and projecting administrative action, concerned with the adequacy, efficacy and efficiency of health services in Canada. The author outlines the dominant principle of the Canadian healthcare system; while complying with the international standards, it provides a highlyqualified medical care, furthermore, both high life expectancy and low infant mortality rates testify to this reality. Noteworthy, the bases of social organization and healthcare system in Canada were grounded in late twentieth century. The fact that the Second World War hardly ever devastated both country's economy and the nation testifies to the public health system, being established in quite favorable conditions. In addition, the demography of Canadian population, being quite stable and favorable, prompted the economy to rapidly develop as well as the government political decisionmaking to push to review its existing healthcare law principles and start reforming it, so that the country can respond better to its health and health system challenges. It should be emphasized that the Medical Care Act (1966), which, along with the Hospital and Diagnostic Services Act (1957), established the basis for Canada's universal, publicly financed health insurance system, known as Medicare, effectively enshrined private fee-for-service practice as the dominant mode of practice organization and physician payment in Canada. Canadian Healthcare system establishment fell into several stages: the first stage (in early 40's of the 20th century), the provision of targeted subsidies for special programs of health care and for the construction of hospitals were legally approved, since a growing number of Canadian citizens were able to obtain a level of decent health care through Canadian hospitals. The second step was taken in 1957, the Hospital Insurance and Diagnostic Services Act (HIDS) were passed with all-party approval; it paid approximately half the cost of provincial insurance plans for hospitalbased care, as long as the plans complied with specified national conditions. Medical Care Act of 1966 extended health insurance to cover doctors' services. While the basic principles of Medicare are determined by federal legislation, responsibility for health under the Constitution falls under provincial jurisdiction. Therefore, there are certain variations in the plan from province to province. It is not surprising that the first breakthrough of the legal framework contributed to the development of hospitals network in the country; at the same time, medical care qualitative indicators were complied with the national requirements. The third stage (1968-1979) covered the adoption of the legislative documents that formed the Canadian system of medical insurance for Medicare and established the allocation of funds for hospital and community-based medical care. In 1984, a Health Care Act was adopted in Canada, which consolidated the basic principles of Medicare. Medical care had always been a centerpiece of Canada's welfare state program, since it expected the provincial and territorial governments to be responsible for the management, organization and delivery of health care services for their residents. The specifics of the theme predisposed application of comprehensive approach to the research methodologies, among which there should be mentioned such as: structural-functional analysis, which includes the study of functional dependencies of all elements of the social state. Adhering to the problematic principle of presentation of the material, the author used the institutional method, focused on the study of institutes through which the activities of the health protection system are implemented. At the same time a number of such special methods were used as statistical retrospective and prognostic. Scientific novelty: the mutual precondition of socio-economic, demographic, socio- political factors on the process of formation of the Canadian system of medical services was substantiated , the reasons and the4 main stages of the formation of free medicine in Canada were determined, as well as advantages and disadvantages of the modern Canadian health system. Conclusions An important conclusion of this review is that the Canadian healthcare system also has a spectrum of drawbacks that require bridging the gaps. Currently Canada's healthcare system faces challenges of staff shortage and access to health care. Nonetheless, it should be emphasized that Canada's Medicare is a source of pride, funded by the state and provides universal health care coverage care to all residents of Canada. ; Le but de l'étude. Cet article présente les caractéristiques de la formation et du développement du système de santé canadien et se concentre également sur les caractéristiques et les principes généraux du développement de l'industrie des soins médicaux. Le système de soins de santé canadien fournit un niveau assez élevé de soins médicaux. L'espérance de vie élevée et la faible mortalité infantile en sont la preuve. Les principes d'organisation sociale de la société et du système de soins de santé au Canada ont été créés au cours de la seconde moitié du vingtième siècle. Le système de santé canadien repose sur une base législative solide. Sa formation s'est déroulée en plusieurs étapes: dès la première étape (début des années 40 du XXe