The results of the measurements of 2,4,6-trinitrotoluene (TNT) vapor concentration over its trace amounts, called thin films, on the glass surface with a concentration of 100 ng/cm2 in a square area with a side of 1 cm over time are presented. The trace amounts of TNT on the glass were formed by applying a solution of TNT in the acetonitrile diluted with the chemically pure acetone, followed by the evaporation of the solvents. In order to measure the TNT vapor concentration, an EKHO-V-IDTS portable multibacillary gas-chromatograph with preliminary TNT vapor concentration was used. A sampling of the TNT vapor above the object was carried out with a remote vortex sampler. The vapor sample was taken from a distance of 2 cm from the glass surface. The concentration in the mode of the complete capture of TNT vapors was carried out to the stainless-steel wire mesh. The vapor concentration was determined from the chromatographic peak amplitude. It was found that the concentration of vapor over the examined surface with an area of 1 cm2 decreases from 10-13 to 10-14 g/cm3 within 2.6 ± 0.3 hours. TNT vapor concentration value of 10-14 g/cm3 corresponds to the threshold concentration of TNT vapor for the modern detectors. Based on the assumption that the vapor concentration is proportional to the amount of the TNT mass on the surface for the considered trace amounts of TNT, it was estimated that the initial surface concentration of trinitrotoluene of 100 ng/cm2 on the glass surface decreases to 12 ng/cm2 within 2.6 ± 0.3 hours due to sublimation into an open half-space. Следовые количества ТНТ на стекле образовывали путём нанесения раствора ТНТ в ацетонитриле, разбавленного химически чистым ацетоном с последующим испарением растворителей. Для измерения концентрации пара ТНТ использовали портативный поликапиллярный газовый хроматограф ЭХО-В-ИДПС с предварительным концентрированием пара ТНТ. Отбор проб пара ТНТ над объектом осуществляли и дистанционным вихревым пробоотборником. Пробу пара отбирали с дистанции 2 см от поверхности стекла. Концентрирование в режиме полного улавливания паров ТНТ осуществляли на сетках из проволоки диаметром 0,05 мм из нержавеющей стали. Концентрацию паров определяли по амплитуде хроматографического пика. Установлено, что концентрация пара ТНТ над исследуемой поверхностью площадью 1 см2 уменьшается с 10-13 до 10-14 г/см3 за время 2.6 ± 0.3 часа. Концентрация пара ТНТ 10-14 г/см3 соответствует пороговой концентрации пара ТНТ для современных обнаружителей. Из предположения пропорциональности концентрации пара количеству массы ТНТ на поверхности для рассматриваемых следовых количеств ТНТ оценили, что исходная поверхностная концентрация тринитротолуола 100 нг/см2 на поверхности стекла за счёт сублимации в открытое полупространство уменьшается до 12 нг/см2 за 2.6 ± 0.3 часа. O presente manuscrito apresenta um estudo sobre o Ensino Superior no Brasil na modalidade EaD, analisando mecanismos e instrumentos de avaliação de algumas IES como elementos de promoção de competências e habilidades para o exercício profissional. A pesquisa ocorreu durante os meses de outubro de 2018 a março de 2019, a partir de levantamento de dados, revisão bibliográfica e análise documental, através dos portais das principais instituições promotoras de cursos de graduação on-line. A metodologia de análise de dados está baseada na Análise de Conteúdo. Os resultados alcançados formam um grande apanhado de informações sobre a EaD no Brasil como nicho mercadológico, possibilidades de inovação pedagógica e fomentadora de discussões, interação e colaboração entre participantes dos Ambientes Virtuais de Aprendizagem. Como conclusões, identificamos fissuras paradigmáticas da formação acadêmica e novas problemáticas acerca do papel da Educação Superior no Brasil contemporâneo, em sua constituição essencial: ensino, pesquisa, extensão e inovação. La metodologia di analisi dei dati si basa sull'analisi dei contenuti. I risultati ottenuti formano una grande raccolta di informazioni sull'istruzione a distanza in Brasile come nicchia di mercato, possibilità di innovazione pedagogica e promozione di discussioni, interazione e collaborazione tra i partecipanti negli ambienti di apprendimento virtuale. At the present-time stage development of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the existing system of manning troops needs to be improved. The main task of a promising system of personnel, unlike to the existing one, is to prevent the negative effects of some factors on the full-fledged staffing of qualified personnel after training, retraining and mobilization activities in a special period with minimal time and finances.The dynamics of growth of modern requirements for the mobilization subsystem, in order to comprehensively staff the Armed Forces, and real practice of staff mobilization system in recent years, require updating the staffing system on a scientific basis. The lack of recommendations for improving the system of personnel bodies causes a problem that needs to be addressed.The purpose of the article is to highlight a new methodological approach to the formulation of the problem of synthesis and evaluation of the effectiveness of the functioning of a promising system of personnel bodies for better manning of troops with personnel.The prospect of system synthesis and optimization of the process of manning the Armed Forces contribute to a wide range of opportunities to the use of modern Information Technologies. Namely: an automated control system and computer equipment for the rapid collection and processing of large amounts of information flows in order to highly efficient and optimal control of a multifunctional system of personnel bodies. The system includes structural functional elements, control facilities and military units located at considerable distances from the control center of the Armed Forces manning system. ; На современном этапе развития Вооруженных Сил Украины существующая система комплектования войск личным составом нуждается в совершенствовании. Главной задачей перспективной системы кадровых органов, в отличие от существующей, является предотвращение негативных воздействий некоторых реальных факторов на полноценное комплектование войск квалифицированным личным составом после его подготовки, переподготовки и проведения мероприятий мобилизации в особый период с минимальными затратами времени и финансов.Динамика роста современных требований к подсистеме мобилизации, с целью всестороннего комплектования Вооруженных Сил личным составом, наконец, реальная практика мобилизации кадров в последние годы ‑ все это нуждается в обновлении системы комплектования на научной основе. Отсутствие обоснованных адекватных рекомендаций для усовершенствования системы кадровых органов вызывает проблему, которая требует решения.Целью статьи является освещение нового методического подхода к формулировке задачи синтеза и оценки эффективности функционирования перспективной системы кадровых органов для более качественного комплектования войск личным составом.Перспектива синтеза системы и оптимизации процесса комплектования Вооруженных Сил личным составом способствуют широкой возможности применения современных информационных технологий, а именно: автоматизированной системы управления и компьютерной техники для оперативного сбора и обработки значительных объемов информационных потоков с целью высокоэффективного оптимального управления многофункциональной системой кадровых органов, которая содержит структурные функциональные элементы, объекты управления и воинские части для комплектования. Последние расположены на значительных расстояниях от центра управления системой комплектования Вооруженных Сил. ; На сучасному етапі розвитку Збройних Сил України існуюча система комплектування військ особовим складом потребує вдосконалення. Головним завданням перспективної системи кадрових органів на відміну від існуючої, є запобігання негативних впливів деяких з указаних реальних факторів на повноцінне комплектування військ кваліфікованим особовим складом після його підготовки, перепідготовки та проведення заходів мобілізації в особливий період з мінімальними витратами часу і фінансів.Динаміка зростання сучасних вимог до підсистеми мобілізації, з метою всебічного комплектування Збройних Сил особовим складом, нарешті, реальна практика мобілізації кадрів в останні роки, все це потребує оновлення системи комплектування на науковій основі. Відсутність обґрунтованих адекватних рекомендацій для удосконалення системи кадрових органів спричиняють проблему, яка потребує вирішення.Метою статті є висвітлення нового методичного підходу до формулювання задачі синтезу та оцінки ефективності функціонування перспективної системи кадрових органів для більш якісного комплектування військ особовим складом.Перспектива синтезу системи та оптимізації процесу комплектування Збройних Сил особовим складом сприяють широкій можливості застосування сучасних інформаційних технологій, а саме: автоматизованої системи управління і комп'ютерної техніки для оперативного збору та обробки значних обсягів інформаційних потоків з метою високоефективного оптимального управління багатофункціональною системою кадрових органів, яка містить структурні функціональні елементи, об'єкти управління і військові частини для комплектування в системі, які розташовані на значних відстанях від центру управління системою комплектування Збройних Сил.

The implementation of the requirements for achieving the criteria of compatibility of the Armed Forces of Ukraine with NATO and the EU, the integration of education into European and world standards of military training have led to radical changes in the structure and content of military education and science. The proposed approaches to the structure and content of training of highly qualified officers for the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other components of the security and defense sector of Ukraine are aimed at training taking into account the experience of leading countries.Keywords: innovation potential, innovative product, innovative activity, scientific result. Such experience involves increasing innovative educational, scientific, human resources, training of military professionals capable of performing national security and defense tasks with high efficiency, able to increase the level of knowledge, practical skills, creative development and implement them in the service.One of the peculiarities of the development of innovation in the Free Economic Zone and research institutions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine is the lack of use of research as a basis for innovation potential, lack of effective infrastructure that turns it into a product suitable for commercialization. Another feature of the development of innovation in the opinion of the authors is the lack of scientific orientation in the preparation of higher education students for master's theses. As a rule, the results of the master's work are recommendations (suggestions) for changes in the organizational and staffing structures of military formations, which were studied under the appropriate conditions determined by the researcher. The results of research are not subject to testing at the scientific level, and their publication is carried out formally under the guise of the relevant collection of works of students (cadets), which requires a radical revision of the content of education, forms of educational process. An essential feature of innovation in free economic zones (scientific institutions) is the implementation of research results in the form of non-commercial exchange of innovative products through scientific and practical conferences, seminars, scientific and technical publications, etc., ie a characteristic feature of lack of innovation infrastructure. projects of innovation activity. One of the most difficult and controversial issues is the creation and application of educational and information environment ZVO (scientific institution), informatization of the educational process, which opens up fundamentally new opportunities for distance learning, which in the long run of coronavirus disease is becoming increasingly important. Thus, the final stage of development of the sphere of innovative activity in the Free Economic Zone (scientific institutions) should be the completion of the process of training a military professional with strong innovative potential, meeting modern requirements necessary for innovative development of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. ; В статье рассматриваются осбенности развития сферы инновационной деятельности в заведениях высшего образования и научных учреждениях, приведены требования нормативно-правовых документов государства по оценке эффективности военного образования с учетом внедрения инновационной деятельности. Analysis of the leading world states trends on development of armament and military equipment permits to determine a clear tendency - simplification of armament operation at simultaneous upgrading it durability. Concerning to small armament it means, in perspective it should insure no-failure the battle task execution in the hard operation condition.Paper purpose is to elaborate a methodology for designing improved telescopic sight optical scheme without movable nodes and air spaces between optical components.Methodology for designing solid telescopic sight on base of afocal lens is elaborated in paper. Telescopic sight on base of afocal lens with thickness 100 mm from STF 3 grade glass is designed. Afocal lens linear aperture (36 mm) is determined on base of aberration calculation for channel of «red dot» type aiming reticle image formation at prescribed sighting line error. The technical solutions deal with illumination of aiming reticle at it coupling with the second refracting surface of afocal lens are considered in paper and the methodology for using that sight at battle task execution is proposed. Air spaces between optical components within sight and movable elements are absent when telescopic sight is designed as solid monobloc unit. As result, this all increases a sight durability and simplifies it operation in military units.There is reasonably to install a sight on small arms instead collimator sight «red dot» type, because a methodological aiming error is decreased and distance for target detection and recognition is increased in that case.There are aspired the ways for further improving sight with purpose to decrease a sight weight due-to implementation of aiming methodology with specific form aiming reticle (pat Ukraine 37105А). ; Анализ тенденций развития вооружения и военной техники ведущих стран мира позволил установить четкую тенденцию – упрощение эксплуатации вооружения при одновременном повышении его надежности. Касательно стрелкового оружия это означает, что в перспективе оно должно безотказно обеспечивать выполнение боевой задачи в жестких условиях эксплуатации.Цель статьи – разработать методику проектирования усовершенствованной оптической схемы телескопического прицела без подвижных узлов и без воздушных промежутков между оптическими компонентами.В статье разработана методика проектирования моноблочного телескопического прицела на базе афокальной линзы. На основании проведенного аберрационного расчета канала формирования изображения прицельной сетки типа «red dot» определена линейная апертура афокальной линзы при заданной погрешности линии прицеливания. Рассмотрены технические решения касательно подсветки прицельной сетки при совмещении ее со второй преломляющей поверхностью афокальной линзы и предложена методика применения прицела при выполнении боевой задачи.При проектировании телескопического прицела в виде сплошного моноблока – отсутствуют воздушные промежутки между оптическими компонентами внутри прицела, нет подвижных элементов. В итоге все это повышает надежность прицела и упрощает его эксплуатацию в войсковых частях.Прицел целесообразно устанавливать на автоматическом стрелковом оружии вместо коллиматорного прицела типа «red dot», поскольку при этом уменьшается методическая ошибка прицеливания и увеличивается дальность обнаружения и распознавания цели.Намечены пути дальнейшего совершенствования прицела. ; Аналіз тенденцій розвитку озброєння та військової техніки провідних країн світу дозволив виділити чітку тенденцію – спрощення експлуатації озброєння з одночасним підвищенням їх надійності. Стосовно стрілецької зброї це означає, що в перспективі вона повинна безвідмовно забезпечувати виконання бойової задачі в жорстких умовах експлуатації.Мета статі – розробити методику проектування вдосконаленої оптичної схеми телескопічного прицілу без рухомих вузлів і без повітряних проміжків між оптичними компонентами.У статті запропоновано методику проектування моноблочного телескопічного прицілу на базі афокальної лінзи, проведено абераційний розрахунок каналу формування зображення прицільної марки типу «red dot». Розглянуто технічні рішення щодо підсвічування прицільної марки в разі суміщення її з другою заломлюючою поверхнею афокальної лінзи та запропоновано методику використання прицілу при виконанні бойової задачі.При виконанні телескопічного прицілу у вигляді суцільного моноблоку – відсутні повітряні проміжки між оптичними елементами всередині прицілу, немає рухомих елементів. У підсумку все це підвищує надійність прицілу і спрощує його експлуатацію у військових частинах.Приціл доцільно інсталювати на автоматичній стрілецькій зброї замість коліматорного прицілу типу «red dot», оскільки при цьому зменшується методична похибка прицілювання і збільшується дальність виявлення і розпізнавання цілі.