siècle), l'octroi de subventions ciblées à des programmes spéciaux de santé et à la construction d'hôpitaux était légalement fixé. Un tel cadre réglementaire a contribué au développement d'un réseau d'hôpitaux dans le pays; lors de la deuxième étape (en 1957), la loi sur l'assurance maladie a été adoptée, qui garantit la répartition fédérale-provinciale des ressources financières pour les soins médicaux. La spécificité du sujet prédéfinit une approche intégrée de l'application des méthodes de recherche, notamment: l'analyse structurelle-fonctionnelle, qui comprend l'étude des dépendances fonctionnelles de tous les éléments de l'état social. En adhérant au principe problématique de présentation du matériel, l'auteur a utilisé la méthode institutionnelle, axée sur l'étude des institutions par lesquelles les activités du système de santé sont mises en œuvre. En même temps, des méthodes spéciales telles que statistique, rétrospective et pronostique sont appliquées. Nouveauté scientifique. La dépendance mutuelle de facteurs socio-économiques, démographiques et socio-politiques sur le processus de formation du système de soins de santé canadien est discutée, les causes et les principales étapes de la formation de médicaments gratuits au Canada sont identifiées, ainsi que les avantages et les inconvénients du système de soins de santé canadien moderne. Conclusions. Il est prouvé que le système de santé canadien présente également certains inconvénients, car à l'heure actuelle, la médecine canadienne a cruellement besoin de médecins expérimentés. L'un des principaux problèmes est la longueur des files d'attente dans les établissements médicaux et l'attente prolongée pour pouvoir recevoir des soins médicaux. En même temps, malgré les problèmes décrits, le système de santé canadien appelé Medicare est la fierté du pays, car il est financé par l'État et fournit des soins médicaux pratiquement gratuits à tous les Canadiens. ; Мета дослідження. Дана стаття розкриває особливості формування і розвитку системи охорони здоров'я Канади, а також акцентується увага на характерні риси і загальні принципи побудови сфери медичного обслуговування. Канадська система охорони здоров'я забезпечує досить високий рівень медичного обслуговування і свідченням цьому є висока тривалість життя і низький рівень дитячої смертності. Принципи соціальної організації суспільства і система охорони здоров'я в Канаді сформувалися у другій половині ХХ століття. Система охорони здоров'я Канади має обґрунтовану законодавчу базу, її формування відбувалося в кілька етапів: на першому етапі (початок 40-х років XX ст.) Законодавчо закріплено надання цільових субсидій для спеціальних програм охорони здоров'я і для будівництва лікарняних закладів. Така нормативно-правова база сприяла розвитку мережі лікарняних закладів в країні; на другому етапі (1957 р) був прийнятий Закон про медичне страхування, який закріпив федерально-провінційна розподіл фінансових ресурсів на медичну допомогу. У 1984 р в Канаді був прийнятий Закон про охорону здоров'я, який закріпив основні принципи Medicare. Ця система забезпечує безкоштовне або практично безкоштовне медичне обслуговування і медичні послуги всім громадянам Канади. Така структура була розроблена тому, що медичне обслуговування знаходиться у відомстві місцевих, провінційних властей, а не федерального уряду. Специфікою теми зумовлений комплексний підхід до застосування методів дослідження, серед яких: структурно-функціональний аналіз, який включає вивчення функціональних залежностей всіх елементів соціальної держави. Дотримуючись проблемного принципу викладу матеріалу, автор використовував інституційний метод, орієнтований на вивчення інститутів, через які реалізується діяльність системи охорони здоров'я. У той же час застосовані такі спеціальні методи як статистичний, ретроспективний і прогностичний. Наукова новизна. Аргументовано взаємна обумовленість соціально-економічних, демографічних, суспільно-політичних чинників на процес формування канадської системи медичного обслуговування, визначені причини та основні етапи формування безкоштовної медицини в Канаді, а також відзначено переваги і недоліки сучасної канадської системи охорони здоров'я. Висновки. Доведено, що канадська система охорони здоров'я має також і певні недоліки, адже на сучасному етапі канадська медицина відчуває гостру потребу в досвідчених лікарів, а також однією з основних проблем є великі черги в медичних установах і тривале очікування можливості отримати медичну допомогу. У той же час, незважаючи на окреслені проблеми, канадська система медицини під назвою Medicare є гордістю країни, оскільки фінансується державою і забезпечує практично безкоштовне медичне обслуговування всім громадянам Канади. ; Цель исследования. Данная статья раскрывает особенности формирования и развития системы здравоохранения Канады, а также акцентируется внимание на характерных чертах и общих принципах построения сферы медицинского обслуживания. Канадская система здравоохранения обеспечивает достаточно высокий уровень медицинского обслуживания и свидетельством этому есть высокая продолжительность жизни и низкий уровень детской смертности. Принципы социальной организации общества и система здравоохранения в Канаде сформировались во второй половине ХХ века. Система здравоохранения Канады имеет обоснованную законодательную