The article is devoted to the top issues of Polish educational policy. The emphasis has been made on the crucial role of analytical documents at the level of the report on intellectual capital for Ukraine. The importance of scientific substantiation of regularities of educational systems development, improvement of legislation, financing per one student is emphasized. The article notes that the quality of Polish education is highlighted as the main priority. There are two words used as a kind of epigraph: "Good school". This is a kind of modern Polish educational philosophy. The importance of information education and introduction of innovations has been proved. A special competition involves primary school teachers learning the basics of programming. The program "Digital Poland" can be concerned as a model for Ukraine as well. It is worth noting the constant monitoring of essential issues for society and effective response to challenges. It has been analyzed the instructive experience of establishing a council of children and youth at the Ministry of Education, which has been operating since 2016. The practice of distance learning, recommendations for school principals, teachers, students, parents, electronic textbooks (e-textbooks), lectures for each class are relevant materials to be learnt. In general the experience of Polish colleagues in working with children with special needs, the peculiarities of the development of psychological culture of parents have been summarized.The analytical materials on the four components of intellectual capital i.e. human capital, structural capital, social capital, reputational capital are particularly important for the development of the national educational system. The emphasis is made on the constant comparison of all achievements of the other countries, the personal approach where a person from birth to old age is the main issue, successfully selected top priorities. It is given an objective assessment of the situation in the country, as well as logical, reasoned prognostic assessment of necessary changes. The most important problems include the children's health, the availability of preschool education, quality education that develops competence, training of capable teachers. The author stated an ineffective family policy, threat of poverty for children, poor health, low percentage of children at preschools, insufficient innovation potential of educational institutions, poor quality of education, insufficient level of teacher training, low number of modern didactic methods, lack of help to equalize opportunities at schools, absence of cooperation between school and parents, few "personalized systems of education" at schools as the crucial problems that need to be quickly resolved. Among the specific recommendations of improving the situation it was called a number of key priorities i.e. comprehensive and effective family policy, improving the quality of education labour market needs, the activity of older people, the synergy of the world of science, business and culture, improving the quality of law, regular measurement of intellectual capital. ; Стаття присвячена актуальним питанням освітньої політики Польщі. Акцентовано увагу на значимості для України аналітичних документів рівня рапорту про інтелектуальний капітал. Підкреслена важливість наукового обґрунтування закономірностей розвитку освітніх систем, удосконалення законодавства, фінансування з розрахунку на одного учня. У статті зауважено, що як головний пріоритет виокремлено якість польської освіти. Як своєрідний епіграф використано два слова: "Добра школа". Це своєрідна філософія сучасної польської освіти. Доведено важливість інформаційної освіти, упровадження інновацій. Спеціальний конкурс передбачає вивчення учителями початкових шкіл основ програмування. Програма "Цифрова Польща" є прикладом для нашої країни. Заслуговує на увагу постійний моніторинг важливих для суспільства проблем і ефективна реакція на виклики. Повчальний досвід створення при Міністерстві освіти ради дітей і молоді, яка функціонує від 2016 р. Актуальною є практика дистанційного навчання, рекомендації для директорів шкіл, учителів, учнів, батьків, електронні підручники (е-підручники), лекції для кожного класу. Узагальнено досвід польських колег щодо роботи з дітьми з особливими потребами, особливості розвитку психологічної культури батьків.

The article identifies the features of the systems of foreign language training in the armed forces of the world leading nations – the US and the UK. They include: unification and centralization (training according to unified standards and concentration in the single educational institution); course organization (conduct of courses of various duration, oriented at the customer's needs); constant learners' immersion into foreign language environment (attraction of native speaker instructors, internship abroad); individualization and differentiation (consideration of learners' individual differences in training); active use of innovative methodologies and technologies (for instance, distance and blended learning). The article makes a comparative analysis with the system of such training in the Armed Forces of Ukraine and provides definite recommendations as to its improvement. For instance, it is recommended to withdraw subject «Foreign Language» from the list of educational subjects in the higher military educational establishments and transfer it into the system of course training. It would enable students' more purposeful foreign language learning for professional needs and rational use of resources. Learning foreign languages at the courses should become mandatory for all the Armed Forces of Ukraine personnel. The purpose of the learning should become the attainment of standardized language level 2 according to NATO STANAG 6001. Organizationally, foreign language training has to be concentrated in the single educational establishment – Defense Language Institute of Ukraine, which should be established. It would provide unification and standardization of the foreign language training across the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other military formations. The Institute should become not only the educational but also a research center in the area of linguistics and foreign language methodology. Apart from this, it is recommended to more actively introduce foreign language innovative methodologies and technologies through continuous professional development of the teaching personnel. Lessons learnt from foreign language training in the US and the UK armed forces would provide an opportunity for the improvement of the foreign language training of the Armed Forces of Ukraine personnel with the aim of achieving interoperability during fulfilling functions with the personnel of the Armed Forces of NATO and other international security organizations. ; У статті визначено характерні риси системи іншомовної підготовки у збройних силах провідних країн світу – США та Великої Британії, такі як: уніфікація й централізація (здійснення за єдиними стандартами та зосередження в одному навчальному закладі); курсовий характер (навчання на курсах різної тривалості з орієнтацією на потреби замовника); постійне занурення тих, хто вчиться, в іншомовне середовище (залучення викладачів-носіїв мови, стажування за кордоном); індивідуалізація та диференціація (урахування у підготовці індивідуальних особливостей тих, хто вчиться); активне використання новітніх методик і технологій (зокрема дистанційного та змішаного навчання). Здійснено порівняльний аналіз із системою такої підготовки у Збройних Силах України та обґрунтовано конкретні рекомендації щодо її вдосконалення. Так, пропонується вилучити дисципліну «Іноземна мова» з переліку дисциплін навчання у вищих військових навчальних закладах і перевести її у систему курсової підготовки. Це дасть можливість більш цілеспрямованого вивчення іноземних мов для фахових потреб та раціонального використання ресурсів. Навчання на курсах іноземних мов має стати обов'язковими для усього персоналу Збройних Сил України. Метою навчання має бути досягнення стандартизованого мовного рівня 2 за стандартом НАТО СТАНАГ 6001. Організаційно іншомовна підготовка має зосереджуватися у єдиному навчальному закладі – Інституті іноземних мов Міністерства оборони України, який необхідно створити. Це забезпечить уніфікованість та стандартизованість іншомовної підготовки у Збройних Силах України та інших військових формуваннях. Інститут має стати не лише освітнім, але й – науково-дослідним центром в галузі лінгвістики та методики іншомовної підготовки. Крім цього, пропонується більш активне запровадження новітніх методик і технологій іншомовної підготовки за рахунок постійного професійного розвитку викладацького складу. Вивчення досвіду іншомовної підготовки у збройних силах США та Великої Британії дасть можливість удосконалити іншомовну підготовку персоналу Збройних Сил України з метою досягнення взаємосумісності у виконанні фахових завдань з персоналом збройних сил країн НАТО та інших міжнародних організацій безпеки.

A finals del segle XV i principis del XVI, les forces espanyoles van envair diver-ses ciutats costaneres del nord d'Àfrica. Els historiadors solen considerar aquesta trobada com la continuació d'una dinàmica familiar de les relacions cris-tianomusulmanes a la Mediterrània occidental. D'aquesta manera, es considera que els espanyols gairebé tenien un coneixement previ de la topografia, que s'assemblava als paisatges ibèrics, així com del clima, la flora i la fauna, que s'in-clouen còmodament dins d'un cinturó braudelià d'oliveres. Fins a quin punt aquesta caracterització indica les percepcions sensorials espanyoles del món geogràfic del nord d'Àfrica? El coneixement geogràfic era fonamental per a les campanyes militars que pretenien capturar territoris d'ultramar i la recopilació i representació d'informació se solapava amb el desenvolupament de les cièn-cies, inclosa l'enginyeria. Les representacions d'aquestes dades es van fixar en mesures precises. Al mateix temps, l'experiència humana de mesura, com en el cas de la distància, estava condicionada a les subjectivitats. L'agència humana, la percepció sensorial i fins i tot els imaginaris del desconegut van alterar la manera com els espanyols es van trobar amb el món geogràfic del nord d'Àfri-ca. Juxtaposant la percepció geogràfica en termes mesurables i subjectius, aquest article presenta una altra mirada als contactes dels espanyols amb el nord d'Àfrica. ; In the late fifteenth and early sixteenth centuries, Spanish forces invaded a number of coastal towns in North Africa. Historians often consider this en-counter as a continuation of a familiar context of Christian-Muslim relations in the western Mediterranean. As such, Spaniards are presumed to have al-most had a pre-knowledge of topography that resembled Iberian landscapes and of climates, flora, and fauna that nestle comfortingly within a Braudelian belt of olive trees. How well does this characterization indicate Spanish sen-sory perceptions of the geographic world of North Africa? Geographic knowl-edge was critical for the military campaigns that sought to capture overseas territories and the gathering and representing of information overlapped with developing sciences, including engineering. Representations of such data fix-ated on precise measurements. At the same time, human experience of meas-urable quantities such as distance were conditioned by subjectivities. Human agency, sensory perception, and even imaginaries of the unknown all altered how the Spaniards encountered the geographic world of North Africa. By juxtaposing geographic perception in measurable and subjective terms, this article presents another side of Spaniards' encounters with North Africa. ; A finales del siglo XV y principios del XVI, las fuerzas españolas invadieron varias ciudades costeras del norte de África. Los historiadores suelen conside-rar este encuentro como consecuencia de una dinámica familiar de las relacio-nes cristiano-musulmanas en el Mediterráneo occidental. De este modo, se considera que los españoles casi tenían un conocimiento previo de la topogra-fía que se parecía a los paisajes ibéricos y de los climas, la flora y la fauna que se incluyen cómodamente dentro de un cinturón braudeliano de olivos. ¿Hasta qué punto esta caracterización indica las percepciones sensoriales españolas del mundo geográfico del norte de África? El conocimiento geográfico era fundamental para las campañas militares que pretendían capturar territorios de ultramar y la recopilación y representación de información se solapaba con el desarrollo de las ciencias, incluida la ingeniería. Las representaciones de estos datos se fijaron en medidas precisas. Al mismo tiempo, la experiencia humana de la medida, como en el caso de la distancia, estaba condicionada a las subjetividades. La agencia humana, la percepción sensorial e incluso los imaginarios de lo desconocido alteraron la forma en que los españoles se encontraron con el mundo geográfico del norte de África, y este artículo, yuxta-poniendo la percepción geográfica en términos medibles y subjetivos, presen-ta otro aspecto de los contactos de los españoles con estos territorios.