базу, ее формирование происходило в несколько этапов: на первом этапе (начало 40-х годов XX ст.) законодательно закреплено предоставление целевых субсидий для специальных программ здравоохранения и для строительства больничных заведений. Аргументирована взаимная обусловленность социально-экономических, демографических, общественно-политических факторов на процесс формирования канадской системы медицинского обслуживания, определены причины и основные этапы формирования бесплатной медицины в Канаде, а также отмечено преимущества и недостатки современной канадской системы здравоохранения. Выводы. Доказано, что канадская система здравоохранения имеет также и определенные недостатки, ведь на современном этапе канадская медицина испытывает острую потребность в опытных врачах, а также одной из основных проблем есть большие очереди в медицинских учреждениях и длительное ожидание возможности получить медицинскую помощь. В тоже время, невзирая на очерченные проблемы, канадская система медицины под названием Medicare является гордостью страны, поскольку финансируется государством и обеспечивает практически бесплатное медицинское обслуживание всем гражданам Канады.

Aim of investigation. This article describes the origins and key principles for Canada's healthcare system effectiveness. The focus revolves around the general principles of the sphere of medical care; namely, the orderly process of defining health problems, identifying unmet needs and surveying the resources to meet them, establishing priority goals that are realistic and feasible, and projecting administrative action, concerned with the adequacy, efficacy and efficiency of health services in Canada. The author outlines the dominant principle of the Canadian healthcare system; while complying with the international standards, it provides a highlyqualified medical care, furthermore, both high life expectancy and low infant mortality rates testify to this reality. Noteworthy, the bases of social organization and healthcare system in Canada were grounded in late twentieth century. The fact that the Second World War hardly ever devastated both country's economy and the nation testifies to the public health system, being established in quite favorable conditions. In addition, the demography of Canadian population, being quite stable and favorable, prompted the economy to rapidly develop as well as the government political decisionmaking to push to review its existing healthcare law principles and start reforming it, so that the country can respond better to its health and health system challenges. It should be emphasized that the Medical Care Act (1966), which, along with the Hospital and Diagnostic Services Act (1957), established the basis for Canada's universal, publicly financed health insurance system, known as Medicare, effectively enshrined private fee-for-service practice as the dominant mode of practice organization and physician payment in Canada. Canadian Healthcare system establishment fell into several stages: the first stage (in early 40's of the 20th century), the provision of targeted subsidies for special programs of health care and for the construction of hospitals were legally approved, since a growing number of Canadian citizens were able to obtain a level of decent health care through Canadian hospitals. The second step was taken in 1957, the Hospital Insurance and Diagnostic Services Act (HIDS) were passed with all-party approval; it paid approximately half the cost of provincial insurance plans for hospitalbased care, as long as the plans complied with specified national conditions. Medical Care Act of 1966 extended health insurance to cover doctors' services. While the basic principles of Medicare are determined by federal legislation, responsibility for health under the Constitution falls under provincial jurisdiction. Therefore, there are certain variations in the plan from province to province. It is not surprising that the first breakthrough of the legal framework contributed to the development of hospitals network in the country; at the same time, medical care qualitative indicators were complied with the national requirements. The third stage (1968-1979) covered the adoption of the legislative documents that formed the Canadian system of medical insurance for Medicare and established the allocation of funds for hospital and community-based medical care. In 1984, a Health Care Act was adopted in Canada, which consolidated the basic principles of Medicare. Medical care had always been a centerpiece of Canada's welfare state program, since it expected the provincial and territorial governments to be responsible for the management, organization and delivery of health care services for their residents. The specifics of the theme predisposed application of comprehensive approach to the research methodologies, among which there should be mentioned such as: structural-functional analysis, which includes the study of functional dependencies of all elements of the social state. Adhering to the problematic principle of presentation of the material, the author used the institutional method, focused on the study of institutes through which the activities of the health protection system are implemented. At the same time a number of such special methods were used as statistical retrospective and