RESUMEN: En las últimas décadas las entidades gubernamentales han implementado una serie de programas que han mejorado la cobertura para que la población que habita en las zonas rurales tenga acceso a la educación, y así reducir el analfabetismo. Sin embargo, la mayoría de estos programas no ha sido evaluados en cuanto al impacto para subsanar las necesidades propias de cada territorio. En lo que se refiere a la incorporación de las TIC, estas iniciativas se centran en medidas generales, tales como la dotación y conexión a internet, que, si bien pueden ser el punto de partida, no logran dinamizar e integrar estas tecnologías a los contextos reales de los estudiantes. En cuanto a la producción científica, estamos en un escenario en el que las investigaciones invaden los dominios de los contextos escolares, en las que se promueve la diversidad y la implementación de las TIC, aunque se evidencia una pobreza de resultados concluyentes en términos del aprendizaje. De manera particular, para la enseñanza de las ciencias, en las publicaciones se promueven perspectivas socioculturales de la educación científica que buscan satisfacer las necesidades de la población rural, aunque en la realidad en las escuelas se siguen privilegiando metodologías tradicionales, promoviendo una visión acrítica y rígida de las ciencias. En este sentido, el objetivo del presente trabajo de investigación es valorar la producción científica, programas y proyectos en términos de los aportes a una visión crítica de las ciencias mediante el uso de las TIC en las escuelas rurales de Colombia. Para lograr este objetivo se recurre a la investigación documental desde la perspectiva de Hoyos (2000) recolección, análisis de información, análisis, donde se incluyen procedimientos como de contenido, categorización, codificación, interpretación y triangulación en los trabajos publicados entre 2009 y 2019. A la luz de la Teoría del Aprendizaje Significativo Crítico, se encontraron pocos aportes en términos del favorecimiento de una visión crítica y contextualizada de las ciencias en las iniciativas implementadas en las escuelas rurales de Colombia, puesto que aún se evidencian perspectivas tradicionales que alejan el conocimiento científico de la realidad de los estudiantes. ; ABSTRACT: In recent decades, government entities have implemented a series of programs that have improved coverage so that the population living in rural areas has access to education, and thus reduce illiteracy. However, most of these programs have not been evaluated in terms of impact to address the specific needs of each territory. Regarding the incorporation of ICT, these initiatives focus on general measures, such as provision and connection to the internet, which, although they may be the starting point, do not manage to stimulate and integrate these technologies into the contexts real students. Regarding scientific production, we are in a scenario in which research invades the domains of school contexts, in which diversity and the implementation of ICT are promoted although there is evidence of a lack of conclusive results in terms of learning. In particular, for the teaching of science, the publications promote sociocultural perspectives of science education that seek to satisfy the needs of the rural population, although in reality, schools continue to favor traditional methodologies, promoting an uncritical and rigid vision of science. In this sense, the objective of this research work is to assess scientific production, programs and projects in terms of the contributions to a critical vision of science through the use of ICT in rural schools in Colombia. To achieve this objective, documentary research is used from Hoyos's perspective, which includes procedures such as collection, information analysis, content analysis, categorization, coding, interpretation and triangulation in the works published between 2009 and 2019. According to the Theory of Critical Significant Learning, few contributions were found in terms of favoring a critical and contextualized vision of science in the initiatives implemented in rural schools in Colombia, since there are still traditional perspectives that distance scientific knowledge from science student reality.

Ci si propone con questo breve intervento di indicare le linee fondamentali di una ricerca in corso sulle sentenze emesse dal 1927 al 1939 dal Tribunale Speciale per la Difesa dello Stato in Tripolitania conservate presso l'Archivio Centrale dello Stato. Mentre ormai è abbastanza chiaro quali fossero le metodologie di repressione attuate dal TSDS in Italia, la sua attività in Africa, le sue finalità e i limiti della sua capacità di intervento, sono ancora da esplorare. Tuttavia, dopo una prima ricognizione del materiale archivistico, risulta chiaro che l'esame delle sentenze di questo particolare organo giurisdizionale presuppone un approfondimento della complessa realtà coloniale, caratterizzata da frammentazioni etniche, religiose e culturali che si riflettono nelle vicende ventennali della resistenza libica contro gli Italiani. Tali frammentazioni non solo hanno reso accidentato e spesso sterile l'intervento dei colonizzatori prima 'liberali' e poi 'fascisti', ma hanno determinato dopo la conquista dell'indipendenza dello stato africano nel 1951 una sostanziale assenza di dialogo fra le storiografie europea e africana. Per questo motivo la storiografia sulla Libia è certo ricca, ma sconta difficoltà di 'comunicazione' dovute alle profonde differenze culturali, a partire dalla lingua araba, che hanno reso difficile il dialogo fra storici italiani e libici negli ultimi decenni dello scorso secolo. Cercheremo qui di dare conto di ciò che è emerso da una prima ricognizione bibliografica che ha per scopo, non va dimenticato, la comprensione dell'attività giurisdizionale del TSDS in colonia. In particolare ciò che si vuole comprendere è chi fosse il nemico che i fascisti tentarono di combattere con il loro tribunale di giustizia politica, con quali strumenti lo affrontarono, quanta fosse la distanza fra il nemico reale (per quanto è possibile anche per noi comprenderlo) e il nemico costruito dalla non comprensione e dalla propaganda della Metropoli. A questo scopo l'esposizione è stata organizzata intorno a due poli: i colonizzatori e i colonizzati. ; The aim of this brief work is to indicate the fundamental features of an ongoing research on the judgements issued from 1927 to 1939 by the Special Court for the Defense of the State in Tripolitania preserved at the Central State Archive. While it is now quite clear which were the methods of repression implemented by the SCDS in Italy, its activity in Africa, its aims and the limits of its capacity to intervene, are still to be explored. However, after a quick survey of the archival material, it is clear that the examination of the judgements of this court implies a deeper insight into the complex colonial reality, characterized by ethnic fragmentation, religious and cultural events that are reflected in the twenty-year events of the Libyan resistance against the Italians. These fragmentations have not only made uneven and often sterile the intervention of the colonizers, who were first "liberal" and then "fascist", but they also determined, after the conquest of the independence of the African state in 1951, a substantial lack of dialogue between European and African historiographies. For this reason, the historiography on Libya is certainly rich, but pays the consequences of a difficult communication due to the deep cultural differences, starting from the Arabic language, which have made difficult the dialogue between Italian and Libyan historians in the last decades of the last century. We will try here to give an account of what emerged from an initial bibliographical survey that has for purpose of understanding the SCDS judicial activity in the colony. In particular, what we want to understand is who was the enemy that the fascists tried to fight with their court of political justice, what tools they faced it with, how great was the distance between the real enemy (as much as it is possible for us to understand it) and the enemy created by the lack of understanding and by the propaganda of the Metropolis. For this purpose our work is organized around two poles: the colonizers and the colonized.