prognostic. Scientific novelty: the mutual precondition of socio-economic, demographic, socio- political factors on the process of formation of the Canadian system of medical services was substantiated , the reasons and the4 main stages of the formation of free medicine in Canada were determined, as well as advantages and disadvantages of the modern Canadian health system. Conclusions An important conclusion of this review is that the Canadian healthcare system also has a spectrum of drawbacks that require bridging the gaps. Currently Canada's healthcare system faces challenges of staff shortage and access to health care. Nonetheless, it should be emphasized that Canada's Medicare is a source of pride, funded by the state and provides universal health care coverage care to all residents of Canada. ; Le but de l'étude. Cet article présente les caractéristiques de la formation et du développement du système de santé canadien et se concentre également sur les caractéristiques et les principes généraux du développement de l'industrie des soins médicaux. Le système de soins de santé canadien fournit un niveau assez élevé de soins médicaux. L'espérance de vie élevée et la faible mortalité infantile en sont la preuve. Les principes d'organisation sociale de la société et du système de soins de santé au Canada ont été créés au cours de la seconde moitié du vingtième siècle. Le système de santé canadien repose sur une base législative solide. Sa formation s'est déroulée en plusieurs étapes: dès la première étape (début des années 40 du XXe siècle), l'octroi de subventions ciblées à des programmes spéciaux de santé et à la construction d'hôpitaux était légalement fixé. Un tel cadre réglementaire a contribué au développement d'un réseau d'hôpitaux dans le pays; lors de la deuxième étape (en 1957), la loi sur l'assurance maladie a été adoptée, qui garantit la répartition fédérale-provinciale des ressources financières pour les soins médicaux. En 1984, le Canada a adopté la Loi sur les soins de santé, qui consacre les principes de base de l'assurance-maladie. Ce système fournit des soins médicaux et des services médicaux gratuits ou presque gratuits à tous les citoyens canadiens. Une telle structure a été mise au point car les soins médicaux relèvent de la compétence des autorités locales et provinciales et non du gouvernement fédéral. La spécificité du sujet prédéfinit une approche intégrée de l'application des méthodes de recherche, notamment: l'analyse structurelle-fonctionnelle, qui comprend l'étude des dépendances fonctionnelles de tous les éléments de l'état social. En adhérant au principe problématique de présentation du matériel, l'auteur a utilisé la méthode institutionnelle, axée sur l'étude des institutions par lesquelles les activités du système de santé sont mises en œuvre. En même temps, des méthodes spéciales telles que statistique, rétrospective et pronostique sont appliquées. Nouveauté scientifique. La dépendance mutuelle de facteurs socio-économiques, démographiques et socio-politiques sur le processus de formation du système de soins de santé canadien est discutée, les causes et les principales étapes de la formation de médicaments gratuits au Canada sont identifiées, ainsi que les avantages et les inconvénients du système de soins de santé canadien moderne. Conclusions. Il est prouvé que le système de santé canadien présente également certains inconvénients, car à l'heure actuelle, la médecine canadienne a cruellement besoin de médecins expérimentés. L'un des principaux problèmes est la longueur des files d'attente dans les établissements médicaux et l'attente prolongée pour pouvoir recevoir des soins médicaux. En même temps, malgré les problèmes décrits, le système de santé canadien appelé Medicare est la fierté du pays, car il est financé par l'État et fournit des soins médicaux pratiquement gratuits à tous les Canadiens. ; Цель исследования. Данная статья раскрывает особенности формирования и развития системы здравоохранения Канады, а также акцентируется внимание на характерных чертах и общих принципах построения сферы медицинского обслуживания. Канадская система здравоохранения обеспечивает достаточно высокий уровень медицинского обслуживания и свидетельством этому есть высокая продолжительность жизни и низкий уровень детской смертности. Принципы социальной организации общества и система здравоохранения в Канаде сформировались во второй половине ХХ века. Канадська система охорони здоров'я забезпечує досить високий рівень медичного обслуговування і свідченням цьому є висока тривалість життя і низький рівень дитячої смертності. Принципи соціальної організації суспільства і система охорони здоров'я в Канаді сформувалися у другій половині ХХ століття. Система охорони здоров'я Канади має обґрунтовану законодавчу базу, її формування відбувалося в кілька етапів: на першому етапі (початок 40-х років XX ст.) Законодавчо закріплено надання цільових субсидій для спеціальних програм охорони здоров'я і для будівництва лікарняних закладів. Специфікою теми зумовлений комплексний підхід до застосування методів дослідження, серед яких: структурно-функціональний аналіз, який включає вивчення функціональних залежностей всіх елементів соціальної держави. Дотримуючись проблемного принципу викладу матеріалу, автор використовував інституційний метод, орієнтований на