International audience ; L'article se propose de présenter les critiques adressées par Comte à la pensée politique moderne. Une fois dressé un constat de la situation actuelle, il faut s'assurer que les embarras en question sont bien ceux de la démocratie. Une troisième partie présente à grands traits l'esprit de la politique positive. On peut alors expliciter le jugement porté sur la démocratie. Si la souveraineté populaire est une « mystification oppressive », il est toutefois possible d'en dégager un noyau positif, ce qui est beaucoup plus difficile pour l'égalité. Liberté et égalité travaillent en sens contraire et les niveleurs méconnaissent ce qui sert de fondement à la sociologie, à savoir la statique sociale ou théorie de l'ordre. La politique positive peut-elle nous apprendre quelque chose sur les embarras actuels de la démocratie ? Pour beaucoup d'entre nous, la question ne se pose tout simplement pas. Pour les uns, c'est jusqu'à l'existence même d'une politique positive qui en est venue à être complètement oubliée ; pour les autres, ce qu'ils savent d'elle suffit à la disqualifier. Comte n'a-t-il pas fait l'éloge de la dictature et critiqué le régime parlementaire ? Il n'est donc pas difficile de le présenter comme un adversaire irréductible de la démocratie. Il y a bien, chez lui, une critique de la maladie occidentale, mais ce n'est pas ce qu'il y a de plus intéressant et, si cette image d'un Comte précurseur du totalitarisme, qu'on trouve par exemple chez Hayek, et qui est aujourd'hui largement dominante, rendait justice à Comte, si elle nous donnait une image fidèle de la politique positive, alors, oui, il vaudrait mieux en rester là. Mais il faut bien admettre qu'elle est largement caricaturale. Comme Hegel, à qui pendant un temps on aimait à le comparer, la pensée politique de Comte a fait l'objet d'interprétations diamétralement opposées, illustrées entre les deux guerres par Alain et Maurras. La tension est inscrite dans la devise du positivisme : ordre et progrès, selon le poids que l'on donnait à l'un ou à l'autre. Et historiquement, il est assez clair que les plus actifs (qu'on pense à Littré, ou à Mill, qui d'ailleurs ont pris à un moment donné leur distance devant des orientations qui leur paraissaient rétrogrades) étaient des partisans du progrès. Dans ce qui suit, je m'inscris donc dans cette lignée, sans nier que l'autre lecture puisse s'appuyer sur des textes de Comte. La difficulté n'est pas pour autant résolue. Comte a commencé à écrire il y a deux siècles. Entre la situation qu'il avait sous les yeux et la nôtre, les différences sont multiples et considérables. Même à supposer qu'ils soient toujours valables, exposer dans l'abstrait et pour eux-mêmes les principes de la politique positive ne répondrait que très imparfaitement à la question posée. Inversement, chercher dans l'oeuvre de Comte comme des recettes qu'il suffirait de mettre en pratique n'a pas grand sens. Ce qui suit se situe donc dans un entre deux, exercice quelque peu difficile. Le but, du moins, est clair : il ne s'agit pas d'accabler le malade, mais de chercher un remède à la situation. Pour ce faire, je procéderai en quatre temps. Tout d'abord, il faut dresser un constat. Chaque jour, l'actualité apporte son lot de nouvelles inquiétantes qui invitent à se demander si le processus démocratique ne serait pas enrayé. Dans la mesure où les phénomènes économiques sont pour beaucoup dans cette évolution, il s'agira en un deuxième temps de s'assurer qu'il s'agit bien d'embarras de la démocratie. L'étymologie veut que ce soit un régime où le pouvoir appartient au peuple mais, comme on sait, la souveraineté populaire peut prendre des formes très diverses et beaucoup identifieraient volontiers démocratie et gouvernement représentatif. Tocqueville pour sa part proposait une autre approche : ce qui distingue avant tout un régime démocratique d'un régime aristocratique, c'est l'égalité des conditions.

Last August of this year, the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México, through the Law School, by initiative of the College of Professors of Criminal Law, in response to the suspension of academic activities, as a result of the pandemic that afflicts the world arising from the SARS-Cov2 virus, taking advantage of digital platforms available to people at this time as a tool to use to communicate at a distance, organized the First International Virtual Congress of Criminal Law. In this event, more than 130 academics from different Latin American Universities participated as speakers, who presented on topics of the criminal legal reality, both substantive and adjective, in the panels that were organized by themes that addressed different concepts in these specialties. The Congress was embellished by Magisterial Conferences issued by Masters Emeritus and Deans of the Faculty of Law of the UNAM and other law schools of invited countries.The importance of the Congress surprised the Academic Forum, almost twenty thousand people registered and approximately two million of them accessed the event that was transmitted and broadcast on social networks through the Facebook platform "Live streaming". From the approaches that were most emphasized in the presentations, the concern of the present article is born. Specifically, it highlights concerns about exercise, it highlights the concern about the arbitrary exercise of criminal law due to its punitive nature and the importance of limiting the excess in its application, respecting in general the human rights of individuals and, in particular, those recognized for the parties in the procedural rules, this in equity with the Fundamental Principles of the Prosecution Systems in the accusatory model, already adopted in practically all democratic countries in Latin America. This highlights the need for a new definition of preventive prison, conceived now as a precautionary measure and its intimate relation with the principle of the "Presumption of Innocence", in whose application there must be absolute communion, a necessary condition in order to have a profound and definitive vision in the protection of Human rights. El Congreso fue engalanado por Conferencias Magistrales emitidas por Maestros Eméritos y Decanos de la Facultad de Derecho de la UNAM y de otras escuelas de Derecho de países invitados. La trascendencia del Congreso sorprendió al Foro Académico, casi veinte mil personas inscritas y aproximadamente dos millones de ellas accedieron al evento que fue transmitido y difundido en redes sociales a través de la plataforma Facebook Live Streaming. De los planteamientos que más destacaron en las ponencias nace la inquietud del presente artículo. Específicamente resalta la preocupación al respecto del ejercicio arbitrario del derecho penal por su naturaleza punitiva y la importancia de limitar el exceso en su aplicación respetando en forma general los Derechos Humanos de las personas y de manera particular los reconocidos a las partes en las reglas procesales, esto en equidad con los Principios Fundamentales de los Sistemas de Enjuiciamiento en el modelo acusatorio, adoptados prácticamente ya en todos los países democráticos en América Latina. Providing of medical care and replacement