вивчення інститутів, через які реалізується діяльність системи охорони здоров'я. У той же час застосовані такі спеціальні методи як статистичний, ретроспективний і прогностичний. Наукова новизна. Аргументовано взаємна обумовленість соціально-економічних, демографічних, суспільно-політичних чинників на процес формування канадської системи медичного обслуговування, визначені причини та основні етапи формування безкоштовної медицини в Канаді, а також відзначено переваги і недоліки сучасної канадської системи охорони здоров'я. Висновки. Доведено, що канадська система охорони здоров'я має також і певні недоліки, адже на сучасному етапі канадська медицина відчуває гостру потребу в досвідчених лікарів, а також однією з основних проблем є великі черги в медичних установах і тривале очікування можливості отримати медичну допомогу. У той же час, незважаючи на окреслені проблеми, канадська система медицини під назвою Medicare є гордістю країни, оскільки фінансується державою і забезпечує практично безкоштовне медичне обслуговування всім громадянам Канади.

The article analyses M. M. Bakhtin's early works "Art and Responsibility" and "Toward a Philosophy of Act" which show that the philosophical way of Russian thinker was essentially parallel to the path of Western philosophy from Heidegger to post-structuralism and at the same time was an original attempt to overcome the transcendental approach in philosophy and aesthetics. Bakhtin worked out his original "first" philosophy of being or moral philosophy as polemically opposed to the Western philosophy of mind and especially to Kant's philosophy. But it was not free from certain transcendental moments connected with the orientation on the phenomenological method which later caused Bakhtin's evolvution towards hermeneutical philosophy of language and culture. ; В статье предлагается анализ ранних работ М. М. Бахтина «Искусство и от-ветственность» и «К философии поступка», который показывает, что фило-софский путь русского мыслителя развивался по существу параллельно пути за-падной философии от Хайдеггера до постструктурализма и в то же время был оригинальной попыткой преодоления трансцендентального подхода в философии и эстетике. Бахтин разработал оригинальную «первую» философию бытия или нравственную философию, полемически направленную по отношению к западной философии сознания и в особенности кантовской философии. Но она сама не бы-ла свободна от некоторых моментов трансцендентализма, связанных с ориен-тацией на феноменологический метод, что позднее обусловило эволюцию Бахти-на в направлении герменевтической философии языка и культуры. Проте сама вона не була вільною від певних моментів трансцендента-лізму, пов'язаних з орієнтацією на феноменологічний метод, що пізніше зумовило еволюцію Бахтіна в напрямку до герменевтичною філософії мови та культури. Key words: intellectual property, unfair competition, means of individualization, valuation,squatter, losses, digital transformation, artificial intelligence The article examines the economic, legal and institutional aspects of combating unfair registration and use ofmeans of individualization (trademarks, brand names, geographical indications, domainnames) in the context of digital transformation. The formation of theoretical and methodologicaland methodological foundations for the protection of the rights of their owners,improving the efficiency of experts of intellectual property agencies, law enforcementagencies, tools for digital search and use of artificial intelligence (AI) to ensure the effectivenessof the institution of individualization. The economic and legal aspects of foreign(in the jurisdictions of China, USA, EU) and domestic legislative and law enforcementpractices to combat the phenomenon of unfair registration and use of personalization,digital search tools and the use of AI are analyzed. It is shown that over the next fiveyears, 30 to 50% of product searches will be by voice rather than text, so the impact of AIon the way a product is purchased will have significant economic and legal implicationsfor individualization legislation. The means of counteracting unscrupulous applicants inthe USA have been studied. The U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) has developedrules under which foreign applicants and trademark owners must be representedby a U.S. licensed attorney when filing trademark applications with the USPTO. Emphasisis placed on the introduction of legislative liability of e-commerce platforms forcounterfeit goods. The analysis of the last changes in the legislation of Ukraine on protectionof trade marks is carried out. It is shown that the new rules change the approachesto registration and protection of trademarks, create the possibility of their fair use.Digitalization, transition to e-document circulation in the Customs Register, improvementof the procedure for destruction of counterfeit goods are important anti-corruptionsteps in the activities of Ukrainian customs in the context of digital transformation of theeconomy. ; Ключові слова: інтелектуальна власність, торгова марка, доменне ім'я, фірмовенайменування, географічне зазначення, експертиза, реєстрація, недобросовісна кон-куренція У статті досліджено економіко-правові та інституціональні аспекти протидії недобросовісній реєстрації та використанню засобів індивідуалізації (торгових марок, фір-мових найменувань, географічних зазначень, доменних імен) в умовах цифровоїтрансформації. Key words: intellectual property, unfair competition, means of individualization, valuation,squatter, losses, digital transformation, artificial intelligence The article examines the economic, legal and institutional aspects of combating unfair registration and use ofmeans of individualization (trademarks, brand names, geographical indications, domainnames) in the context of digital transformation. The formation of theoretical and methodologicaland methodological foundations for the protection of the rights of their owners,improving the efficiency of experts of intellectual property agencies, law enforcementagencies, tools for digital search and use of artificial intelligence (AI) to ensure the effectivenessof the institution of individualization. The economic and legal aspects of foreign(in the jurisdictions of China, USA, EU) and domestic legislative and law enforcementpractices to combat the phenomenon of unfair registration and use of personalization,digital search tools and the use of AI are analyzed. It is shown that over the next fiveyears, 30 to 50% of product searches will be by voice rather than text, so the impact of AIon the way a product is purchased will have significant economic and legal implicationsfor individualization legislation. The means of counteracting unscrupulous applicants inthe USA have been studied. The U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) has developedrules under which foreign applicants and trademark owners must be representedby a U.S. licensed attorney when filing trademark applications with the USPTO. Emphasisis placed on the introduction of legislative liability of e-commerce platforms forcounterfeit goods. The analysis of the last changes in the legislation of Ukraine on protectionof trade marks is carried out. It is shown that the new rules change the approachesto registration and protection of trademarks, create the possibility of their fair use.Digitalization, transition to e-document circulation in the Customs Register, improvementof the procedure for destruction of counterfeit goods are important anti-corruptionsteps in the activities of Ukrainian customs in the context of digital transformation of theeconomy. ; Ключові слова: інтелектуальна власність, торгова марка, доменне ім'я, фірмовенайменування, географічне зазначення, експертиза, реєстрація, недобросовісна кон-куренція У статті досліджено економіко-правові та інституціональні аспекти протидії недобросовісній реєстрації та використанню засобів індивідуалізації (торгових марок, фір-мових найменувань, географічних зазначень, доменних імен) в умовах цифровоїтрансформації. Key words: intellectual property, unfair competition, means of individualization, valuation,squatter, losses, digital transformation, artificial intelligence The article examines the economic, legal and institutional aspects of combating unfair registration and useof means of individualization (trademarks, brand names, geographical indications,domain names) in the context of digital transformation. The formation of theoreticaland methodological and methodological foundations for the protection of the rights oftheir owners, improving the efficiency of experts of intellectual property agencies, lawenforcement agencies, tools for digital search and use of artificial intelligence (AI) toensure the effectiveness of the institution of individualization. The economic and legalaspects of foreign (in the jurisdictions of China, USA, EU) and domestic legislativeand law enforcement practices to combat the phenomenon of unfair registration anduse of personalization, digital search tools and the use of AI are analyzed. It is shownthat over the next five years, 30 to 50% of product searches will be by voice ratherthan text, so the impact of AI on the way a product is purchased will have significanteconomic and legal implications for individualization legislation. The means of counteractingunscrupulous applicants in the USA have been studied. The U.S. Patentand Trademark Office (USPTO) has developed rules under which foreign applicantsand trademark owners must be represented by a U.S. licensed attorney when filingtrademark applications with the USPTO. Emphasis is placed on the introduction oflegislative liability of e-commerce platforms for counterfeit goods. The analysis of thelast changes in the legislation of Ukraine on protection of trade marks is carried out.It is shown that the new rules change the approaches to registration and protection oftrademarks, create the possibility of their fair use. Digitalization, transition to e-documentcirculation in the Customs Register, improvement of the procedure for destructionof counterfeit goods are important anti-corruption steps in the activities ofUkrainian customs in the context of digital transformation of the economy. ; Ключові слова: інтелектуальна власність, торгова марка, доменне ім'я, фірмовенайменування, географічне зазначення, експертиза, реєстрація, недобросовісна конкуренція У статті досліджено економіко-правові та інституціональні аспекти протидії недоб-росовісній реєстрації та використанню засобів індивідуалізації (торгових марок, фір-мових найменувань, географічних зазначень, доменних імен) в умовах цифровоїтрансформації.