therapy for the addicted is the important component of the health care systems in realization of the principle of «harm reduction» from the shadow use of the forbidden substances. Recently in Ukraine, like in many other countries of the world the systemic approach to the to such groups of patients is implementing at the primary care level, and thus family doctor/general practitioner must have the needed level of knowledge, including knowledge – of legislative base, for the realization of such approach. The aim of the presented publication is an improvement of knowledge of primary care specialists in questions the medical and social help and organization of the replacement therapy to the addicted people. The article is formed as a lecture for the distance education and is continue of the previous author's publications in «Family medicine» (№ 5–6, 2019). The article gives a general information about the basic legislative acts approved in Ukraine for regulation of the order of use and providing of the opioid replacement therapy by narcology service, the framework of the government Drug Strategy and policy in 2020 (approved at Feb. 6, 2019) is described and the information about the order of providing the replacement therapy and its goals for the specialists who works out of the nacrology service is discussed. The methods and order of work for the primary care specialist in replacement therapy program is described together with the features of methadone as a replacement drug in primary care level. ; Предоставление медицинской помощи и проведение заместительной терапии для наркозависимых является важным компонентом деятельности системы здравоохранения по обеспечению реализации принципа «снижения вреда» от теневого употребление запрещенных веществ. В Украине на современном этапе, как и во многих странах мира, внедряется системный подход к таким группам пациентов на уровне первичной медицинской помощи. Итак, врач общей практики-семейный врач должен иметь соответствующую подготовку и знания, в том числе – законодательную базу для осуществления такой деятельности. Целью статьи является совершенствование знаний врача общей практики по оказанию медико-социальной помощи и организации заместительной терапии наркозависимым. Статья сформирована как лекция для дистанционного обучения и является продолжением предыдущих публикаций автора в журнале «Семейная медицина» (№ 5–6, 2019 г.). В статье приведены основные законодательные акты, которые приняты в Украине и регламентируют порядок предоставления заместительной поддерживающей терапии агонистами опиоидов наркологической службой, рассмотрены основные положения Стратегии государственной политики в отношении наркотиков на период до 2020 года, утвержденного распоряжением Кабинета Министров Украины от 6 февраля 2019 года, изложена информация о порядке предоставления заместительной поддерживающей терапии специалистами, которые не относятся к наркологической службе, но имеют право предоставлять такие услуги. Представлена методика и порядок работы врача первичной медицинской помощи в рамках программы заместительной терапии, дана краткая характеристика препарата метадон, применяемого в заместительной поддерживающей терапии на первичном уровне медицинской помощи. ; Надання медичної допомоги та проведення замісної терапії для наркозалежних осіб є важливим компонентом діяльності системи охорони здоров'я щодо забезпечення реалізації принципу «зменшення шкоди» від тіньового вживання заборонених речовин. В Україні на сучасному етапі, як і в багатьох країнах світу, впроваджується системний підхід до таких груп пацієнтів на рівні первинної медичної допомоги. Отже, лікар загальної практики-сімейний лікар повинен мати відповідну підготовку і знання, у тому числі – законодавчу базу для здійснення такої діяльності.Метою статті є удосконалення знань лікаря загальної практики з питань надання медико-соціальної допомоги та організації замісної терапії наркозалежним. Стаття сформована як лекція для дистанційного навчання і є продовженням попередніх публікацій автора в журналі «Сімейна медицина» (№ 5–6, 2019 р.). У статті наведено основні законодавчі акти, прийняті в Україні, які регламентують порядок надання замісної підтримувальної терапії агоністами опіоїдів наркологічною службою, розглянуто основні положення Стратегії державної політики щодо наркотиків на період до 2020 року, затвердженого розпорядженням Кабінету Міністрів України від 6 лютого 2019 року, викладено інформацію про порядок надання замісної підтримувальної терапії фахівцями, які не належать до наркологічної служби, але мають право надавати такі послуги. Представлено методику та порядок роботи лікаря первинної медичної допомоги в рамках програми замісної терапії, надана коротка характеристика препарату метадон, що застосовується під час замісної підтримувальної терапії на первинному рівні медичної допомоги.

Cilj rada je da se skrene pažnja kreatorima obrazovne politike i društvu u celini na pojavu i razvoj fenomena profesionalnog sagorevanja nastavnika u društvenom kontekstu savremene Srbije – u periodu karantina. Teorijski okvir čini tzv. JDR model, prema kom su izgaranje i posvećenost(motivisanost) suprotni polovi. Sagorevanje uzrokuje smanjivanje i gubitak motivacije. Posao nastavnika je stresan, a procenat sagorevanja je veći u odnosu na druge profesije. Nastavnici u Srbiji žive i rade u posebnoj društvenoj atmosferi u kojoj zajedno sa drugim radnim stanovništvom dele težak opšti položaj. U takvom stanju nastavnici u Srbiji su se susreli sa još jednom poteškoćom – ubrzanom realizacijom nastave na daljinu, tokom vanrednog stanja, za vreme karantina. Ovim istraživanjem pokušali smo da odgovorimo na sledeća pitanja: 1) Da li je u vreme karantina došlo do disbalansa između resursa i zahteva? 2) Da li se mogu uočiti veze između tog disbalansa i sagorevanja? 3) Kako nastavnici rangiraju značaj uzroka i posledica sagorevanja za vreme karantina? Ovo kvalitativno istraživanje je sprovedeno sa dve fokus grupe; po 10 nastavnika gimnazije, odnosno osnovne škole. Izbor je obavljen na dobrovoljnoj bazi uz preduslov da su nastavnici najpre učestvovali u evaluativnom anketiranju "Trenutno stanje u onlajn nastavi u Srbiji i regionu" Obrazovno kreativnog centra Bor, marta/aprila 2020. godine. Analiza sadržaja je ukazala na porast zahteva u odnosu na resurse, na postojanje veze između te neravnoteže i sagorevanja, kao i na postojanje jedinstvene hijerarhije uzroka i posledica, među kojima su gubitak motivisanosti i pad nivoa radnog angažmana. Zato je jako važno da nakon takvog iskustva, a uoči definisanja obrazovne strategije 2030, kretori i nosioci obrazovne politike imaju na umu ove rezultate, kako bi preduzimali mere obrazovne politike na način kojim se umanjuje mogućnost profesionalnog sagorevanja, jer ono utiče na motivaciju nastavnika a posredno i na motivaciju učenika. ; The aim of this paper is to draw the attention of the creators of educational policy, and society in general, to emergence and development of the phenomenon of professional burnout of teachers in the social context of modern Serbia, during the quarantine period. The theoretical framework is the so-called JD-R (Job Demands-Resources) model, according to which burnout and work engagement (motivation) are at the opposite poles. Burnout causes a decrease and loss of motivation. Teaching is stressful, and the percentage of burnout is higher compared to other professions. Teachers in Serbia live and work in a special social atmosphere in which they share a difficult general position with the rest of the working population. In such a situation, teachers in Serbia encountered another difficulty - the accelerated implementation of distance learning in a state of emergency during quarantine. With this research, we tried to answer the following questions: 1) Was there an imbalance between job demands and resources during quarantine? 2) Is the relation between such imbalance and burnout noticeable? 3) How do teachers rank the significance of causes and consequences of burnout during quarantine? This qualitative research was conducted with two focus groups consisting of 10 highschool teachers in one and 10 primary-school teachers in the other group. The selection was made on a voluntary basis. However, it was recommended that the teachers had first participated in the evaluation survey "Current situation in online teaching in Serbia and the region", conducted by Educational and Creative Centre Bor, in March / April 2020. Content analysis indicated an increase of imbalance between job demands and resources, a link between such imbalance and burnout, and a unique hierarchy of causes and effects, including loss of motivation and declining levels of work engagement. For this reason, it is very important that after such experience, and before defining the 2030 educational strategy, creators of educational policy keep in mind these results so as to take educational policy measures in a manner which shall reduce the possibility of burnout because it affects teacher motivation and, indirectly, student motivation, as well. ; Knjiga rezimea, 25. The article discusses the linguistic means of authorization in English magazine discourse. It proposes a definition of authorization and its discursive realization with the implementation of rhetorical canons and ways of persuasion. The linguistic means of authorization is represented by constructions which due to the fusion of form and meaning or form and function reflect the authorship – individual, institutional or collective. The paper distinguishes two types of constructions: deictic indicating individual authorization and impersonal pointing to the institutional authorship. With respect to the referential meaning of its constituents, deictic constructions fall into orientational fixing the author's place in the environment: somatic relating to the author's body; perceptual rendering visual, auditory or tactile modalities; locational referring to the author's whereabouts. Constructions denoting an author's activity refer to different spheres: cognitive; communicative; professional. Constructions referring to social relations reveal the addressor's roles in two domains: immediate surroundings, covering family, friends, household as well as the wide public life encompassing politics and economics. Constructions appealing to pathos evoke evaluation, emotions or human needs uniting the author and readers. Constructions rendering institutional authorization represent the authors' distance from the contents by four subtypes of subjective constructions: nominal, pronominal, predicative referring to event participants as well as discursive. Moreover, the functioning of deictic and impersonal constructions as authorization devices is subordinated to disposition with differing frequency. The collective authorship, which can be bi- and multiple, results from the interaction of constructions rendering individual and institutional authorization. ; Статья посвящена изучению языковых средств авторизации в англоязычном журнальном дискурсе. Предложено определение авторизации, установлена подчинённость её дискурсивной реализации риторическим канонами и способам влияния, дифференцированы индивидуальный и институционный виды, эксплицированные языковыми средствами, включающими дейктические и безличные конструкции соответственно, раскрыта последовательность и частотность использования дейктических и безличных конструкций в различных текстовых блоках статей современного англоязычного журнального дискурса. С учётом семантики составляющих элементов дейктические конструкции классифицированы на четыре подгруппы, указывающие на ориентирование автора, его деятельность, общественные отношения и апеллирующие к пафосу. Конструкции, указывающие на ориентирование автора, фиксируют его взаимодействие с окружающей средой. Конструкции, обозначающие деятельность, расслаиваются на три подгруппы, которые отражают различные аспекты активности автора: когнитивные, коммуникативные, профессиональные. Конструкции, представляющие общественные отношения, раскрывают социальные роли автора в двух сферах: непосредственного окружения, т.е. семьи, друзей и быта, и широкого общественного пространства, охватывающего политику и экономику. К пафосу конструкции апеллируют через оценки, эмоции и потребности автора или читателей. Конструкции для обозначения институционной авторизации отражают отстраненность автора от сообщаемой информации тремя видами субъектных конструкций – именных, местоименных, предикатных с референцией к участникам событий, а также дискурсивными конструкциями. Коллективная авторизация реализуется взаимодействием конструкций, указывающих на индивидуальную и институционную авторизацию, в статьях с двумя и больше авторами. ; Стаття присвячена вивченню лінгвальних засобів авторизації в англомовному журнальному дискурсі. Запропоновано визначення авторизації, установлено підпорядкованість її дискурсивної реалізації риторичним канонам іспособам впливу, диференційовано її індивідуальний та інституційний різновиди, експліковані лінгвальними засобами, що представлені дейктичними й безособовими конструкціями; розкрито послідовність і частотність уживання дейктичних і безособових конструкцій у різних блоках статей сучасного англомовного журнального дискурсу. З урахуванням семантики складників дейктичні конструкції поділяємо на підгрупи, що позначають орієнтування автора, його діяльність, суспільні відносини або апелюють до пафосу. Орієнтувальні конструкції фіксують взаємодію автора знавколишнім середовищем. Конструкції на позначення діяльності розшаровуються на три підгрупи, які відбивають різні аспекти активності автора: когнітивні, комунікативні, професійні. Конструкції на позначення суспільних стосунків розкривають соціальні ролі автора у двох сферах: безпосереднього оточення, що вміщує родину, друзів і власний побут, та широкого суспільного простору, що охоплює політику й економіку. Конструкції, що апелюють до пафосу, звернені до оцінок, емоцій, потреб автора або читачів. Конструкції на позначення інституційної авторизації відбивають відстороненість автора від повідомлюваного трьома різновидами суб'єктних конструкцій – іменниковими, займенниковими, предикативними з референцією до учасників подій, а також дискурсивними конструкціями. Колективна авторизація реалізується взаємодією виокремлених конструкцій на позначення індивідуальної і інституційної авторизації у статтях з двома та більше зазначеними авторами.
